Horrible! Rude ! Very unprofessional! No sense of customer service n common courtesy. The workers seems to be in control n micromanaged. They seems working like slavery to a very rude female. I'm not one to even write reviews, much less bad ones, but I've gone to queen b many times over the last few years and I can definitely say this place has gone downhill and will never be receiving my business again. Helen, the owner, is rude and unprofessional. I came in once as a walk-in (they have a sign saying walk-ins welcome) for a fill. I was nothing but polite and expected a wait, but Helen proceeded to yell that they "don't have time for me" and to come back some other time in the rudest possible way, not offering to make an appointment and not apologizing for the inconvenience. Obviously I didn't come back. If you are one of her regulars, I'm sure she treats you well (often letting you go before customers that have been waiting longer even if you don't have an appointment), but why wouldn't a business owner be doing anything she can to impress the other customers as well? I've seen many different technicians here for manicures, pedicures, and mostly for acrylics and never have really been that impressed with my nails or the customer service (the good technicians I've had have left, probably due to poor management). I am very, very picky.  I go to Helen for my nails.  She does a great job.  So great in fact that 2 of my best friends go to her and strangers often compliment my nails.  There have been times when getting pedicures here that the service was rushed or just ok.  If you come often, you will find your favorite pedicurist.  They do a good job on waxing as well and prices are reasonable. This place is just ok. I asked for coffin shape and paid extra... and did not receive that shape... twice. The First Lady was super heavy handed and left my cuticles a mess. The second time a gentleman did ok, but the gel paint job wasn't flawless. I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but I truly appreciate when others give honest reviews so that I don't waste my money at these places. I wish there were reviews for pink and white nails here so that I could have based my decision on that alone since that is all that I get done at nail salons. I will say that I am extremely picky and I do like my nails to look very, very nice! It could just be that the man who did it is not as agile as the women here, but I am not happy with how my nails turned out.I told him that I like my nails square and not rounded, but he just couldn't make it happen. They were shaped way too narrow and uneven. They look almost like fangs. I don't think it's too much to ask for nicely shaped nails. I was in a bit of a rush to get my nails done so called ahead to see if I could get in right away. The woman I spoke to told me that there was no wait. I went right over (5 minutes after I talked to them on the phone I arrived). I then proceeded to wait THIRTY MINUTES. I told them I needed to leave and to forget it and then magically there were 3 people available to help me. If you as a nail salon are busy, fine, great, good for you and your business. And normally I don't mind waiting if I know it's going to happen. But don't lie to people who call about wait time just to get more customers in the door. This Is bad business practice. I complained about this and was offered a half hearted sorry but was in no way offered compensation in the form of a discount or anything similar. Never in my life will I step foot in this place again after being disrespected as badly as I was. My mother, little sister and I have been coming to this place for years. I've had my fair share of good and bad experiences, but I've always came back. I had walked in with my younger sister, it was a bit on the busier side, but I did not mind waiting what so ever. I probably stood for around 15 mins, never even being acknowledged. It finally died down enough for me to snag a seat. Still wasn't greeted, spoken a word to- nada. Nothing. At this point, I'm a little irritated, but whatever. I probably sit for around 45 minutes before I start to really get irritated. Still not greeted. Still not helped. The last straw ended up being when a larger group of people walked in, and they were helped right away, greeted, and sat down immediately. Awful! I showed a picture of royal blue coffin nails. He told me they don't have that color. I asked what they have and he handed a thing with only 40 colors and the only blue on there was a teal. After choosing another color he was hurting me during the Shaping part and it was not coffin just regular square. Also they were very crooked, one popped off a week later, another on my other hand is starting to come off. I am NOT happy. I only went here for Mother's Day with my mom because it was her choice. This place is horrible. I mean horrible!! I've never been somewhere so careless about what the customer wants! And the amount they charged me for my nails was way too much especially since it wasn't what I wanted!! I'm so disappointed in this place. I hate looking at my nails because of how horrible they look. I showed the guy a pic of the type of shape I wanted my nails to be, a simple round nail shape. Horrible!  Came to celebrate Mother's Day 3 pedi and 3 mani $200 and the service was the worst.  When paying the guy asked me do you want to pay tip cash or add to card ??  What I thought too was optional (which I always do anyway) but never have I been talked about in another language because I gave $20 tip!  Wtf  when I have him the tip he asked if it was only for him what about the other people.  I will never come here again !  Plus the pedi chairs are very uncomfortable and the place is dirty.Big mistake! I don't know why this place has so many 1 star reviews! Sounds like a bunch of sensitive, impatient babies if you ask me. ANYWAY, I've been here over 10 times and I never leave disappointed. Yes the wait can be long, yes they may seem as if they're yelling because it IS loud in there, but that doesn't mean the work isn't great. The owner is super rude! Went there yesterday and one day later my gel manicure cracked! Went in to simply get it repaired, and she argued with me about why it broke. ... so are u not going to fix it?? She ended up having her employee fix it and as I proceeded to leave and say thank u , she blew me off and didn't even look at me. As an owner, you should treat your paying customers better. A 3 star review is being very generous after my experience today. Saturday are extremely busy, so I recently making an appointment if you must come in on a Saturday or save yourself some trouble and come on another day. Nails were, ok. I just wished they would tell you ahead of time if they can't do a certain design, in my case, straight lines. My previous lady had no problem with this simple task, the lady that did my nails this time around told me, "Oh, it's just glitter honey." Then why charge me a nail design charge, it it's just glitter and not the design I had no problem paying for??? Then I requested a specific lady to do my pedicure, but apparently, that too went in one ear and out the other. Same lady starting to prep the pedicure chair along with her supplies and proceeded to direct me to the chair. When I asked if the lady I asked for was going to assist me, she yelled across the salon to ask her in front of the entire place if she was almost done. Then when I said that that wasn't the woman I was looking for she told me, "Well, that's the only one by that name here." When I know exactly what the other lady looked like and even described her. So needless to say, I declined the pedicure. My checkout experience was just as irritating as it should be I guess. She took my debit card and came around the counter to process it standing in between myself and my purse. Once the machine asked for my PIN number, this woman felt it must have been necessary to nudge me to the machine. On the positive side, they took a last minute appointment on a Sunday. I really appreciated that. On the negative side, they either did a poor job or they use very cheap products, or both, besides de fact that they hurt my toe. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with a flower design. As soon as I got home I noticed my design was ruined! Now, a week later, the gel is coming off! My daughter had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago. Her pedicure got messed up as soon as she got home and had to go back to get it fixed. I also saw an employee putting utensils back into the pouch where they place sterilized tools. The ONLY woman I allow to do my nails is Diana!! She's the BEST in eyebrows as well. I'm a loyal costumer to good work and customer service. Love her! Decided to give this place a second try and still no improvement. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures under my name. When we walked in they told us they had accidentally gave my appointment to another group of people and they clearly didn't ask for the name but assumed it was them because they had 3 people as well. Anyways fast forward to getting my toes painted and you can totally tell the ladies were rushing as soon as they saw people come in. I felt the lady painting more of my skin than my nails and she tried wiping it off with her finger. She also kept globing the nail polish on in stead of letting the first layer dry before putting on the second. One word FRUSTRATING. As soon as she was finished I walked toward the drying station but before I could even sit down she demanded for me to pay. Hmm? Am I not allowed to sit and dry first? If I wasn't so nice I would've left her no tip since she was rude to me the whole time I was there. If you want to get you nails done I suggest going to La Jolie. Read Less
