I usually get my nails done at Top Ten because of the price, but after they cut me twice at 2 different times, I decided to give my business elsewhere. My friend recommended this place and I really like it. The atmosphere is nice and everyone seems nice too. They accept credit card and they don't charge that "extra $1.00" like Top Ten does AND you can tip on the receipt.  Bella has nicer pedicure chairs and they always have HGTV on. Read Less

So I just changed to Bella, after leaving them due to issues with the quailty, I found out they had changed owners and so I wanted to try them again. The new nail people do not know how to do anything but nails. They are dubious when shown new techniques or old ones, I wanted water decals placed on my nails, and the people who are supposed to be Nail experts, did not know how to do this, I was shifted to 3 different people and then I had to explain how to do the decals each and every time. Then I was told by the owner (Female) that they did not promise the nail art would stay on the nails, I explained I have had decals place for more than 20 years. She said they were not guaranteed at all and to not come back and complain. The decals lasted the full 2.5 weeks for my next appointment. The last time I came in I had nail stamps, I had all of the product including nail polish to use the stamping, and I was told to go to another shop (in broken English of course) because they did not know how to do this technique. When I lived close to this place I would come here all the time. Since I've moved I started going to one closer to my house. The other day my mom and I decided to go get our nails done and remembered this place being awesome so we drove the extra few miles. They redecorated nicely, however, it seems more cramped to me. I miss how it was, honestly. It was more spacious and calming. The staff was also better in the past...I got some guy and requested a full set. He didn't clean my cuticles. He didn't do anything... just started roughing up my nails...barely and gluing some tips on. The tools he used didn't seem clean... He didn't even go to the bottom of my nail with the acrylic... I had to ask him to add some cause it was ridiculous! My nails looked so lumpy and ​uneven... I ended up removing them after a week cause they were embarrassing​! Terrible service. Three different people helped me. It was like a tag team wrestling event. I hated the color of the polish and the girl refused to fix it. Nails all cut and filed uneven. I was told it was my vision that was the problem. Ends all rough despite all the filing. End result is full of bubbles and uneven polish. Could not believe these workers. There was a lady in front of me getting her nails done. Before she got her nails polished, she simply asked the lady if she could go to the restroom and to her surprise and to everyone that heard her, the worker replied “can you hold it”? The lady said excuse me....and the worker again said “do you really have to go”?!?! I come here every two weeks or so to get my eyelash extensions, pedicure, & gel manicure. Vivian is the owner & is absolutely amazing at my eyelashes & eyebrows. My nails & feet vary from person to person. For some reason Vivian has never done my nails & I've noticed she does a great job. Most of the technicians do good work but there's one male & a lady that do not. My nails grow very long & are very healthy, but when the man does them I'll get a crack or two. It's frustrating because it takes time for the natural nail to grow back. Jenny & this younger lady are my favorites. They get a 5 out of 5 & so does Vivian. This place is a joke! I was getting my nails done toward the end of the day and tbh they we're rushing the whole time since me and my friend was the last one in the salon. On top of that, my gel polish was all jacked up and uneven, but I didn't realize it till the next day since I was in the salon for so long. Keep in mind they were rushing to the point were I didn't even get my "massage" all I got was oil and messed up nails for $30.00 I usually don't leave reviews like this but today just topped it all off. So I came back to get it fixed and I have been waiting in here for 30 minutes or more waiting to be helped. They don't care why? The reason that I gave it 3 stars was because the 1st time that I went, my experience was great!  I'll need to get the girls name, so I can update and give her proper recognition.The reason I deducted 2 stars was because my experience over the weekend was not what I would have liked for a mani pedi day.  The guy who helped me (he was the smaller of the 2 guys that work there. I'll update at a later date once I get the name) gave me an okay pedicure, usually I don't do the full on pedicure experience because I can't handle my feet getting touched, so what would normally take about 30 minutes usually only takes 10 since I only needed a cut and polish change.  I had asked for nail polish on my toes, and gel on my fingers ~ 1 star deducted for charging me $35 for it, last time I got the same pedicure and was only charged $20. Mani time...literally only took about another 10 minutes.  He barely let my fingers soak and barely touched the cuticles, and when he put the color on, and put me towards the fan, I asked if it was Gel and he said "no you said polish"...uhm, nope I did not.  