The gentleman who rendered service to me today was very polite and conversational. Nevertheless, the quality of work is subpar and probably one of the worst pedicures I've had in quite some time. The lining of the basins was not done. Equipment did not show any type of pre sanitation and I am not certain if they were pre used items unwashed. Previous nail polish was not taken off completely. I had to ask twice for polish to be removed. Cleaning up cuticles was minimal. When nail polish was applied, it was haphazardly done. I had to request 3 times for him to cover the nail completely. The first time I went to Lee he did a great job and I gave him a 20 dollar tip. The next time I went he took 4 hours for a pedicure and full set, left my nails uneven, And didn't give me a style anything like what I asked for. He charged me $90 for the terrible work. I decided to give him one more chance today and I left there infuriated. He was 33 mins late and kept stopping to finish his wifes customer since she didn't know what she was doing. He was working 30 mins on my toes getting the gel color off and then when he was done. He said he doesn't know how to do the style I want but he won't charge me for the take off.  I was so upset to say the least. After the first time I went i had recommended many of my customers and my mom. Now none of us will be supporting his business. Went there to get my toes done and to get a full set , been there before and never had a problem they were actually cheap nails stayed on but when I went four days ago the lady hardly put glue for my nails to stay on and a nail came off already , paid $58 for everything and toes came out great but my nails were all different sizes had them do it again and only had them on for four freaking days and a nail came off really pathetic waste of money and time ! Love this place I use to go to a different nail place here in Tracy but i got a infection on my nails so I decided to try this place out and I absolutely love this place staff are very nice Kim and Lee are amazing they are so welcoming and I just feel so welcome when I'm there I'm definitely gonna continue going here i highly recommend this place Read Less

I've been here over 30 min. Waiting with my feet in the water for a pedicure!!!! I'm about to leave, someone walked in to get their eyebrows done, n they announced they were from out of town, n she got right in, even after asking is there another place they can go to!!! Horrible. My mother went there today, and the guy hurt her fingers and held tight while filing with machine. Was rude to her and broke the tip of her nail from from a fill. And then made her wait for another lady to paint her nail because he refused to. Plus they weren't even busy.Read Less

I got a pedicure and a full set with two tone glitter tips. I believe it's a husband and wife that run the nail shop. The husband started with my nails not so friendly and a little rough but my nails look good. The wife did my pedicure it got busy so I had to soak for a long time which didn't bother me it was relaxing. The pedicure itself didn't last long but for $53 for everything wasn't bad. I guess this place changed there name its now called "Pro Nails Art" I went in a satruday around 12pm they were totally empty  when I asked about the pedicure price one answered 18 and the other 17 i said okay either one is fine i guess they helped me right away the girls name was Linda she was very polite and did conversation very gentle thats why am mostly giving her a 3 star but during my pedicure more people started coming in so since I was almost finished she told the man Kevin to finish my pedicure his horrible!!! he was putting my color and not even covering the entire nail I mentioned to him twice that it needed more color and he just keep saying just wait until it dries RUDE but either way I wanted to continue trying them since there only about 2 minutes from my house so I decided to do the shellac nails Linda did them for me again very nice and priced around the same as others salons for $25 the only thing is she didn't have much colors for the shellac so I complained to her about my feet nails not being colored all overall she actually did fix it however I concluded the price would be $43 for everything but for some reason she ended up saying that my pedicure was $24 at the end when there chairs didn't even give the massage thing either I ended up paying them +giving her a tip but overall I don't think all come here again I only did because it was closer to home than my original place but will NOT be coming back!!!!!!!! my first and last time Read Less
