Sometimes this place is friendly, sometimes not so much. This time, I got my nails done with SNS for the first time, and they put the wrong color on it! To my nail person I said, I don't think this looks right. I thought the color I picked out had sparkles." She replied, " There are subtle sparkles there." So, I before I left, I asked the male owbner for the color wand set to look at the color of the number I asked for and he put it side by side with my nail and it was completely different! He apologized and said they could fix it really quick. Turns out there were two jars labeled the same number. I didn't really want to stay because I had alreayd been there like an hour and a half, but I wanted it fixed. They did fix it within about a half hour, but did not offer me anything. I have been coming here a few times and I have always been satisfied with my nails! My co workers and I started coming more and more often and we love it! Great service! Great prices! The girls there are really nice and quick yet good at what they do best! This time I was helped Dana and she did such an amazing job at my nails! I went in with this crazy idea that I had seen on Pinterest and together we had a great outcome! I was introduced to a digital nail printer which prints any image on your nail and I had seen the outcome on my co workers nails so I agreed. Dana was very quick and efficient considering I had my real long nails and we used the clear acrylic. It was definitely worth it! Why did i come here? My regular nail salon is closed for renovation. Worst experience ever!I come in and am able to get a chair within 15 mins so Im pretty happy about that. But while im waiting they didn't even show me the colors. When i get into the chair, the lady throws this pillow on me (wtf?) and demands to know what color i want. I tell her i havent seen the colors yet and she huffs and hands me 2 rows of colors lying nearby. I ask for more colors and she says thats it. Im like no way i see all the swatches laying all over the store and endless colors on the wall.I end up choosing my color and tell her i want coffin shaped. She insists i should have square shape because "i look young" and coffin shaped is for "older ladies". She insists for a few minutes and by this point i just wanna leave so im like ok square isnt that bad.It wouldnt be that bad if she knew what she was doing. My nails are super thick and uneven. She made a few of my cuticles bleed and didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. Just kept on throwing chemicals on top of the scratch. And the tools she used were totally dirty She didnt even give me a hand massage. Dont waste your time here. Do it at home. Read Less

Decent place, fast services since they have lots of employees. The SNS Mani was more like a polish change no actual nail care which sucks. But most places are doing this now kind of annoying -$35 to take off n redip my fingers it's one of the easiest services an actual mani would b nice. I've been coming here for over a year now (along with my mother and a few other friends who adore this place too) and I've been very happy with the service Ritz Nails provides me, especially today's service. Long story short, I had gotten my nails done last Friday, where I noticed after a few days that the gel color was discoloring so I went in today to see if there was anything they could do and James (I think that's his name) offered to have my nails redone. The lovely Lynn, who had done my nails the first time around, was was asked to redo them and was so awesome about the whole thing. She redid them and they look AMAZING! The first time she did them turned out amazing, I blame the nail polish for discoloring. This place sucks!!! Be prepared to try to be upsold on everything you ask to be done. They were rude when they figured out I didn't need anything but a straight mani/pedi. They roughed up my nails and didn't even put a base coat or top coat when I asked for clear polish. The mani person just slapped on one coat of clear and walked away. The pedi person painted my toes and slipped my saddles on and asked me to move on.  Of course I knocked my big toe and ruined the polish but wasn't even willing to ask them to fix it... just wanted to leave. What a waste of time and money. Will never go back.Oh and the massage was only about 2 min long and they weren't even busy in the place at the time. It was greasy lotion and I had to ask twice for them to brig me a hot wet towel to remove the excess lotion so the car seats wouldn't get ruined.I had a gift certificate to use and they asked if I could pay cash instead of using the certificate!!!! I went in for a full set and a pedicure. Once I looked at the gel colors they didn't have the color I wanted so I declined it. Plus the pictures they have online it wasnt good work. As soon as I said just pedicure they start laughing. Then one girl goes to her boss "she no want full set" and points at me and they laugh again. I had high hopes for this place based on the rating and location. The pedicurist was really friendly and the manicurist did a great job with my 10 min neck massage but that's about it. Location is in the same lot is PetSmart (around the corner). Plenty of parking. The facility is very clean and formal looking, plenty of massage chairs. They also offer waxing.I came in and had Vivienne do a deluxe pedicure on me. She was super sweet and gave me no attitude when I told her what I wanted (meaning no gel, many places will act rude if you do not get the gel.). She was very meticulous, and when I told her I wanted something a little different she changed it no problem. This place is by far my favorite nail salon I've ever been to. Yoom does my acrylics and she is such a sweet heart and SO talented. My nails last 3-4 weeks with her magic. All the employees are always so happy and sweet. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes when I walk in, even during busy time. Highly recommend!! Read Less

