I go here on the Regular. Every two weeks for a fill with Kathy and once a month for a pedicure with Sandy. I DON'T KNOW WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE NEGATIVE ON HERE. Not only are the staff friendly they are skilled, and if any mistakes do happen they take ownership and fix it right away. My nails are always perfect and as someone with ingrown toenail issues, Sandy is the only person allowed to touch my feet. I lived in SF for 1 years, Sac, LA... and now that I'm back in the OC - I only go hear because Sandy doesn't hurt me and Kathy is perfection.Here are some notes to help decide if its right for you:*they focus more on classic nails, it is Tustin/Irvine guys - not LA*They are slow midweek*Weekends - I don't know why every woman in the world gets her nails done with her friends and wants to gab. I got my usual manicure and pedicure and was extremely upset with the service! The girl doing my pedicure was on her phone playing a jackpot slots game on her phone and did a terrible job of hiding it because I herd the coin sound effect. Then the girl doing my manicure was sloppy so now I’m sitting here a week later with the gel already peeling off. So yeah from my experience the service is awful. Read Less

Horrible atmosphere. Felt dirty. Employees looking over your shoulder asking what service we want. Came her because of 20% coupon from Irvine company book with restrictions on back of coupon but then they decided to make more restrictions and post inside store. M-th only. Never coming back here. Very slow service! I went in for a basic manicure as I'm taking a break from Gel polish and SNS. The tech's demeanor and service etiquette was unnatural--she asked how my day was after she was past the halfway point. Her manicure technique was way too chill; I asked for a square nail shape and got rounded out. Towels were overused and not presentable. DO NOT GO HERE! I should have listened to the reviews! They told me they can do a design but after an hour of trying they did half of what I asked for! In the 6 years I have never had all of my acrylics pop off in less than a week! My boyfriend got them for me and I have been suprrgluing them all back on on top of the fungus from the horrible experience do not go here it's a waste of money!!!!!! Read Less

Stopped by for a pedicure cause I had a coupon. Got the please me pedi which includes a callus removal and salt scrub. The lady doing it spent less than 15 seconds per foot and didn't scrub hard at all. Nothing was removed at all. She also did a poor job with cutting and shaping. Lastly when I went o pay I was told the coupon was only valid on Monday, which is not listed anywhere on the coupon itself. I came in for a walk-in manicure and was helped almost immediately, even though the place was full. I was helped by Kathy, who did a meticulously wonderful job, with an attention to detail that's hard to find at plenty of places far more expensive. VERY impressed with quality of service and prices. I went with my coworker to get our nails done, ended up getting a pedi and mani , ANYWAYS, even though they did attend us really quick , they were being really pushy and rushing me to choose a color when they had just sat me down and didn't even let me look ! I picked whatever color and then they insisted I get the deluxe and wouldn't stop asking , I said signature but they insisted I get the deluxe and did it anyways " you get deluxe okayyyy" she said. To top it off while the lady was doing my pedi , the lady who was doing my mani asked me if i was paying cash or card (I was still getting my nails done ) she then told me that she'll help me and reached inside my bag and took my card out and swiped it, I was so pist, like who does That! I make appointments every few weeks for a fill with gel with Tammy and she always does a wonderful job. I've been going to Tammy for about 9 months and I am always satisfied. She is very attentive and always willing to add a coat if I choose a translucent color or adjust the size/shape of my nails if I ask. She's also super friendly and I always leave with beautiful nails. Thanks Tammy! I have also had pedicures with many other technicians and have never had any major issues. I don't get pedicures every time, but my nails have never looked so wonderful. I always receive compliments on how dainty and beautiful they look, even after a few weeks of growth. Read Less

SKETCHY PEOPLE! If I can give this place a ZERO I would! Be aware what they charge you. I got charge something I didn't get. I was not satisfied at all. When I said medium size I got small size. When I said coffin design I got a uneven square. Don't come here!! Not worth it! I paid $45 for fullset with gel. When I say horrible I mean it! Don't waste your money on this place. Horrible experience! The person doing my pedicure was awful!!! She couldn't concentrate on what she was doing. Kept getting up and walking into the back..... for what I don't know. $30 dollars for a gel manicure . $15 for a manicure and an additional $15 for the gel , such a damn RIP OFF!!!! The nail technician I had was amazing but she knew I was on my lunch hour and still took her sweet time when I informed her I did not have much time . Would I go back? I went to this Happy Nails with a friend because it was about half way between our houses. I had an acrylic fill, which was fine. The lady was pleasant and my nails look great. My friend got a manicure, and they nicked her finger. They didn't provide a band aid or anything, and it wound up bleeding for over an hour after we left. Both pedicures were disappointing. Although the staff was nice, when we said we didn't want the extra ($5) foot scrub or the $30 special, the massages became almost non-existent. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. This is not a good place to get your nails done. First of all they try to push every single treatment on you and you just keep saying no. The English is very poor and the staff is totally uninterested in what they do. While the lady was scrubbing my feet, she did not look once at what she was doing, she was constantly looking at the front desk or the TV. After I tipped them what I though was fair for the service (and before the nailpolish was on) the two girls were definitely talking trash. I had a coupon for manicure and pedicure with foot massage and foot scrub. I did not get any foot scrub and they told me that I have to pay $5 extra!!! Then she barley gave me foot massage and when I asked why they all got mad and started to speak their language and then she gave me 5 seconds foot massage!!! I just left there 2 hour ago and haven't touch anything rough and my french manicure is already coming off. They are really over priced and not professional at all. Read Less

First of all, I got the spa pedi/mani combo $65 with 15 min massage for hand and feet. I didn't get it. Second, they keep upselling you stuff and you can't understand what they are saying cuz they have heavy accent. With all that stuff they kept asking you, you don't even know what's included in the service or they are trying to upsellng you. I ended paying $75!! Now, with that insane price, I expected good nails cutting skills, hell no. It was worse than a place i went 2 months ago that was $12. My nails wasn't even cut evenly round, they are lob sided.
