I just got my hair done today, I am soo beyond thrilled with my result! First I called and told them what I was looking for, the owner answered and had me come in to do a FREE consultation and told me exactly what was going to need to be done, I was able to get an appointment two days later, my stylist Tanya Salas walked me through what was going to happen that day, she was wonderful! It took a lot of time to get what I wanted but she made it happen and was soo nice and was just as excited about how it would look as I was! The price was affordable too! I get a partial Brazilian wax by stephanie and she's awesome. She's professional and clean! She makes it as painless as possible. On a scale 1-10 I'd rate the pain about a 3. Called this salon regarding airbrush tanning.  Spoke with a lady who collected my information and told me the person who does the tanning would call me.  This was last Monday, by Thursday I still did not receive a call.  I ended up calling the salon again, spoke with someone again who told me they were going to call the person who does the spraying and call me back later on that day.  It is now Sunday and I still haven't even received a courtesy call back from the salon or the airbrush lady!  I feel this is very unprofessional and have since found another salon who called me back within an hour. I stopped by on Saturday to get my hair done for my brother in-law's wedding and my daughters hair (she was the flower girl). Our appointment was with Fatima. She did a great job. I loved my updo and she did exactly what I asked for. She braided my daughter's hair and made a ballerina bun for her. This review is over due. I found Lynette and her salon by using yelp! when I relocated to the area. She is the only person I trust for the perfect color every time. She uses a color product that makes my fine, processed hair shine and feel great. She also matched my color perfectly to my extensions. In one word she is amazing. Do not go here to get your eyebrows waxed. I had very full nicely shaped eyebrows when I went into this place. The girl that did my eyebrows, can't remember her name (some blonde), completely ruined them! She thinned them out terribly, gave them a horrible boxy uneven shape and even tore some skin from the brow bone area. Please avoid at all cost. They will ruin your eyebrows that you worked so hard to grow out. The only pleasant experience I've had in this salon was Kelly Oates. She cuts hair so beautifully and is so friendly. I got a layered haircut and I am very happy with it. My hair feels better than it has in years. I wasn't sure about the pricing.. Thought my hair would be more than $20 for sure but it was only $15. Lynette cut my hair and she was informative and gave me some pointers about haircare. Unfortunately, she dropped a comb while cutting my hair and picked it up then continued to use it on my hair. So gross. I'm not into the five second rule. She should have grabbed a new comb. I didn't say anything because I didn't want her to mess up my bangs. + great service, very happy with results- charged more than we were told ahead of time for each style.I made 5 hair appointments here for my wedding party.  One for me, and one for each of my 4 brides maids.  I also had my make up done.Over the phone, I was told that up-dos were as follows:$30 for hair styles where the hair is down$35 for up-dos $40 for difficult hair (really long or thick etc)I was told that they rarely charge $40, and anyone with shorter hair shouldn't worry).The price of makeup was $40 plus $5 more for  fake eyelashes.  I passed this info along to my bridesmaids and they were all okay for the price.  The service was really great.  The staff was friendly and worked with a finicky bridesmaid who insisted her hair be redone.  I brought in a picture of my hairstyle and they did a beautiful job.I explained that I would like natural looking make up, just enough to accent my features and photograph well.  I was very happy with the out come of the make up.  I got several compliments on both the styling and the makeup.  All of my bridesmaids seemed to be happy as well.  The reason for the 3 stars is pricing.  Just about All of my bridesmaids were charged $40, despite the fact that 3 of them just had their hair curled.  They were charged as follows:Long curled hair-  $40Chin length curled hair- $35Complicated up do- $40Short curled hair, slightly pulled back- $40My hair, curled then pinned up into the style- $50Make-up- $45 (as quoted)When it came time to pay, the person at the register was running around trying to figure out what price we had been quoted, "What did you tell them, what was the price?"
