Amazing service, incredible staff, what a find!! Beautiful place of business and open on Sunday. As a conejo valley local I've been to every place to get my nails done. This place takes the cake! And as a professional in the industry all licenses are valid, displayed and everything in this place is beyond clean and meets state board regulations. I'm really beyond impressed and will be going back regularly. I had Nancy do my pedicure and her massage was THE BOMB!! She's friendly and takes her time. I could rave about this place for hours!! It saddens me to log on 3 months after my visit and offer a 1 star rating. This was the only place that looked clean and inviting and I wanted to treat myself and my mom during my quick one week visit 06/05/16-06/11/16. Fortunately, mom is fine. Unfortunately I am not. What should have been a lasting impression from a great pedi has turned in to a lasting freaking nightmare. ... The nail tech hurt the hell out of my big toe during the pedi- no I didn't say anything, I somehow expect these techs and pedis to hurt. #FirstWorldProblems, I was visiting CA 06/05/16-06/11/16, had my Pedi on Wednesday or Thursday. I was hoping that the pain incurred during the session was just the tech bending my nail and that the pain, tenderness, and swelling would decrease with time. Alas, it did not. My R big toe hurt almost instantly after my visit to the nail salon. It was red, swollen, and very sensitive. Once I arrived back home to NM the evening of the 11th, I took pictures of said toe and these photos are hideous, I would hate to post them for fear of my own embarrassment. Again, I was thinking and hoping that the pain was from what ever the tech did during the session. I was thinking she bent my nail and was hoping after a few days, the pain, swelling, and redness would go away. Well here we are-3 months later and I officially have nail fungus on my big toe. I'm pissed. I've lost half my toe nail and doing everything in power and am seeing a podiatrist to rectify the residual effects of lazy unclean tools. What's the use of having access to resources for proper sanitary hygiene protocols to protect your clients and your business- if you all never use any of them?! Ugh. See hashtag above. First time here and staff was really kind and my nails came out really nice and professional. Amy really knows how to shape nails, i had coffin on my natural short/medium nails and they came iut great. Also the french cut was so well done. I will be back Read Less

Im huge pregnant and they took just too long. Even took someone who came after me with no appt first! They charged me 45 for a pedi and honestly the lady did it in such lazy manner. I do t mi d paying but i want good service. They are money hungry! U deserve to get paid for good service but they try to do the laziest!... My nails i did gel and it didnt no last 2 days! I always done gel (other place in SF) and they last me more than 3 weeks i only change it cuz my nails start to grow. And hers look aweful and they are already peeling! Went in yesterday to treat my niece for a pedicure for her birthday was asked to choose a nail polish, my niece hadn't even decided on a color and we were being rushed to sit down. Asked what type of service she wanted. I said regular pedicure for my niece. Wasn't even asked what I wanted the woman just started doing what she wanted on my feet. Only request I had was squared nails and remove ingrown nails. She rounded them and didn't do any type of ingrown nail removal. A wom...an across from us (who I was told had been there from opening) by another client. Was there way past my entire stay. Our pedicures felt rushed and then when it came time to pay we were charged for "deluxe spa pedicure" which she claimed I asked for. I had more than enough money on hand, don't get me wrong and it wouldn't have been a problem if I had asked for those services and had been taken the amount of time as the woman across from me. I didn't even get callus removal, hot stones nothing that's why I assumed they heard "regular" pedicure. Then to be charged $59 for that rushed joke of a pedicure. This was the worst pedi mani I ever had. The gel nails chipped the next day and were not even straight I had to ask them to fix almost half of them and then my pedi was all messed up, I asked not to cut my toe nails but the lady did and about half way down so they look like stubs. It also took over 2 hours . The ladies are so unfriendly and had attitude when I asked to fix my nails. It was an overall bad experience. Read Less

I really like this place because it is a "straight to the point, lets get it done" kind of place. I don't like frills and fluff, so this place works for me. I'm in and out in 45 minutes for a fill and a pedicure. The staff is really friendly and they make their customers feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable and they do a great job. Make an appointment though, because they do get busy, especially on Saturday. Read Less

If you want a posh, pamper-me experience in a beautiful, upscale space, this might not be the place for you.  But if you want a quick, very reasonably priced pedicure, do come here.  This place is kind of "no frills," but they're nice, and they do a great job.  I'm a fan! Read Less
