I came to get a Gel Manicure and took my grandma with me as well to get a pedicure. Lana was the one who worked with me and she's super sweet. I wanted to get my natural nails shaped as coffin along with a gel color. Lana gave me the shape with no problem. I really appreciated that, a lot of times when I would go to other nail places they wouldn't really like to shape my natural nails. I'm glad Lana got to shape them. I'm so happy with my nails :) Ha was the one that took care of my grandma. She was so nice and gentle with her. My grandma can't really do her toes on her own anymore, so I thought a pedicure would be a nice treat for her. She really enjoyed talking with Ha and that Ha gave her a relaxing leg massage. Came here to treat my mom and I to a mani and pedi. Thankfully, the woman who did my mom's (Wen?--sorry for misspelling your name) did a great job and was very nice!The woman who did mine, I didn't catch her name, had a bad attitude and did a poor job. Most of my nails don't have a second coat on the edges, or a coat at all. She was also so rushed (btw the place was empty) that she cut me with the cuticle clipper and drew blood. This place is great! I came to Tracy for a wedding, and didn't get the opportunity to get a pedicure close to home. I searched for nail services around the city and  Nail Express was closer to me. I came in for a regular pedicure, and it was great. I'm assuming that their main emphasis are massages because I felt so relaxed. Even though it was a quick massage, I haven't felt so relaxed while getting a pedicure in a long time. In addition, their pedicure chairs are also great, they really work. The establishment is nice and clean and their employees are super nice. I must say, next time I'm in the area, I would definitely stop by. Read Less

This place needs to be shut down. The owner is crazy! Literally. If you go on to their FB page there is video proving this. We went in and my niece was not happy with her nails due to the fact they were all very uneven and crooked. I have no problem paying and we would rather them fix it then do a refund and go somewhere else but all the lady's were very rude after that telling us not to come back and refusing to re-do and just tried to fix with a file. So we agree to have them cut off and give a refund. Which was fine as were leaving the owner a man walks in and ATTEMPTS to lock the door with us inside. I immediately pushed my way threw out of fear. If I wasn't so close to the door he would have locked us in and who knows what? Horrible work. The man who did my pedicure, hardly worked for 5 minutes. He was Ina hurry to move to his next customer. He also just me when he clipped my nails. When asked, why such hasty work, he showed me the price list and said if you choose the $65 pedicure option, we will do it for a longer time. I did complain to the owner and she did not care either.
