Wonderful experience! I made a reservation and took my Dad to have a pedicure. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and promptly seated. The chairs really reclined, the water was nice and hot, which was great because it was a cold March day, and the foot, calf and shin massage was amazing! And the music; the sweet, relaxing music. Okay so my first experience was my first time here and I asked for an ombré white and pink acrylic fill. So a guy was helping me out but I then realized he did not even know how to do them, because another guy had to come show him how to do it. So they let this guy who had no idea how to do the pink and white ombré nails do my nails... so after he was done, he messed them up and the other guy who did know how to do them had to re-do the whole thing. So I was there for like 2 hours, when they could have avoided that by just having the guy who DID know how to do it, do my nails. I didn't come for a fill after that but just a couple of days ago I came in with my friend because they do chrome nails and not many places do them. The people who did our nails were alright, didn't talk much but also they were super impatient and our nails didn't turn out the way we wanted them.The picture with the round ish nails with chrome was the photo I showed to describe the color I was going for and the guy understood and said it was the rose gold chrome. But my nails ended up looking NOTHING like the photo I showed him.. Not only that but there were holes and gaps in the nails which was weird. Same thing with my friend's nails, she got a full set put on and her nails were crooked and not the shape she asked for (she wanted round nails but it was too pointy) and she had the same problem as my nails. So I went back, had them take it off and they replaced it with a regular polish and refunded me the $12 that it cost to put the chrome on. The only issue I have was that, they didn't put on a gel polish for me, that was what I paid for ($35 is how much a gel acrylic costs) but they put a regular polish on top, and she even told me that there was a price difference between a regular polish acrylic fill vs a gel acrylic fill and STILL refused to refund me my money. The girl was arguing with me and I was too tired to argue back so I just left. Definitely won't be back. Read Less

After reading the reviews here on yelp I decided not to drive all the way to West Hollywood to get my bio gel nails.I thought I could at least get some kind of a decent job done.The lady who did my supposed to be bio gel was very rough and after so much filing and two hours sitting in the chair I walked out paying $55 dollars and nails the same length of when I walked in.Besides it she cut me in few places when she was doing my cuticles.They're gel glued to my skin on my ring finger. Got a gel manicure and while my nails came out nice, it wasn't necessarily what I was hoping for I suppose? The man who did my nails seemed to rush a bit and my nails didn't come out evenly on both hands. I asked for almond shaped nails with a plum colored gel polish and gold sparkly accent finger. I showed him a photo and he said he could do it like the photo. My left hand was much more pointed than my right hand (my right hand were more rounded at the tips), but after he finished it wasn't too noticeable. I still have parts of my cuticles that could have been trimmed better, but eh. As he worked on my hands I would have him fix things as we went, but like I said, it still seemed pretty rushed. I probably could have done just as well of a job painting my nails, but $25 isn't too bad for a gel mani. Read Less

Brought my sister here who was visiting from Texas. We were able to get same day appointment. She got a full set and spa pedicure and I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure with paraffin wax. The salon was clean and staff was very friendly. My sister and I both wanted pretty intricate nail art designs and they said they could do it. Our nails came out amazing and we are both so happy. Catherine did a great job on my feet.  I asked for a pedicure with callous removal and my feet were so soft after the procedure.  She gave me a great massage that I almost fell asleep.  She also cut my toe nails in a way that I didn't have ingrown toenails anymore.  Fantastic job and I would recommend this place to everyone.  Great prices too! Wandered in without an appointment for a standard pedicure (with a flower). Although it was plenty busy, I was asked to select my color and shown to a spa chair.  I was here once before (for a deluxe pedi and mani) and remembered the excellent service and friendly people. The only thing that changed this time was the equipment:  everything looks very new. Lovely result at a good price ($23 plus I left a generous tip). I won't wait so long to come back! Read Less

The mani & pedi lasted me only a few days. During my pedi the lady put nail polish remover in the polish to thin it out.... that's why your nails aren't lasting ladies. My nails were polished messy, and streaky. She filed my nails too short and they hurt still a week later.The customer service is great, inside is nice. I was driving to LA for months for my manicure and pedicure because everywhere I went (tried 8 different salons) close to home they did a rush job (finished both in less than 30 minutes). I finally found Jazzy nails on Yelp and it was about 10Minutes from my house. I went once and now I don't miss my 2 week appointments. I love this place! Do NOT come here. I walked in and asked if I could get just one nail fixed and some Asian man who was doing someone's Nails couldn't even look up and look at me in the eyes and just utters "we busy" and I'm like are you sure I can't just wait and he just says nothing and continues on working on his nails. The place wasn't even busy there were people sitting around. I don't know what it was, I don't know if it was the way I looked. I mean I don't look any out of ordinary sort of way but I don't know, these people were very very rude. Chose this place because of the great reviews.The establishment is in a good location and it's nice and clean inside. My wife talked me into a pedicure because my big toe would get an ingrown nail. I am a cyclist and we wear shoes that have a carbon soles that would aggravate my toe. Well to my amazement Kathy got in in there and got it out.  What a difference!! Now with regular maintenance no more problems!! Oh! I did not even mention the amazing calf massage you get. Where do I start??? I'm so happy I do my research because I'm ecstatic about having found aaron!! He did my nails perfectly. I'm picky and ive always driven from TO to Los Angeles for my nails- well not anymore! He took what was a botched full set from some other salon around here last week and made my nails exactly as I asked!! So happy to have found him. Ty did my pedi and she was just as awesome. I wanted to LOVE this place but left so very disappointed.... My Spa pedicure was fabulous but my shellac manicure was terrible!!! I noticed on the shellac pallet that there was a chrome option that looked gorgeous. I chose a blue chrome color and they didn't have the correct powder to match the example. I asked multiplease times during the process if it would lighten up once the chrome was applied and was assured it would. It didn't. They had to remove the shellac and begin again which is extremely time consuming. I picked out yet another chrome color and was told that they had the correct powder and could replicate the second example I chose onot the pallet. Fifty minutes into the second attempt it was very obvious that it was not going to be even close to the pallet color. The male technician/manager that was somewhat overseeing the disaster began comparing the pallet colors to faded paint on an old car. According to him the pallet color was impossible to replicate because the polish was old and faded!! Why on earth would you use it as an example then? I didn't have the time or energy for my technician to polish my nails a third time so I told them that I would not pay the ten extra dollars for the chrome. I was then accused by the female technician manager of simply trying to swindle them. Absurd. I paid my $51 for my services, tipped my technician $20 because it was Chinese New Year and she had worked her tail off and she felt terrible that I was so disappointed in the color. I didn't pay the $10 because on principal. Shame on you TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT for not setting your hard working technicians up for success with the correct polish and chrome powder. I hope you don't keep her tip for yourselves. I noticed she had to put it in a drawer when I gave it to her. Read Less

I came here to try out a different nail place near my house and saw good reviews for Jazzy. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the place wasn't too busy, only about 4 clients.The only downside of this place would be the size--there are only 3 tables for manicures, so my gel manicure had to start with me sitting at a pedicure chair although I wasn't getting a pedicure.My manicurist was Helen, who was very nice. She was thorough with my nails and when the gel polish I originally chose ended up being way more pink than red, she took it off the two nails she applied it to without any complaint and chose a new color (confirmed with me first) that was more of what I was looking for.For the gel manicure was only $25, which I was impressed with! Most other places (and where I got my nails done previously) it was $30 for a gel manicure. I also was curious if they'd charge for taking off my previous gel polish since it was from a different salon, but they did not.I'd recommend Jazzy nails based on their prices and customer service, as I said the only negative would be the size.
