The ladies here always take great care of me. No cuts, perfectly trimmed nails. I don't get gel but on the side of normal polish they work hard to find the right color that fits your Dream image.

My usual nail place didn't have any walk in appointments today -- and so I came here. I asked for an SNS manicure, and they said no problem. They removed my current SNS pretty quickly, but I sat for a long time in foils because they were busy. When the technician started, he was seemingly irritated and yanking my hands around, and kept telling me to relax. Um ok, maybe I could if you were a little friendlier, dude. Weird. So he dipped my nails twice in powder (at the other place they always do three) and then put some crap on top of them. Well they looked terrible, kind of like the pink of a pink and white set -- but with no french tip. I asked him if this is the right powder, and he said it was very light that is why it looked that way. Well, I have had very light colors and I have never seen it look like that. They salvaged it by filing them down, and putting gel polish over the top and then I had to sit under lights. Which I did not want in the first place. I was there an incredibly long time, about two hours -- for JUST a gel manicure. They were willing to fix it, but the woman kept trying to tell me I picked the wrong color. I think I have had enough SNS manicures to know that I have never seen one that looked like that before and something went wrong. My nails turned out pretty, but I wasn't there for regular gel. I was there for SNS. And I got some sort of combo, because of the mistakes.A super nice woman next to me was basically being ignored for half hour and was just as frustrated by her experience as I was. She actually tried to walk out and they managed to get her back in her chair. She said out loud that it would be her last time going there, and I am with her. After today, I will not be back there for any service. Super disappointed.

Both my mom and I had really great experiences here. My mom got an express mani pedi and I got a full set of acrylics. My mom smudged her toe and came back with me to get my nails done and they fixed it right up for her no charge. Reny (spelling?) did my acrylics and he spent good time with them to make sure they were the right shape and everything and they came out awesome :) . He also was a pleasure to talk to. I don't live in FL but when I come back to visit my mom I will definitely come back here!

I should've known my experience was not going to be good since I entered this place. Messy waiting chairs and then one of the ladies yells from across the place to ask what was I getting done. Then the lady that did my nails did an awful job from beginning to end. Not coming back ever, went there because it was near home, never again. I'll stick to my regular place in T.O. boulevard.

I live in Las Vegas and every time I come back home to Newbury Park to visit the family, I always get a pedicure here. Real simple - quick and easy. The pedicures last me at least 3 weeks. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get sat and the prices are affordable!

This is my favorite place to go for a pedicure. I always get the regular spa pedicure with extra time spent massaging my legs and feet. It's heaven. Everyone is wonderful and they really care about doing a good job. If you want to feel pampered at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. So much better than an expensive Spa at a fraction of the cost.

I am here every 2-3 weeks to get gel nails and a pedicure. They do an amazing job every single time! I have tried other salons but they never look as good and chip after a week or peel off. TLC's mani/pedi last me for 3-4 weeks if needed...I usually go in earlier bc they grow too long for me. Hands down, only place I will go!

I have been coming here for 10 years. I won't go anywhere else. Tiana, the manager, is so kind and she really puts the customer first. I've always seen her do right by her clients. The girls in the shop are sweet and hard working. They always do a great job on my nails! My gel manicure stays on up to a month and if I mess up my toes right away they always fix it at no cost. The key is to come in during the weekdays, if you can, to avoid the rush!

I have been going to TLC for several years and I couldn't be happier! I tried many nail salons in Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks with poor results before finding TLC. My nails look fantastic every time I go there, the salon is clean and bright and all of the employees are friendly and great technicians. Not only do my nails always look great, but I get a relaxing massage (that includes hot stone massage) as part of my normal pedicure. Tiana is the best at gels that I have ever found! She uses Biogel which is much healthier for my nails, but also stays on 2-3 weeks every time no matter how hard I am on them. I refer all of my friends here and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!

Best bang for the buck in newbury park. Clean, Great service, and the technicians actually take there time and care how your nails turn out. Nice quiet atmosphere as well. Thanks TLC.

I should've known my experience was not going to be good since I entered this place. Messy waiting chairs and then one of the ladies yells from across the place to ask what was I getting done. Then the lady that did my nails did an awful job from beginning to end. Not coming back ever, went there because it was near home, never again. I'll stick to my regular place in T.O. boulevard.

This is my favorite place to go for a pedicure. I always get the regular spa pedicure with extra time spent massaging my legs and feet. It's heaven. Everyone is wonderful and they really care about doing a good job. If you want to feel pampered at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. So much better than an expensive Spa at a fraction of the cost.

The girls in the shop are sweet and hard working. They always do a great job on my nails! My gel manicure stays on up to a month and if I mess up my toes right away they always fix it at no cost. I have been going to TLC for several years and I couldn't be happier! I tried many nail salons in Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks with poor results before finding TLC. My nails look fantastic every time I go there, the salon is clean and bright and all of the employees are friendly and great technicians.