Came here today for the first time and it is a busy busy salon! They have about 12-15 spa chairs and 4 tables for acrylics/manicures. I was glad that there were no more tables left, so I got to sit in the spa chair. I got a gel manicure, had called to make an appointment about 4 hours before. They took my friend and I right in, which was great! My gel manicure from start to finish was 38 minutes. My manicurist barley spoke english. Sadly my nails got filed down sooooo far that they are tiny stubbs now below my skin & the filing actually hurt too :/ I will say that the salon has a very clean appearance, however the file that the manicurist was using was clearly soiled and used on the last customer! You could see the white nail dust on it. They also did not open up a new package of tools in front of me either. I did not get a lotion massage, instead the manicurist covered my arms in cuticle oil and then just rubbed it in....no massage. I asked for some lotion and she squirted a dot in my hand.... ummm HELLO wheres my massage????? PS another lady was scream arguing with the owner/manager that she was not paying for her mani because it looked "bad" LOLThe total for a gel manicure is $30, which is a fair price for South Orange County, but common I at least want a good massage... This nail salon is open till 730 when all other nail salons in the area close at 6 or 7, and this is the reason I went to this nail salon, even though I live / work about 30 min away. This place did agree to take me a few minutes before closing. This place is in a decent location at the district center in Tustin. BUT...  I was asked to pay before painting and then told after I had paid, it was $5 more because I only wanted the tips of my nails painted. When I pulled out my credit card they asked me if I had cash for tip. I explained I only had $2 in cash on me so the manicurist said ok give me $2 cash and I will put the other $3 of tip on card. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine- when they don't want to have to pay proper taxes on tips so they try to scam the government by collecting cash only tips so they can claim they are making less. I pay taxes on my money so why shouldn't you? And the top coat was put on so thick my nails smudged 30 minutes later. Then the next day 7 nails popped off... yes.. 7 nails popped off!!I never imagined they would be popping off a day later. I called the manager of the salon and told them I need them to fix my nails and that I would be coming in to get them fixed that day. He agreed to fix them for free, although he told me it was probably my fault for getting a fill instead of a new set. They did stay open late to fix my nails that night, which I appreciate, and the manicurist was nice enough, but they suggested I upgrade to gel so my nails would last longer. The last thing I want to do after having 7 nails pop off in 1 day is pay even more. Read Less

I've been going to this place for years now on and off because it is next to where I live.I went there late, and I think it's the best time to go because they just want to finish working hence they won't pressure you to upgrade your mani or pedi. They usually always pressure you and they are annoying as hell because hey don't give up. But this time they didn't insist they just offered once, and I said no not today, and they were okay with it. I don't remember the name of the girls who did my mani/pedi, but they were good. Then again I didn't do anything crazy, I just did regular laquer and simple mani/pedi. Overall I was satisfied this time around because they weren't annoying about getting the more expansive treatment or getting gel done. My husband and I came here today for the first time and the service was AMAZING!! The atmosphere was relaxing and we both got pedicures that made our feet feel cotton soft afterwards. Not only was the service good but the people were just as great. So nice and friendly and they definitely take their time with their work. My husband and I really love this salon and are more than satisfied with our nails. I wish we lived closer because we both agreed that this is our new favorite spot when we visit.Read Less
