I decided to go to Q Nail about two weeks ago to get my gel nails done. Jackie did my nails and I am absolutely in love. Not only was she very friendly and open, but also meticulous and detail-oriented. She took her time on my nails and made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Everyone else at Q nail is so welcoming, and I felt very comfortable when getting my nails.
I waited two weeks to write this review, because I wanted to see how the nails would turn out two weeks later. It has been two weeks and the nails are still very strong and in very good condition. I will definitely be coming back again to get my new set of gel nails soon! I highly recommend Q nails for anyone looking for reasonably-priced, high-quality service and nails!

The best nail salon in Ventura county! Yen is truly a nail artist she does the most natural perfect acrylics and always willing to perfect her work to ensure clients satisfaction. All the women working at Q are amazing, sweet and genuinely care about their customers! And they are very clean!!!! Always a blast going in for my nails!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love this local gem in Newbury Park. Clean & very reasonably priced. This is my 5th time here and everyone is friendly and most importantly; takes a lot of pride in their work. If you are in the Newbury Park area, give them a try. I think they accept walk-ins but always best to call and book your appointment.

Great pedicure in a nice, clean bright location! I love the staff! They are friendly outgoing, and treat you like a long lost friend! Pedicure includes a nice massage.

My wife and I were shown to spa seats exactly on time and someone started working on my wife’s feet. Thirty-five minutes later, with the water now cold, no one had even spoken to me, much less tell me why the delay or apologize. I put my shoes back on and sat down to wait for them to finish with my wife. At that point three different people came to urge me to come back. Turns out, they have a person call in sick. That happens. They had my telephone number and could have called. They didn’t. We will not be back.

It took me 58 years to finally get my 1st pedicure ... and now I regret waiting so long! I went to Qnails with my wife and daughter (first as a spectator), and was amazed at how NICE and personable the ladies working there are, and I mean ALL of them! One time I went with my wife, and 1 of the ladies talked me into getting a pedicure, and I have been a regular customer since! I'm hooked! I'm even brave enough to come here by myself! Lol Like other users have mentioned, the shop itself is VERY clean ... spotless! I would highly recommend Q Nails to anyone!

I love this place. Amy and Cindy are great, but so is everyone else here. I've had eyebrow waxing, manicure and pedicure as well as a salt scrub massage and the service was exactly what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and definitely keep me coming back. My daughters enjoy it here, also.

This review is long overdue!! I got a mani/pedi before my sisters wedding and they did a fantastic job!! The ladies who work here are SO sweet and friendly. I love that they made recommendations on the color I chose. They mentioned that my original color would appear very translucent on my nail so I chose a darker color and it was PERFECT! They honestly care about their customers and will speak up when needed to ensure that the customer knows exactly what they will be getting, which I feel is awesome and loyal. I don't get mani/pedis often but I will certainly come to this salon when I do! Lastly, their prices are fantastic and extremely competitive with other nail salons. I highly recommend Q nail!

I decided to go to Q Nail about two weeks ago to get my gel nails done. Jackie did my nails and I am absolutely in love. Not only was she very friendly and open, but also meticulous and detail-oriented. She took her time on my nails and made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Everyone else at Q nail is so welcoming, and I felt very comfortable when getting my nails.

My wife and I were shown to spa seats exactly on time and someone started working on my wife’s feet. I love this place. Amy and Cindy are great, but so is everyone else here. I've had eyebrow waxing, manicure and pedicure as well as a salt scrub massage and the service was exactly what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and definitely keep me coming back. My daughters enjoy it here, also.
