I know how this place gets their good reviews. When you walk in it says yelp us for 10 percent off! Do not be fooled...this place is super overpriced. It is not very clean. The floors looked dirty,the counters were cluttered with things. You can have the same experience at any other nail place for half the price. I took my daughter here for a bday present, thinking we would be pampered for the ridiculous amount of money you spend, along with all the fancy options you get choose from. First be aware that emailing them through their website gets you nowhere, I emailed them three times with no response. Then it took me at least three times to get through on their phone to make an appointment. I just keep thinking this place sounds amazing,all organic, spa experience, blah, blah, blah! We walk in and it literally is like half the nail salons you already go to. The chair are the same, nothing is different. The owner, Michelle? is not friendly at all. Guess who did my nails, she did. She threw a menu into my hands and said to pick something, even though when I made my apt. I told her exactly what we were getting. I had a mani/pedi which of course she tried adding extra things (callus remover) on top of it, then she did the same thing with my daughter. I mean $75 for a mani/pedi is outrageous! I would also like to add that I saw nothing organic about this place. The lotions were in the same containers other nail salons have.I still can't figure out what was organic. Literally this place was no different than any other place you go to. I am shocked that they get away with charging way over the top. I can't believe I stupidly spent $135 for two mani/ped at an average nail salon, not including the tips I felt obligated to give!! To continue with my mani/pedi, Michelle was super rough with me and was rushing through the entire process. They weren't even busy. And for a Saturday to have four people working is crazy. But there was only one other customer in there the entire time. That should have been a sign, a nail place empty on a Saturday morning and only four workers. I would have walked out but we had already drove 30 min. from home to experience this so called amazing place. I didn't want to ruin my daughter's bday experience.Also, we were offered not one drink, whether it be water or champagne as they say they offer. I don't feel like I should have to ask for anything, but maybe I should have.But I will never be coming here again. Location is nice, walking in its very clean and quiet with a peaceful ambience. Nice wasteful decor in the middle. But the nail salon is different as a whole, they have a "nail bar" and regular nail desks. The lady told me to sit at the "bar" and not a chair, the chairs were honestly uncomfortable to have a 1 hour gel mani in. 1 hour for a gel manicure is way to long in my opinion with an appointment. The manicurist had me put my nails/hands in the UV literally 15 times! Talk about skin problems. She said "3 times each hand" and did three coats gel. She seemed out of it unfortunately and kept stopping to go to the back of the place. I liked the color selection and brand they had. It was different and they have good colors. Also the scrubs/masks look amazing I would only go back to try the masks and not go to the same woman. Read Less
