If you trying to get fungus this the place to go. I’ve gotten it twice here!! The first time i didn’t pay any mind to it bc it was my first time ever getting fungus but this is the second time it’s obviously their tools!! i go to blue diamond all the time and never had a problem with getting fungus! i tried to show the manager and she said she wasn’t gonna argue with me and refused to give me a refund. i will never go back ! she even admitted to me that the pedicures there are possible to get fungus bc they reuse the same tools for every customer Read Less

RUN as fast as you can! I used to ALWAYS recommend 3D to all my friends and now it's AWFUL! They are RUDE, charge more $$$, and offer less!They left the old hands on display,but don't offer the same colors as the display. They have the old crystal acrylic colors in the basket,but don't offer those glitter powders. I chose a new color from the book. The lady put it on,but it looked blue. I asked her nicely to change it because I wanted it to look like silver glitter. She got mad and said "You asked for that one!" I apologized because I didn't think it looked blue in the book. I asked if it would be a problem to change it and she said "YES." It's not like I asked after she finished all the nails. It was the first nail! It's not my fault they kept old products on display and don't carry them. A different lady finished my nails because the other lady went home. The new lady asked what happened and I proceeded to tell her. She started talking to another worker in a different language and ignored what I finished saying. I asked her if she understood what I was saying and she said yes. She didn't care that the other lady was rude and wouldn't acknowledge the problem. This nail salon was sold last year. New owners have jacked up the prices on Spa pedicures and nails! I usually get my nails blinged-out and pay around $38. Now I am paying $50 for the same designs!I was going every two weeks but at these new prices I will go every 3 weeks and start looking for a new place. They hardly add new designs anymore. They used to be the hottest nail salon in town but they are  going downhill fast! To raise the price that much is absolutely ridiculous! And these nail technicians did not get a raise. I seriously LOVE this place!!!! I don't mind the wait because the artwork,fast work on your nails, and attention to detail is always on point. I'm super picky about artwork perfection and if that means to wait i don't mind being patient as long as the job gets done right! There's always a lot of people because of the same reason, they get the job done; if it weren't as packed it would show otherwise. You get to pick your own artwork, the techs are skilled and up to date on new trends, and i ALWAYS make an appointment. If you take your time seriously make an appointment instead of walking in, and go earlier during the week instead of on weekends. It makes your experience so much worth it. IM ONLY MAKING THIS 5 STARS SO IT WOULD BE THE FIRST POST THAT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS MIGHT SEE!! THIS NAIL SALON DESERVE  0 STARS OR EVEN NEGATIVE STARS IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!!!!I am at a loss for words at my experience at 3D nails today!! I had made an appointment for today for my two friends at 11am. I was getting a full set, my friend was getting gel for her nails and my other friend only wanted polish on one hand for his grandmas birthday WHICH WAS TODAY in remembrance of her and the color he chose was gray to represent brain cancer awareness. Only ONE of us got serviced 40mins later and she was getting gel. I ended up cancelling my appointment because 50mins had passed and the receptionist had informed me that there was still one more person in front of me. My friend got upset that he was still waiting for ONLY a polish on ONE hand. He spoke to the receptionist about how much longer the wait will be and she told us that we had to wait for one of the women who was doing pedicures. Then the receptionist was speaking to a women who was training and she wasn't assisting anyone and asked to help my friend. We over heard them a bit but couldn't understand what they were saying we just knew they kept talking about my friend. My friend was discussing what the issue was between the receptionist and trainee, they both explained how THE OWNER REFUSES TO HELP MALES AND SO WERE ALL THE WOMEN DOING PEDICURES. The trainee felt so bad and offered to help my friend regardless of what the owner said. As my friend and I got seated, two women seemed to be giving her a hard time for helping my friend and we were both upset and had stormed off. My friend who got seated for gel stormed off as well and was charged $6 for the removal of her nail polish.I understand companies carry signs and practice their rights to refuse service BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US OF THAT WHEN WE CHECKED INTO OUR APPOINTMENT AND NOT HAVE WASTED AN HOUR OF OUR DAY!!!  They seemed to try to help my friend who got gel and I to get our money and refuse his service when it was time for him to get helped. So my co-worker had made an appointment for her an two other associates to get their nails done. One of the co-workers had planned this in advance in support of brain cancer awareness, as they had lost their grandmother earlier this year. They went in for their appointment at 11 A.M., and were greeted with a busy atmosphere. Even though they had an appointment, they waited over an hour, which by the other reviews is not something that is out of the ordinary. The one who made the appointment, cancelled because she had to be at work soon, and one of the others was taken to get her nails done; however, my other co-worker was still waiting. After inquiring, and a bit of back and forth conversation, my co-worker who was waiting was finally told that the manager had said boys would not be served at this establishment...First of all, I can say that it is every business's right to refuse service to anyone. I can respect that, even though I don't agree with it. Second, if you knew that this man had an appointment, and he was waiting for service, why make him wait an hour before telling him he would not be served? This was a very important event for him in commemoration of his late grandmother, and he has been ecstatic about it all week, describing the detail he wanted and how much it meant to him. Had the business told him in advance, him and my two other co-workers could have had the time to look elsewhere to get work done. It seems like the business was trying to get my female co-workers' nails done before telling him, and that is truly despicable, and shows a horrible business ethic.Third, if your reading this to end, thank you. If you consider going to this business to get work done, also take into consideration that if you had a male friend who enjoys getting their nails done, they would not be served here. I think out of the many times I've been here, I havent had to wait very long with an appointment (20min max). Today I went (12pm appoint) and was out and dry by 12:45 and at my desk at work by 1pm. Maybe its because I come during off days like any day except Fri, Sat & Sun. They do good work for good price. If you dont want to wait I recommend to go on an off day, be early and keep asking the receptionist if you've been called, they have so many people to look after. Atmosphere is chaotic, its a nail shop, is not a spa. The nail techs are informative and fast. They have the latest techniques and what you pay for what you get is great! Read Less

Too packed! I like to feel relaxed going to a nail salon. This place is too hectic, people waiting everywhere, sitting outside waiting! Receptionist was rude to me. I called and scheduled an appointment just for a fill the night before. I still had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen for my appointment. I had to wait in the sun outside, along with SEVERAL other girls. No complementary water or anything. Not my favorite place at all. I decided to try the place out, after all everyone in the IE talks about this place and their cheap prices. At the front, they have fake hands with designs on them that they can do. So I took one of the hands with an acrylic rose to my nail technician. I wanted a nude nail polish color with a nude acrylic rose. I DID NOT GET THAT. First, the woman talked me into getting some ugly pink, sparkly powder. Then, even with the hand with the EXACT design I wanted, she didn't do it right! She gave me more of a tropical flower, I was not happy. I ended up going back about a week later to remove the awful nails. I did have an appointment, yet i still sat and waited over 20 minutes. Finally, they took me to a table where a woman sloppily drilled my nails, then another table where they left my hands soaking in acetone for an entire hour. People who came way after me, even with NO appointments, were helped before me!! I was getting so frustrated. So, I got up to talk to the lady working the front desk. She had no remorse, no customer service skills, and was very rude. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Save your money. You pay for what you get. Super long wait times and they don't always allow you to make an appointment. The nails are good quality and great pricing. Lots of designs and colors available. Customer service could definitely improve, they know they have an endless supply of customers so they don't care if they're rude. Read Less
