I'm so bummed bcz my daughter and I were really hoping this would be our new nail place. They don't use powder for acrylics but I was up to trying something new. The ladies were super nice but my hand went into the heat lamp like 6-7 times per hand to dry off whatever they used instead of powder & Im pretty sure thats not good for you. I got gel but but nail salons still use powder & you don't go under a heat lamp that many times. It also took them close to 3 hours to put on a new set & gel nails & do mine & my daughters nails. It also is the most expensive bill that I've ever gotten from a nail salon from a nail salon & I've gotten my nails done at salons for over 20 years. I would have forgiven the bill but when we were about to leave, they did say they had a 4 day policy so if any nails broke before then, they would replace for free. Well, 5 days later, 2 nails broke, another broke 6 days later. My nails never break. So I feel a bit ripped off & for not a good job. Will not be going back.

Purchased a Groupon, made an appointment but arrived 5 min late. When I got there, I was told I now had to wait 20-30 minuets bec I was ‘late.’ They basically took a walk-in customer bec it was more financially beneficial for them vs taking my Groupon.

Thank you TRACY for the perfect spring nails! This is exactly what I wanted! After a disappointing, rushed experience at my old favorite (different) nail salon 2 weeks ago, I couldn't wait to get those nails off, and I'm SO glad I found Tracy at Paris Nails. She was super meticulous and sweet, and I am so very happy with my nails and the experience. I will definitely be back!

Definitely recommend this place. The wait was a bit long in between my gel mani and spa pedi cause I was a walk in but it was worth it because they did a great job of my nails. Nails are super clean and they have excellent customer service. The manager works very very hard to make sure the customers are content. Love this place!!Also they have a lot of great nail polishes too choose from. Big selection

Today was my second time here since the change in management and I had yet another wonderful experience!!The women that gave me a gel manicure and pedicure were so kind and were incredibly meticulous!! I can be picky about the evenness of my nails after filing and Jasmine did it perfect the first time and I am so happy with my new nails! In addition, whenever I go to other nail salons, I request a callus removal, but it usually ends up being the same as before, if not worse. However, my pedicurist (if that's a word) was so diligent and managed to make the soles of my feet baby soft AND actually removed my calluses.Needless to say, I definitely had a positive experience and I look forward to returning soon!

Clean and upgraded but incompetent staff. I specifically stated a concern beforehand regarding handling my feet (as in "don't do this, it hurts"); technician did that exact thing and I had to yank my foot away from her. Other issues created unexpected discomforts (too hot towel, scratchy towels). I won't go back!

When I heard they were re-opening the shop, I wasn't really curious about it because before they re-opened the salon, it was really messy I would say and not that clean. But when my friend told me they changed the owner, I immediately visit them. Their service was excellent, they were being really careful and took their time on my manicure and pedicure.

I would say that if you go here for a pedicure, I would STRONGLY discourage the callus removal. The chemical (acid?) used to soften things beforehand was incredibly painful and really aggravated my feet - and then the actual callus removal was even more painful. To make things worse, later that day I noticed blood in my socks and upon further inspection I have cuts, scratches, and scrapes all over the soles and insides of my feet - areas that were certainly not calluses before.I am still sore and unable to go for a run about 2 1/2 days later.

The ladies in there provided an amazing service, they take their time with customers, and I did not feel like they were rushing to finish my nails to work on other customers. Take time to work on the customers for a great service. Sure some of the manicurist are not fluent in english, but Im here for the nail services and not for the small talks.

My mani and pedi are always well done and it last 3 weeks. I would highly recommend this place. Great service, super clean and the staff is always friendly and super attentive. Great color selection! Super happy

I came in without an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The ladies were very attentive and accommodating. I didn't have to wait. One of the colors I chose looked very different than the sample so I picked something else and it looks so good. I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails. Also the prices were not expensive and the basic pedicure still comes with a hot stone massage which get great. I was happy and I will return.

We called on a Thursday morning to get one manicure appt for my husband and a pedicure appt for me. They were able to take care of us at 1pm. Christine did a wonderful job, very attentive. Its been 2 weeks and the pedicure looks like new. I am so happy I have a place close to home that's clean and does a great job. My husbands manicure was very soothing and she took care of his cuticle problems :)

So I went in to this salon 2 weeks ago and had a great experience with the fill and pedicure. I stated I wanted a new set but the girl said I did not need one, hey she is the professional right? Well a nail broke 3 days later because the acrylic was old. Went in and Christine the owner fixed for me free. I had an appointment yesterday and after that will not go back. Today I have bloody, swollen cuticles, the nails are longer than I asked for. On the pedicure I requested several times to check for ingrown nails - she said she did - but she did not. That is something you feel and she did not do it. After paying $91 dollars - YES $91 for a new set and a pedicure was the deciding factor. TOO EXPENSIVE. I could have gotten the same for $50.00 elsewhere and will begin shopping around today.

Horrible first impression.I walked in with 2 friends at 4pm expecting to wait because we did see the ladies all busy. So one lady told us to have a seat so we could wait, very nicely but before we could sit another lady walked over and said "we don't have time for you". We said we weren't in a rush and could wait but she just kept repeating that they didn't have time for us and said if we insisted on waiting that they might be able to work on us at 5:45, but she was very rude so we just left and I don't plan on going back.

I did a walk in gel manicure today. I wish I had found this salon earlier! I've always had acrylic s but have been giving my nails a break. Before today I didn't realize how amazing my natural nails could look! Helen did an amazing job she was very gentle, spent time and effort making sure everything was perfect and to my liking. If I wasn't moving today I'd be a loyal costumer. Please give this place a try!

Honestly, the least picky nail goer ever. And this was the worst nail experience of my life! They are all incompetent and tried and for 45 mins and failed just to take a simple gel polish off my nail...
Honestly, the least picky nail goer ever. And this was the worst nail experience of my life! They are all incompetent and tried and for 45 mins and failed just to take a simple gel polish off my nails... and then tried to blame it on me! I walked out with my nails half stripped of gel and they still made me give them $10. I hope I save someones time and money by writing this. Worst ever!

I'm so bummed bcz my daughter and I were really hoping this would be our new nail place. They don't use powder for acrylics but I was up to trying something new. Nails are super clean and they have excellent customer service. The manager works very very hard to make sure the customers are content. Love this place!!Also they have a lot of great nail polishes too choose from. Big selection

Today was my second time here since the change in management and I had yet another wonderful experience!!The women that gave me a gel manicure and pedicure were so kind and were incredibly meticulous!! I can be picky about the evenness of my nails after filing and Jasmine did it perfect the first time and I am so happy with my new nails! I would say that if you go here for a pedicure, I would STRONGLY discourage the callus removal. The chemical (acid?) used to soften things beforehand was incredibly painful and really aggravated my feet - and then the actual callus removal was even more painful. To make things worse, later that day I noticed blood in my socks and upon further inspection I have cuts, scratches, and scrapes all over the soles and insides of my feet - areas that were certainly not calluses before.I am still sore and unable to go for a run about 2 1/2 days later.

I came in without an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The ladies were very attentive and accommodating. I didn't have to wait. One of the colors I chose looked very different than the sample so I picked something else and it looks so good. I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails. Also the prices were not expensive and the basic pedicure still comes with a hot stone massage which get great. I was happy and I will return.
