Love this nail salon. The owner, Lee is the sweetest woman ever. She is super attentive with all her clients. Even when she isn't the one doing your nails she ensures that you are satisfy with the work you pay for. I also have gotten there late and she always takes me regardless. When I'm sitting there getting work done I hear how attentive she and other workers are with everyone. They are very welcoming. When I get my nails done, I want to sit down, close my eyes and relax.  The salon is drama-free and picks up on the vibes of their clients knowing if they want to talk or just be quiet.  I have been coming to Pro Nail for over 20 years for acrylic fills, pedicures and eyebrow waxing and have never had an issue with the services provided.  I always get a French color, and Kathy is my go-to for this.  Kathy also never shies away from a new style, design or process and always gives her undivided attention to it.  While the salon is not as "foofy" as some others in the area, if you are looking for good services for a reasonable price and nice technicians and don't care that there aren't crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, I highly recommend it.  While walk-ins are always welcome, it is best to call in advance to ensure you don't have a long wait, which can happen on a busy day.  I also enjoy that the salon has Sunday hours. Worst gel manicure ever. I could have painted them better with my toes. I also asked for matte gel nails when I first arrived. They said they had it. After they put the matte top coat on my hand came out of the light ... and no matte. They all then crowded around me and applied 3 more coats of matte top coat.. still no matte. Then they convinced me that was it was supposed to look like, forgetting that they removed my old matte set. Worst place and service ever. Dont waste your money. Read Less

I had a special occasion last April and went to Susan at Pro Nail for my 1st gel set. WOW! My raggedy sad looking paws were whipped into shape in no time and I've been coming back every 3 weeks like clock work for a fill. Lots of friends have been asking me where I got the work done and by who, well Pro Nail and ask for Susan! She works the weekend and I can pop in right after church for a great gel fill. I've had NO problems with popping off, splitting, chipping or fungus (yeccch!). She is fast, clean and efficient. And I have never waited while she worked on another client that pushed my appointment time back. Susan is great and I am lucky to have found her! Read Less

I've been here before and got decent jobs done, yet I went in this morning and the lady I had spent too much time filing my nails and when I asked her to file them down even more because she put the gel powder on too thick, she didn't really file them so my nails still look super chunky. And then when it came time to actually color my nails, they didn't have the color I wanted and then she hurriedly painted my nails and it all just looks cheaply done. She also kept digging her nails into my cuticles to get the polish off and basically my skin is now raw and in pain. Plus, the gel nail blue light thing kept shutting off and she was getting frustrated which made me irritated. I was there for a total of two hours which I've been to other places that have done my nails in 20 minutes and it was an even better job. Probably won't go back to this place again. Read Less

Most painful eyebrow wax ever. Not just from the wax, but also from having my head jerked around.  Also didn't appreciate her pulling at the hair on my upper lip with her fingers to show how hairy it was, even after I told her I didn't want my lip waxed, because it always makes me break out there. First walked in and felt like I was in a Sauna. I didn't make an appointment but they got to me right before I melted. I was with my 7 year old daughter. The lady who did my nails seemed nice at first. At some point something was funny and she hit me on my arm as if we were old college roommates. I thought it was a little odd but when she did it multiple times I stopped engaging in any conversation. Then when I was leaving, my daughter went to take the paper out from my toes and she grabbed my daughters hand and threw it off. The hitting of me on my arm was obviously unprofessional but touching my child is completely inappropriate. I will NEVER go here again and will be telling all of my friends with daughters not to go as well. Read Less

$19 for a pedicure. Didn't get a decent massage, got lotion on my legs. The lady complained that I had small nails and didn't even bother trimming my cuticles. She didn't even use the color I picked, used what was in her cart, I didn't notice until it was too late. Thankfully the color was almost the same. With so many choices, not coming back! Read Less

