This place is the best by far! It’s beautiful and spacious. They really pamper you here and everyone is beyond friendly. Prices are reasonable and nails stay on forever! Top 10 is the best nail salon I've ever been to! I moved to the bay area and haven't found anything quite like this place. They're efficient, kind and pay great attention to detail. My nails last so much longer when I get them done here. The shop it self is HUGE. There is rarely ever a wait which is great for speed of service and you dont have to worry about getting rushed out of the chair. They have soooooo many different colors to choose from. I've been here a few times. Has a few different people do my nails. Went in a couple days ago and say with Van. I let her know that the last time I got a full set (3 weeks before) they where left way to wide for my finger. I asked her to narrow them down to make them look more natural. She did such a beautiful job! My nails and hands look so pretty! Van will be my go to girl from now on. She took such care in making every look perfect. This place overall is very nice.  Looks clean and the staff is welcoming from the moment you step foo in the establishment. I have been going here for about 2 years now. I have been seeing chenda for a little over a year and she does a great job on my nails. The shape is always perfect the gel is always smooth and she knows what colors look good on my skin. I always have a good experience with her. I have been with other girls before and had to come back a few days later to get my nails fixed. By the way, if this happens, they will make you pay for it! If chenda ever leaves I will follow her! I've been going there since they opened but recently my mom & I got discriminated and kicked out for being "picky" and wanting perfect nails. The employees talk crap about the costumers and does crappy jobs which is why we complained several times, if they are "professionals" we would've not complained didn't they go to school to do nails? Clearly not. We spend lots of money their we should get for what we pay for. The owner handle this situation so unprofessional he kicked us out when me and my mom are picking out our colors and told us to leave if their was a problem before they should've told us the last time, my mom and I would've never gone their if we new. Every time I go to the Salon I receive service within 10 minutes. Most of the time I make an appointment and I am immediately taken care of when I arrive, but there have been times when I am a walk in and I am always helped very quickly. I have had at least five different nail stylist do my nails and each one has done a great job! The place is always clean and they have a very nice public restroom which is rare in most nail Salons. This nail salon is a piece of trash!😡 First off when I wanted to take off the nail polish after a few weeks after they painted them because they were peeling off, and well the nail polish stained my toe nails!!!😡😡 I can't even take them off. If I were you I would go to some place else because not only did they stain my toe nails they were also very very rude too😡 I will never ever go there again.
