I came here after leaving another salon mid service. paradise nails took great care of me and defiantly turned my day around. They were quick and gave quality service. The massage chairs were extremely comfortable and their foot bath basins were covered with a sanitary covert which made me feel really comfortable. So disappointed! Sad to say, this was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had... It's not a place I usually go, I was just in the neighborhood while my husband had an appointment nearby. The manicurists were not friendly or welcoming in anyway. The young woman who did the first half of my pedicure had to be woken up as she was sleeping in one of the chairs. After some difficulty getting the plastic liner onto the bowl I sat down in my "spa chair" only to realize that only one of the dozen or so massage units on the chair worked. Which meant that about 6 in.² of the lower right part of my back got any massage at all. Not usually one to complain, but if you're paying for the spa experience... then is the second manicurist came over to do the French polish on my toes she asked me if I wanted pink or clear underneath.As I get regular pedicures I did not look and simply said, "pink please." A few moments later when I looked down I realized that she had used some sort of weird bath/tan color that was very thick and that the prior manicurist had left raggedly trimmed cuticles that now also had this polish on them. Honestly, I've never given a bad review in my life. And I was really surprised that they were so bad! I said, "wow! I really don't like that very much. Is there anything we can do?" please note, I'm a nice girl from the Midwest and just pretty much don't speak up. I don't send food back, I don't complain. It was bad enough that I felt the need to say something. She looked at me and said, "Your nails are so yellow that we have to use this color to cover that up. There's no other color that anyone could use that would make it look better than that." she then proceeded to help me put on the Takeaway flip-flops and scuffed one of my nails and did not bother to fix it. (See pics below)  Well, I get a pedicure every 2 to 3 weeks and have had beautiful light pink French manicured toenails with nice clean cuticles (and ny calluses removed, which was never even offered) and I walk out having been treated politely and kindly and feeling lovely and refreshed. That was not my experience here. As I said, this is my first negative review on yelp EVER. I am hoping that, as I will never be in the salon again, this might motivate them to step it up. Read Less

These guys are great! They are reasonably priced and they do a wonderful job! I've been going to them since they saved my day. After messing up a horrible job another salon did, I ran in there just as they were closing, without complaint they helped me out. I have never been disappointed in how my nails turn out. Had a great experience here! Tom did my nails, he is the master! 20 years of experience and these are the nails you get, flawless. Acrylic, gel, with matte finish. I've been to this place a few times.  The service seems a bit scattershot, however, and last time even though we had a reservation for a party of six (that we had made two weeks in advance), we had to wait and we didn't all have our nails done at the same time. They also took clients in between us who walked off the street, so the entire process took at least an hour and a half. My daughter's pedicure was excellent, but mine was sub-par. It really depends who you get here.Highlights are that the chairs have a great massage function and there is a wide array of colors to choose from. It's also clean and there is lots of parking. It's a hit or miss with this place. The guy who they call Tom there does a horrible job. Spent maybe ten minutes on my mani and I asked to do the cuticles. Nope, he made some excuse and did a bad job. I would not recommend this place. However, the girl who did my pedicure was wonderful. Read Less

The ladies that work there were all very sweet and took me in without an appointment. Everything was going great until it was time to pay and they wouldn't honor the coupon that brought me there in the first place. Terrible pedicures. I went on a Sunday afternoon. My pedicure was less than 20 minutes long. They didn't clip or file my nails. Nor did they trim my cuticles. When I asked why not they made up some lame excuse. Clearly my nails needed filing. That was the first and last time I'll go there. Don't waste your time. Read Less

After attempting to hit up two other local nail spas for a quick polish change Sunday afternoon in NP, I found Paradise! Literally. The women are so friendly I chatted with them for quite some time. Under new management!!  So happy to have Paradise Nails new in town.  This place use to be called ProfessioNail and Spa but I was turned off by it from the bad reviews.  I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi so I stopped in.This place is bright and airy and so clean.  When I walked in I was welcomed by a happy smiling gentleman.  I think he's the new owner.  They sat me down in a gorgeous new spa chair and from then on I was treated like a queen.  The girls took their time and did an amazing job.  They look great!  It's been a while since I've just stared at my nails all day.  What I loved about this place was that they never tried to push extra services on me.  Everyone was just so friendly from the moment I walked in til the moment I left.  I will definitely be back in a few weeks. I'm glad this place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I used to love ProfessioNail and now I love to come here again! Very convenient location, close to Starbucks and Sharky's. Friendly people and they do a great job! I get Gel because it lasts long and keeps my nails looking fabulous for more than a day. Jessica, the nail tech, is the best at what she does. SHe is very experienced. I love the way she massages. Overall experience at Professional nails was awesome! My nails are still healthy and look beautiful! I will definitely come back. It can be a little pricey if you compared to regular nails but if you think about it, the nails last and if it were regular nail polish, I would probably have to touch it up or take it off after a week so the price is very reasonable compares to other places nearby. I am looking for a new place to get my once a month pedi done. Because I am new to the area I figured I would give this place a try since it is close to home. Everyone was very nice, but I did not have a good experience. I was the only client in the facility and felt my pedi was very rushed. I was in/out in 20 minutes tops. While again very nice, the gentleman doing my pedi was rough and did cut one of my toes. The water in the spa was luke-warm and I was not offered any callus removal. He did a quick scrub and that was it. While the polish looked nice, my feet (callus/dry skin) still appeared the same as when I walked in as to when I left. Friendly staff, clean and sanitary. I have been going there for 3 years. I have been to many salons in the past and this one is the best for the value. It is cozy and relaxing.