My $30 pedicure just turned in to a $45 pedicure since I now have to find a place to do a polish change. These places are a dime a dozen.  One on every corner.  I have been to the swankiest places and I have been to places where cockroaches are cruising around on the floor.  I have been going here now for a few years.  As with any nail salon there are always manicurist and pedicurists that do better than the others in the shop.  For my nails I prefer Lisa or Kathy.  Both do an excellent job and do exactly what I ask and in some cases go over and above.  A gel manicure is $23 you beat that.  For my pedicure I haven't really found a person I love over another but I can tell you that the hot stone pedicure which is $40 and includes the pedicure, scrub, callous removed, cooling gel, hot stone massage and regular massage is absolutelyworth every penny you will pay for it.  As for those who complain about their English or non English speaking I am ok with that because when I am being pampered I want to relax and enjoy it and not talk.  I have not ever met a rude person there.  And if one day I do, I feel very strongly that the owner, Lee would take care of it because she is very appreciative of all her customers. Pro nails is a good consistent nail salon. I have been coming here for 3 years. The ladies are friendly. I had one person working on my pedicure and one working on my manicure. I was able to get in and out within an hour. The weekends are busy so there might be a wait. The days before a holiday are always busy also. If you go on an off day or go after 12 noon on a Saturday you should be fine. You do have to yell out that you want a mani-pedi when you walk in the salon, but the people getting their nails done don't care and everyone is used to this. The prices are standard, I usually pay around the same at most nail salons in OC. The ladies are friendly which is really pleasant, they usually ask about the family and get to know you a little bit- this is personable and different than many nail salons, which don't really care about the customer except to get them in and out. Kathy did my nail wraps, so I bought these nail wraps from Australia, and Kathy wasn't intimidated she did them for me, super fast and they looked super cute!Plus it was super cheap!! First off I have now visited Pro Nails in Tustin three times, so I am writing with not a single experience but three under my belt.  The ladies there are friendly, but they lack receptionist and when you walk in it is awkward with them yelling across the room and drawing everyone's attention to you.  Then there is the most recent visit, where a manicurist was doing a pedicure on me and was rough and impatient - she dug too deeply on a toe with a slight ingrown situation, and caused me both pain and caused bleeding - something that has never happened with a prior pedicure.  I reacted after the first effort that was painful, but she went in again and was rough and this led to bleeding and I asked her to be more gentle, patient and careful.  She was embarrassed I guess, because she stopped the pedicure and had someone else finish what she started.  She apologized profusely in English, but the Vietnamese communications amongst the workers left me feeling self conscious and I just think it is rude.The place is clean but shabby, and it could use an upgrade.  Management needs to get in front of this business and treat the clients like they are who matter most.  Vietnamese communications should not be within earshot of the clientele.I have no ill will towards them, but I will find somewhere else to go in the future. So I went in to remove my acrylic nails and get a manicure. To begin, they removed my acrylics different than I'm used to. In other salons i put my fingers in a liquid (I think it's acetone but I'm not positive) for about 10 minutes and then they use the machine to scrape off the soft acrylic but in this location they actually just peel them off. Well they do it carefully to not hurt you but it's still a little uncomfortable. But the entire time my lady was very nice and talkative which I like. Then she started cutting and filing my nails and removed my cuticles, and massaging my hands and arms, and finally the painted my nails. Ultimately I was unsure in the beginning of the process but in the end it was one of my best nail salon experiences I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place. Read Less

Amazing. The place is super clean, the manager is nice and the prices are very reasonable, but the real star is Ms. Tina. She takes her time doing your nails, she never makes you feel rushed, and her work is perfect. She is, hands down, the best manicurist I've ever encountered. My full sets look amazing and the polish stays really well both gel and regular. I origionally walked into Pro nail to have a botched manicure  from another place fixed, somehow Tina saved it. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen.  I've since gone back three times and have been thrilled with the final product each and every time.  I am so glad i walked into this place. The ladies here are super nice and listen to what you want. They must have put 4-5 coats on my gel manicure, and hopefully that means it will last for a long time, given that I wash my hands a lot at the hospital for work. Clean salon and super fast service (2 mani pedis in 45min or so). Read Less
