This place is close to my work and they are always nice about accommodating my last minute appointments. The place is clean and the staff is always pleasant. Although some of my favorite gals over the years have left, I've found a keeper in Lynn. She's so detail oriented and never seems to rush, even if the appointment takes me past their closing time.They have a great selection of services and has become my go to spot for nails, massages and waxing. The first time I did a gel manicure a gentleman name Thomas did my nails. He was excellent my nails lasted over 3 weeks, so the next time I decided to go I called and made an appointment for a Sunday at 10am the lady that answered the phone said yes he's available. I walked in the day of my appointment and the lady at the reception said I'm sorry we don't have you down for a appointment at 10am with Thomas and he decided to not come in today. I was so upset because I had to be at work at 2pm that day, the lady rudely said come back later we're busy. Thomas not here, I said listen lady we are busy people I made an appointment for a reason. She started talking another language to a co worker then said ok I will do your nails. I was on a time frame so I did. What a terrible manicure my nails chipped a weak later and my gel started pealing off. Not only that 45 minutes later Thomas walked in, I mentioned to the lady you told me Thomas wasn't coming in, she mumbled again to her friend then said I don't remember I said he's running late. Very impressed. Had deluxe mani (with paraffin) & pedi (callous removal) Ladies we're very attentive not only to me but to the two ladies on either side of me.  In fact we customers discussed the customer service here and all agreed on a 5-star Yelp rating. A woman who arrived before me was getting a nail repair and they didn't charge her. Everyone here is very nice, speak English to you and when one of the techs felt my color wasn't even she decided to re-do it. One of my girlfriends brought me here a couple months ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since! Are used to get gels often but now only gets this amazing powder coated treatment that last me a month! No joke this stuff is legit. My 9-day gel manicure started chipping on day 4.  I have very short nails.  The salon was wonderful about getting me in as requested and fixing it. Julie was able to take me again but could not find the color to match my original color.  For 4 days, my "fixed" chipped nail was at least 2 colors darker than the rest.  Today, day 9, every single nail began to lift around the edges.  Julie was very nice and funny, however, my hard earned money for a gel manicure should have lasted longer in my experience.  I would suggest applying thinner coats of gel polish and perhaps not having the customer pull out her nails before the timer goes off.  I will return to my girl who is a lot farther away but at least her gel polishes remain on until taken off. Well, I’ve been here twice now and after reading the reviews, yes, they can be a little pushy, and yes, the place isn’t that luxurious, but this is seriously the best deal in town. For $29. You get a full mani/pedi and I have been pleased with the quality of the mani/pedi and polish each time. It’s 3 days now and my nails still look great, my toes last a solid 2 weeks too. As long as you are capable of saying no to the up-sell then you’ll be fine. I said no to an added massage and by the time she was done offering me the massage she offered it for only $5 and gave me a neck and shoulder massage for almost 15 minutes. So for a mani/pedi and 15 minute massage I was charged $34. I’ll be here every two weeks. Read Less

i sat down, it took them a little while because tehy were busy but once they started she gave me their deal with mani pedi for 29.00. and did my french tip for only 3! cheapest i've found yet. with the review taht said that they are pushing and trying to add stuff... they never once tried with me after i said no. any nail place will be pushy... if you get it and still are willing to pay for it.. then why be upset (stop them and tell them, no) and it will probably stop. who cares abotu being rude if you dont plan on going back there. but my personal experience is that i loved this place i am an every 2 weeks pedi/mani girl and have hated the overpriced places i've seen in irvine... will make this my go-to place from now on. I visited this past weekend for a simple spa pedicure and new set of acrylics, needed the old set taken off. They only have a coredless drill with a nail sander on it to remove calliuses!! I specifically asked if they had the colored acrylic andf was told yes, asked if they had time, told pedicure imediate and then the set in 5 mins. Well ab\n hour later, my heels still as rough as when I came in if not worse, lazy set of polich and my hands are still soaking in polish remover!! (which had been for 45 minutes). They finally began my nails and everyone was on top of one another, someone else keep hitting the back of my chair my belongings kept getting moved becuase people were literally on top of each other!! I had to stop my nails at that point I was teriified of what would happen to my nails and ended up going accross the street and having my feet redone and my new set put on . I still had to pay $30 dollars for a terrible pedicure and soaking my nails for 45 mins. DO NOT GO THERE, IT WAS DIRTY!! THEY SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED AFTER MY FEET AND THEY JUST RINSED THE TUB AND PUT A FRESH TOWEL IN IT AS IF IT WAS CLEAN FOR NEXT PERSON!!! MOST DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND I AM DISABLED WITH SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND THEY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND SO THEY HURT ME PHYSICALLY!!! All I wanted was a pedicure, I have experienced that most nail salons like to also try to push a manicure as well. So I had already told myself that I will absolutely say no and I will not get a manicure as well. As soon as I said I wanted just a pedicure they tried to push a manicure and proudly I stood my ground. So after 5 min into my pedicure one of the store associates came and started rubbing my neck without my even asking, as she was doing that she told me I needed my brows waxed. I immediately told her no, and she came back and told me they are uneven, now that I feel subconscious I regrettably give in so another lady comes over to wax my eyebrows when she finishes she immediately throws wax on my lip, I NEVER wanted my lip waxed as I dont want dark hairs to grow in. I try to tell her I didnt want my lip waxed and yet she tells me the wax is already on and once again I am VERY regrettable talked into it. At This point the lady that is rubbing my neck tells me she is going to now rub my head for ten minutes (I dont like my head rubbed as my hair knots very easily) but I dont want to be rude and tell her, not to. She also informs me that the lady giving me a pedicure is going to rub my legs longer. At this point I am getting antsy and I can feel that my hair is just in one big knot. So finally the lady brings over the calculator (let me remind you I went into the salon wanting to pay $16 for a pedicure with a $4 tip so I was planning on spending $20) She starts adding everything up: $15 for waxing $16 for pedicure $4 for foot scrub (foot scrub, who said anything about a foot scrub?) $10 for extra time on the leg massage $10 for neck massage $10 head rub.. total comes to $65. 65 DOLLARS!!! I was fuming but regrettably I did not say anything, went home and took it out on my husband and when I told him he was angrier than I. Nevertheless I will NEVER return. Read Less