So he sighed a deep breath, and replaced my color with Gel.  But that was it...no massage, no baby oil, no hot towel, no nothing...I got there at noon and was out of there by 1235 ~ and the mani / pedi were not done at the same time!Final total for the day $55.  I'll be going back, since I really liked the first time I went...but definitely will not be getting a pedi if they charge me full price for less than half the service, and I will not be going back if the only manicurist available is the individual who assisted me. I have been on the lookout for a good nail place for a while and I think I might have found it. I don't get my nails done often so I never have a set place to go to, I came to Bella's based on a friends recommendation and ended up loving it. I payed $33 for my nails and I really like them, although it was a lot higher of a price in comparison to past nail places I've been to, it was worth it. I believe my nail tech was named Kelly and she was really friendly and nice. She struck up a conversation with me while she did my nails and did an amazing job. She took her time and gave me a lovely hand massage at the end. My nails were well cared for and they made sure I was comfortable, I was even given a pillow for more comfort. Best nail salon I've ever been to. Vivian does an absolutely amazing job no matter what I get done. She also does eyelash extensions and eyebrow microblading. Very nice salon with decent prices. I've gone here before to get my nails done and had no complaints until today. The lady doing my nails screwed up BIG TIME (read below) today and when I refused her $5 discount their customer service went out the window. I am so disappointed with their customer service I won't be going back. I have gone to Bella's before and was pleased with their service but today was a different story. I went in today (6/23/17) to get a pedicure and a French tip full set. The guy did a good job on my toes, the lady doing my nails was a complete different story. When she started doing my nails and putting the pink acrylic I told her that I did not like a thick white tip. She said don't worry I will fix it as she continued to do the rest of my nails. I continued to tell her that the white tip was to thick and then she tries to fix it by filing down my thumb nail all the way down which was not the length I wanted in the first place. My two thumbs ended up way shorter then the rest of my nails, the line between the white acrylic and pink acrylic was not straight and neither where two other nails. I told her that the thick white line was not working with me and that I wanted to paint my nails the color I used for my toes. She apologizes telling me that it was a "misunderstandingand". I didn't want to make her feel bad so I tell her it's ok we can just paint them over. Well she gets the same color from my toes and it's still showing the white tip so she tell me I have to choose another color. I choose a glittery color to sorta go with my toes as she is putting it on I noticed that it's not quite like the glitter I chose, I let her know that and she tells me it's the same one.... I wait for the second coat and I put my nails next to the color I chose and it's obvious that it is not the same color! Her response... "the company sends them and they vary in color" I was so done by now, I was supposed to be home with my kids by now and just decided to leave it alone and thought I would be given get a Major discount. $5 is what she offered me! I refused and she went to talk to her "manager", I saw telling her I am assuming what happened. The manager comes over asking me what happened but in reality her mind was made up of what had happened. I told her what happened and all she would tell me in a very nun-apologetic way that she tried her best and that I couldn't complain after she finished with my nails and spend like two hours with me.. I could not believe them! not only did they screw up but they turn around to make it look that it was my fault. No sence of customer service. Read Less

I have never been so insulted and been hit with so many hidden fees in my life at a salon! I asked for a regular pedicure with an added $5 dry skin heel service. Your thinking...okay...pedicure usually costs $17-20 so with my added service it'll be at most $25...NOPE! Not only is a regular pedicure at this place $30, but they charged me $5 for taking my previous color off, $5 extra dollars for the new color and an extra $5 for the dry skin heel surface making my REGULAR pedicure $45!!!! Right after, I asked for REGULAR Acrylic nails with a french manicure. $50 later shes done!! All the while the men keep looking at me and another lady in the salon and keep laughing at us very obviously. I asked the lady what they were laughing at and she said "Oh not you..the other lady. We're just joking around" AS IF THATS OKAY??? Then they added $23 extra for my eyebrow and lip wax...RIP OFF!! I quietly paid the $118 with an added $15 tip and left but I'm not going completely silent...thank God for Yelp...They do not tell you any of these charges until the end when its time to pay and my nails look HORRIBLE. Horrible Gel/shellac job. Went back to get my left hand fixed and no one could help me, then they told me I had to wait half an hour for the same lady that messed up my hand in the first place to fix it.
