Very nice ladies work here. Clean and professional. All tubs have liners. Nice comfy massage chairs. Was in the area looking for a spot. Found them on Google maps with good reviews then heard from co-worker she comes here regularly and likes it too. Got a basic pedi for $17 and added $5 callus remover. I have been coming here for over a year now! I found this place on Yelp and haven't regretted it ever since! The service here is amazing and the ladies that work here are so lovely. Michelle does an amazing gel manicure and she's super easy to work with. Whatever I ask for she does that and some! This place has become like a little family to the point my fiancé come with me every single time to get a pedicure. I highly recommend this place! Lovely nail salon. The ladies there are so nice and friendly. They have a large selection of gel nail polish; however, OPI and Essie do not come with a matching non-gel color. Parking is also a bit of a pain. There's a few spots in front of the store, but not many. Overall, clean facility. Their tools are sanitized before each use. OMG!! I just moved to So Cal and this is the second nail place I've tried and I will be a coming back for sure! The owner is SO sweet, calls you "sweetie" makes you feel comfortable, brings you bottle water, interacts with you. Not sure who did my toes but the pedicure was like 40 minutes LONG, with a great massage! Michelle did my nails and she did an AMAZING job, kept asking me if I liked them. Also they had a TV show on I liked and they told me to sit in "Michelle's seat" so I could watch my show. SO NICE! Definitely recommend them, price is GREAT, customer service GREAT! I Don't even know where to start! I have been coming here almost one year now and this review is long over due!! Teresa & Michelle are my favorites but all the ladies here ROCK! I have never been disappointed once for service or for the quality of work that they offer here. They speak English offer you water and ask you about your day. They treat me like family and its a comfortable spot. I love the vibe here @ KK Nails. I been all over to Glo Bar and many more expensive locations but this beats all of them! I love the neck and shoulder massage they offer as well! Michelle has the best strong hands and knows her stuff. My gel nails always last 2 -3 weeks. The salon is hole in the wall and older but its clean and does the job. Right next to Supercuts in a small center so look out for it slowly.. I get the mood changing gel color costs a little extra but its always a lot of fun to show off to friends. I have been bringing my Mom and Sister and they love this place as much as I do! I found this place after getting fed up with being treated CONSISTANTLY rudely at Star Nail in Irvine. (the Star Nail at14250 Culver Drive Suite D, Irvine, CA 92604) The woman who runs that place could use some common courtesy and decent customer treatment lessons from the gals at KK Nails & Spa. Since Star Nail was really close to my home, I tried multiple times to go in and get decent treatment since I figured maybe it was just me. The work was pretty good so I tried to just ignore how badly they treated their patrons (i have since found out that others felt the same way). Even tried coming in w/a very sweet and successful friend of mine, and we were both smiling and in a really good mood when we arrived.. I figured the treatment would be different... but NO.. the owner STILL barked at us and made us feel like second class citizens. My friend and I have never been back since. And BOTH of us tell everyone we know not to go there. Hence I begun the hunt for a Nail Salon where they do equally good work but treat people decently. I was so happy to stumble across KK one day. Everyone had a smile on their face as I came in: I was even GREETED NICELY as I walked in, and treated VERY warmly and kindly as I got all my services done. And folks, From start to finish, the whole experience there was and CONTINUES to be, a very pleasant relaxing KIND experience. Every time I go, I find it to be a VERY Friendly warm inviting place! I drive a bit to get to her place but its VERY VERY WORTH IT. The work they do is excellent, but what really gives them an A++ in my book is the kind and friendly treatment EVERYONE gets! Gone are the days of Lousy treatment at Star Nail. Even if they do pretty good work, never is that a good reason to treat customers like they are the scum of the earth and a bother that they even came INTO their establishment. Star Nail gets a F-. Do yourself a favor and check KK Nails out. Even if its a bit of a hike to get there (depending on where you live in Irvine/Tustin), it will be well worth the effort! Read Less
