Very clean, but not exactly friendly. When finished, my nails weren't what I asked for at all and messy underneath. I left with nail polish on my finger tips and acrylic still needing shaved off. I even brought photos and showed them twice what I wanted. Probably won't be returning. Read Less

Came here for SNS nails by a friends recommendation and was pretty impressed with the selection of colors. The shop appeared clean and the pedicure chairs all looked brand new and are set up in a nice looking manner.The actual manicure was great but the technician was unfriendly and hardly spoke to me. He certainly spoke English but was just very cold. I asked for no cuticle work but he cut my cuticles anyways- and charged me for it.. so I wasn't thrilled about that.Overall the place wasn't bad, I'll probably try a few other places for SNS before I decide if I'm coming back here, but it is worth a shot for someone else. Anytime I go anywhere else I end up disappointed because Ken at VIP nails is the best nail tech I've ever had. Everyone at VIP is always so helpful. Been going here for years, and still make the drive out even though I live 30 minutes away. Love this place! Read Less

Went with 2 friends for a pedicure. We made an appointment but they sat and started on walk-ins before us. They started on one of us after 10 minutes, then my other friend after 20 minutes and  finally started on me a half hour later. And yet I was still done before the other girls which means they skimped on my massage. Will not be back. Read Less

Ken is a perfectionist when it comes to SNS nails.  Each nail is perfect, like a work of art.  The prices are very reasonable.  The salon is clean and well kept.  Lin gives a fabulous pedicure.  They have every color polish you can imagine.  I'm always very pleased with my nails :-) and with my experience at VIP. I went in to try out the SNS nails. Love love the concept especially how the powders are colored and no need for extra polish on top. I cant remember their names but my pedicure lady was amazing. Gave an amazing massage and spent her time on toes. The gentleman that did my manicure did a good job also. Only small issue I had was the language barrier. He couldn't understand what I was trying to say and it didn't seem like he cared to ask someone else to translate for me. I didn't walk out with the extract style I wanted but also they weren't horrible. Will definitely be back for a pedicure though. Read Less

I was impressed by the VIP treatment I received. I was NOT impressed by the short longevity of the shellac manicure and regular pedicure. In one week the shellac on 3 of my nails had either lifted or peeled off. The polish on a few of my toes either chipped or had deep scratches. It was the worst pedicure I've ever received! I have always had the best experience here.    I discovered SNS as an alternative to gel or acrylic and Ken always does a great job.   It lasts 3-4 weeks without chipping.    I cracked the color myself once after 2 days (own stupid fault) and Ken fixed that one nail free of charge.  I have never had a problem with walking in and getting seen.   There are only a few places that do SNS and I highly recommend it! Never coming back here. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and doesn't acknowledge when customers come in until we say something first. A man did my nails and was filing down my previous gels so hard that my nail actually broke and stabbed my nail bed. I decided to not get color and thought he would buff out my nails smooth. Nope. I've been here a total of 3 times. The first two times deserves 3 stars as the staff was attentive but the quality of the manicure I received was not all that great.The 3rd time, if I would give them 0 stars. I asked for a pedicure and manicure gel removal as well as a trim down on my hands. My pedicure was not relaxing or painless. The woman performing my pedicure was not gentle and as she removed my cuticles with the nipper, I felt every single cut as she cut and pulled at the same time, where usually I don't feel it. Gel removal was not any better. When the gentleman clipped my nails, he actually cut the skin under my nail and it bled quite a bit. Read Less

worst service ever! The gal who started my manicure made my nails uneven. when I asked for them to be fixed she had no clue. The main gal looked but wouldn't fix them. she was telling me to show her what to do. I am not the one with the license. she still charged me full price. I have been going to VIP nails since it opened about 13 years ago.  I have tried other places in the area but haven't found any which equal VIP for the price and the quality.  I get acrylics (go to Nina or Karen), and they always last a really long time.  My pedicures always last a long time too and that's not always the case with some of the higher-end salons who charge double what VIP charges.VIP is just finishing up their remodel and it looks like a brand new spa. The chairs are super comfortable and the whole look of the place is clean and modern.  I recommend you going back if you haven't been there in a while - if only just to experience those wonderful pedicure chairs.
