This place was horrible!! I went with a group of girls, and called ahead. They took me in first. The guy the sent to do my nails was young, and I'm pretty sure I was his first set ever! He almost cut through my nail, had to take off 3 nails, broke 3 other nails and didn't bother to fix them even when I pointed them out. I'm not sure if he understood me too well, and he would talk to the other workers and not listen to me. So I would talk to the owner, and she told him I was just being picky when I actually wasn't, I just didn't want cracked nails. He cut me twice before leaving and sending someone else to finish. I was there for 3 hours, all the rest in my group were done in one. I was late for a meeting. The person next to me while I was drying my nails had been there for maybe 45 minutes. Yesterday my mom and I went to a Chinese buffet on Geer Street and we stopped by Bella Nails to have pedicures.   We use to have pedicures at a different place, and this was our first time at Bella Nails.  This place is very clean, provides a great service, and they absolutely take their time with their manicures and pedicures in which I love.  The prices are very reasonable and affordable especially since I'm someone who gets my nails and feet done regularly.  So I am going to come back soon in two weeks. Ack!  I've been here several times and always thought it was fine, tonight was terrible!  I think they have new ownership because I didn't recognize a soul and only one person out of five spoke even a lick of English.  The man who gave me a pedicure looked dirty and honestly didn't even know how to say hello to me.   I could tell this was probably his first time doing a pedicure and I wish I would have just walked out rather than sat there and wasted 1 1/2 hours of my evening.  I had to use hand gestures to tell him that I wanted my nails cut shorter.  After doing this 4 times I said forget it and just let him do what he wanted.  The french manicure looks like something my toddler would paint on my nails.  One man kept spitting in the garbage can.  Everyone that worked that night came over and stood behind him to watch him work on me.  I was uncomfortable and just wanted to pay and leave.I'll have to find a new place for pedicures because Bella Nails has really gone downhill.
