I am very impressed with Top Nails! It was very busy when I walked in, since I didn't have an appointment, I assumed I would have to wait a bit. This nail salon got top rated and my nail lady was unavailable so I thought id check it out. Luckily I got in within the hour! The salon is huge! Plenty of space and people to assist, I was helped right when walking in, and given lots of gel options. I got a basic gel manicure and a pedicure, I didn't know which I got but I believe it was the basic one, I would recommend seeing what kind they have and getting something more because my feet were still cracky, but it's my fault I didn't ask.Overall for a nail salon I couldn't ask for much more than great customer service and a good manicure and I got both! For those  who think the good reviews are fake - This is not I went and saw Sunny for Pink and white acrylics after going to another shop for 6 weeks. Sunny uses the darker pink, but its still natural looking. I asked that he make the white more predominate, and he did. This place is fantastic! My mother and I have been coming here for the past few months for our mother/daughter time. My mom gets her acrylics done her and absolutely loves it! I've been getting the bio gel they offer in place of acrylics. I'm so happy with the quality of work the technicians do! They are all very nice and easy to talk to. They listen to you when you explain what you would like to get done and check with you multiple times throughout your visit to make sure you are happy with everything. They have a very big selection of gel colors, glitter colors, metallic colors, and regular nail polish colors. Neither my mom or I have ever left with bad nails and have always been greeted with a smile by Steven.Steven works extremely hard but makes sure you are taken care of to your standards, he knows everyone's name and remembers what they usually get done each visit. When I told him I didn't like pedicures because I have super sensitive feet (pedicures have always been painful for me) he suggested Annie. He informed Annie of my problem with pedicures and Annie gave me the best pedicure ever! She was super gentle with my feet and checked to see if I was still doing alright multiple times. It was the first time a pedicure wasn't painful for me she was so gentle! So if you have sensitive feet, definitely make an appointment with Annie, she'll be so kind and gentle! Best place to get nails done in the conejo. Even if I call ahead by 30 minutes, I don't have to wait. The staff listens and remembers that I like a shoulder massage when I get my nails done. Best Nail Shop Around. Over the last three years of gel appointments every two weeks (sometimes three) - I have witnessed some shady customers come in with very nasty attitudes and still get professional, prompt and great service.
