I went there today (5/14/17 - Mother's Day) and the staff pampered all five of us! My daughter treated me and my 10 year old granddaughter to a pedi/mani, while she got a pedi. Also with our group was my daughter's mother-in-law and her daughter. My tech was Morgan and her and I gabbed it up and had a blast! My toe nails and fingernails look the best they have ever looked! I highly recommend that you ask for Morgan when you book your appointment. By the way, it is by appointment only, but I do believe at times they will have walk-ins and if they can accommodate them, they will.The best thing about this place is they do NOT do acrylics and so there is no smell. I don't go to nail salons for this very reason, but my daughter assured me I would not have to wear one of the masks and she was right! I could actually breath without coughing!They offer you a complimentary glass of wine, juice or water while you sit on your throne being pampered.  The place is clean, well-maintained and is located directly next to CVS. My first time here was pretty great, but my second time here just recently was a little disappointing. I walked in at 5:20pm, told them I wanted a pedicure, then sat down to wait for my turn. I didn't get taken care of until 6:30pm...that was frustrating only because there was only one person doing the pedicures when I walked in and she was taking care of a customer already. And I wasn't the only one waiting over an hour to get service. I wish they would consider expanding their staff and building to accommodate their rising business because they do get A LOT of business because they do a great job! Maybe get a bar so I can have a drink while I wait for so long! LOL It just sucks having to sit and wait awkwardly for over an hour. Really friendly staff and very clean place. Read Less

Idesign is amazing i always leave beyond happy even tho i like crazy designs and im picky RA is so good and i have heard many good things about everyone there everyone is very nice :) They can be super busy which is most of the time because they are that GOOD if u make an appointment a day or more ahead ypu should be all set its worth waiting regardless even if u just walk in!! Best mani/pedi I've ever had! The owner and staff are so patient and friendly. The salon is clean and chic, and doesn't have the strong nail polish/polish remover smell like many salons. They really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect here. I've never had a mani/pedi last as long without chipping, as it does when I get my nails done here. I came on Sunday ( they accept only cash) . I did my nails somewhere else before and I was not very happy about the outcome. I moved to Bristol about year ago and I was looking for a great nail salon that I can use on monthly basis. I think i finally found it. Not only everyone is so friendly there , but they actually not rushing to finish your nails like some places do . They take their time so your nails will look fantastic!!!! This is by far the best Nail Salon I have been to in surrounding areas. The whole staff is extremely friendly and they do a fantastic job. I was very impressed. I showed them a photo and the nail technician painted my nails exactly they way I wanted. Absolutely beautiful work from the manicure all the way to the polish and design. This was the first time that I ever had a manicure in my life as it was a treat from my daughter who uses iDesign for her nails. I would recommend them to anyone. **I cannot forget to mention that all of their tools for the manicure are sterilized and packaged in sealed sterile bags. Read Less
