Nails are lumpy and misshapen. Got a new set of nails and the tips were not matched to my nailbed size so my nails came out very wide! Had to spend 2 days filing them down. The second time a different girl did my nails and they were so lumpy. Had to have Jen come to the station twice to fix what the tech couldn't understand was wrong. Lumpy, crappy looking nails. I am a regular here for years and love the service! Jennifer is talented and knows what she is doing. She does beautiful work and simply is the best. Why is it so difficult to find a nail salon in this town that will do quality work. When I get a pedi I'm more interested in the massage portion - this place polishes your toes then tries to give U a massage with wet polish- it just doesn't work !Had a mani with gel polish the polish lasted 1 week, I'll give a place 2 tries before I move on. Went in today to have a polish change. Mentioned to the manager that I just had my nails done last week and the polish didn't last - she just looked at me and said 20 min wait! I waited looking back I should have just left. My nails have ripples in the polish, polish on my skin. No discount, no I'm sorry- $19 please!! Won't ever go back! Read Less

SUPER EXPENSIVE. Got charged $45 for single shellac color and nail tech tried to add some glitter on ring fingers when that was NOT asked for. Got coffin shaped and semi long length single color, I believe she charged me for her mistakes and assumption on extra color even though I asked her to take it off since I never asked for silver glitter. She also cut me on pinky finger and nails were kinda thick, not what I'm used too. She also got red polish all over my fingers and didn't even clean it up properly even thought she did notice all the polish she accidentally got on me. Don't know why prices have gone up so much but that's ridiculous to pay almost $50 for one single color with no designs or anything extra. Safe to say, I will not be coming back and lesson learned. Over 2 weeks ago my daughter and i went to this place. There was 4 girls there and 3 clients and they sat us pretty quick. After about 10 min one lady came and started on my daughter. By time she was almost done the other lady came and started on me. She didn't speak much english but no biggie.. Well she cut my toenails and then when she was doing the cuticles she jammed down onto the side of my big toe and cut a chunk of skin off. It immedialty started bleeding. She didn't say a word.. (I've had it happen at one place in modesto and a different place in turlock) my toe usually would then hurt for a few days :( which makes getting a pedicure miserable. Anyway. My toe not only got red and over the next few days hurt, it had clear liquid coming out and 2 weeks later it is still swollen and some skin peeled off and now there is a little bit of puss coming out. I shower daily and have to sneakers at work but when i get home all i wear is flip flops so it gets air.. How they can cut a chunk of skin off and not say anything or be careless is beyond me.. But what really kind of upset me was the fact it was a mother daughter day, and yet they didn't start on me until they were almost done with my daughter so she then had to sit and wait for me. The girl that did my daughter was great. The one that did me was HORRIBLE.. I wont be going back.. hell i can't go anywhere until my toe heals.. however long that will take :( Read Less
