Recently moved to Turlock from San Jose and I thought I would try this place out since it is really close to my new home. Definitely won't be coming back. This place is dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. They only care about getting in as many people as possible. Started out fine, a girl took me to get my pedicure. She didn't speak a word of English. Didn't try to communicate, not a word. And the chairs were uncomfortable.After my pedicure was done I was then told to sit and wait, I wait for about 20 minuets until the next staff took me over to start my manicure. She then left I was out about 10 minuets to move to another girl who finished my manicure. The last girl tried to communicate which I appreciated but by this point I was frustrated. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Flew in from Vegas for my cousins birthday and had to get my nails done. Thought why not go to queen nails that was my go to place when I use to live in Turlock. I come in and immediately get taken to the pedicure chair which was good. I was in for gel mani/pedi and I got 2 extras on my pedicure which wasn't my problem. My only problem was my entire manicure and gel on my nails! She didn't ask if I wanted square or round she didn't cut my nails to match all of the rest some chipped prior to my appt but she left them all uneven mind you she didn't even speak English. I hate my nails it's 2 days later I'm at Stockton airport I grab my luggage from truck and of course my entire index finger gel polish chips off. And you wonder why?! Bc my old nail tech in Vegas uses a hard gel on my nails Bc they are weak and the lady here at queen nails didn't drill them completely off my nail bed hence the little layer of clear on my index finger. We went with a group into Queen's Nails yesterday for pedicures. Everything was great and service was awesome. I chose a pedicure with two add-on options. Callous remover and a paraffin wax. Well, the callous remover got on the top of both of my feet and I now have chemical burns on them. I had talked to them and told them it hurt and they tried their best to wipe down my feet but it was too late. Honestly, the people working there are nice but I can't ever go back. Just beware!! I went in a Saturday they were pretty busy but I didn’t have a long wait. I was happy with the way my nails came out I got a coffin shape with mood changing polish $35. But then Sunday my thumb nail tip fell off. Monday I opened my pantry and my pointer finger tip popped right off I didn’t even know I heard something fall looked down and seen my nail tip. By Friday not even a week later I had 3 tips in total pop off. Very disappointed not going back and wouldn’t recommend. Read Less

My sister and I payed roughly $100 for our visit and left feeling beyond disappointed..I wish I would have taken pictures because this place delivered the most jagged and careless service!My sister had asked for a specific design and color and the nail tech gave her... umm not that. Not to mention she was falling asleep on and off and didnt speak any english.The women working on my acrylics was extremely rough with my nails. when I asked her to be a little gentler towards them she rolled her eyes and continued conversating with the nail tech next to her.My set came out  super dirty looking and crooked.At the end of our session we brought up our concerns with who ever it was that was in charge that day, and all we got was a "ppfff" and a disagreement over their no-refund policy. They will not be honest with the time it takes to wait. I called to make an appointment and they told me to come 30 minutes later which I did and they had me wait another 20 minutes without communication or starting my nails so I left. My mom goes there regularly and says that they do that every single time. But she still goes back because they do nails for cheap. Read Less

I'm new to town and I knew it will be hard to find a great nail place. My boyfriend bought me a gift card and when I went in to use it I was horrified. It seemed like Noone wanted to help me but little did they know I'm mixed and understood what they were saying. I recently got out of surgery and they kept talking about it as if they had to touch it on my face. Then when it came to my feet they did not want to do them from what I understood until one employee came laughing and started doing them. I tried to conversate and they didn't so customer service is not there unless they know you from the good tips you leave. I would give them a zero if I could! I've been here a few times and they are usually good! But today they didn't even get the dirt off my feet. I had to wait for a long time in a chair then 3 different people came to do my toes and they were called away to do any customers toes! Two stars, but only because the woman who did my nails was a sweetheart. However the manicure and pedicure that I received were terrible. The nail polish they used was so cheap, even my pedicure started chipping after a couple of days. My pedicures usually do not chip for at least a couple of weeks. I even payed extra for the exfoliating scrub and hot oil massage. It was not worth it at all. She literally slapped some of the scrub on my legs for a brief moment and massaged some room temperature oil on my feet and legs for another few seconds. I like going to the nail salon to get my pedicure because they take care of my cuticles and clip my nails nicely and scrub any dead skin from under my feet, but queens nails just clipped my toe nails and threw on some nail polish. I could have done that myself at home with my Revlon nail polish and it would have lasted longer. Read Less

Friendly staff, clean environment, and the lady who did my nails paid lots of attention to the details. They came out lovely. Really comfortable massage chairs, too! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the massage part didn't last that long and I would have liked it stronger. I will definitely go back! Read Less
