I bought two fancy top of the line pedicures for me and my wife. The were originally 70 each, but the had a 50% discount. The reason I gave it four stars and not five stars was there was a lot of background noise, the pedicure rooms are semi private, unfortunately you're not in a room with a door, so you hear everyone's conversation which takes away free the upscale spa experience, the music they chose to play was the typical New Age music, the unfortunate thing was the music was to loud, between the chatter and the music, kinda of ruin the spa experience for me.The reason I gave it four stars was the actual pedicure and the professionalism of the was the person doing the pedicure, I had Kay, and she was amazing, very soft spoken and gentle.If I ever go back, which is iffy at this point, I would ask for Kay. I had such a relaxing pedicure yesterday, I even fell asleep for a few minutes. I chose the 45 min pedicure and it had a scrub, mask, massage with hot stones, callous treatment and nail care and polish. She took her time and it was really nice! Enjoyed every minute of it! Read Less

Came to Young's after reading other great reviews and buying my mom a gift card for her birthday. She went nuts about how great and relaxing her time was. My sister ended up buying me a gift card for a pedicure. My pedicure was fantastic. It is on the pricey side ($35 your first visit, then $70) after that, but totally worth it for an hour of relaxation. Signature pedicure includes a private booth with leather recliner, hot tea, warm neck pillow, several leg scrubs and masks (even an egg yolk), and a hot rock massage. I've tried this place about 6 times, I really like Tenny and Ben. But I can't say anything about the other manicurists. I have left with polish that hasn't filled the whole nail, that has bubbles, lumpy and bumpy and thick. Also, some of them can't file nails symmetrical. I like that they give you chocolate tea and a neck roll. I haven't had a pedicure yet, it seems awfully expensive and after my last visit, I won't be going back. From my experience, its too expensive for the quality. The Salon itself is very nice and the techs were very nice until I questioned the color that was used, it didn’t look like what I had asked for and the girl became very rude. First time for pedicure, I was at appointment ten minutes early, signed in and then no one said a word to me for almost 20 minutes. At least seven others waiting in the small reception area. I was the last one taken back for my 60 minute pedicure which actually was about 35 minutes. Taken back late, finished early. I wasn’t comfortable in the chair, tech didn’t explain how to adjust chair to make myself comfortable. Massage was good on legs and feet, polish doesn't look that great, certainly not worth $70. This was my first experience at Young's Nail Spa. It was a great pedicure for sure. But a couple of strike outs in my opinion. The ambiance is nice and peaceful. You get a warm neck wrap and hot tea when you are seated. (The tea was really good)... everything was very clean and the nail polish swatches were easy to use and clean as well. The pedicurist was very nice. Connie was gentle and careful. Her massage was good pressure and almost put me to sleep. All in all she did a great job! And the reason for 3 stars only:1) the value.... it was a good pedicure but if I paid $70 I'd not be happy.. 2) the use of raw eggs was disgusting! It made my legs itch and spelled horrid after untilI could get home to shower... (for sure skip the raw egg)... 3) my pedicure chipped within 1 week. So did my sisters. I decided to get a spur of the moment pedicure and googled a list of nail places near me. Young's came up and I stopped in. I walked in and was instructed by a sign to speak in hushed tones, silence my phone, and stop hurrying. The lights were dimmed and I thought I was walking into someplace really upright. I was so wrong!They took me right away with no appointment and I saw paired with Maggie. We walked back to a darkened room with pedicure chairs and I wheeled up to my bowl. What followed was an hour of pure relaxation and bliss. Maggie had a tray of something that looked like sashimi for feet ready for me, placed by a young man in scrubs next to her. My legs were steamed. I was gently but firmly massaged and my callouses were scrubbed. Maggie understood I just wanted to lay there and unwind so she didn't pressure me to talk (which is why I booked my next appointment with her!) and her hot stone massage stole the show. I left feeling very relaxed and very not uppity- this is not what you think it is from the outside! I encourage everyone to take advantage of the $35 first time pedicure deal and threat themselves or treat someone special in their lives. Enjoyed the service until they colored my toes a different color than I asked for.  It's so dark it's hard to tell if it's the right color until you step outside.  They blamed it on that the customers touch their stuff.  Owner repainted it the same day but it looks awful.  She did a rush job and didn't treat me like a paying customer.  Very disappointed.  No apology for their mistake.  Owner seemed irritated I complained. After reading all the great reviews my husband and I decided to give this nail salon a try today also being new to this area. Well first the hot neck towel was forgotten about along with the tea (we were asked if we would like tea, but never received it til after our pedicures were over and I asked about the tea again). Along with that I left with a cut on my right big toe and roughness on the edge of my foot still. Hard to notice with all the oil til afterwards when I got home. I did however notice and feel I was cut especially after the alcohol was put on it for the second time. Being 38 weeks pregnant I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience, don't get me wrong it was relaxing til a point but there were a few things unexceptional. I booked pedicures for 3 of us through text message and said we were all 1st time clients; when we were paying the lady at the front told us that next time 3 people receive the same service there will be an additional charge of $10 per person. The place is nice but it's so dark in there i don't even blame the girls for not doing that great of a job on my nails. I'm getting them fixed somewhere else today. Yea it's relaxing, hot stone massage great but you need some light to do a good job and use the tools on you. Also it's super cramped in there. I won't go back here nope! Just got my last $85 mani/pedi done here today after over a year of coming here. I don't appreciate drills being used to take my gel polish off and trim my cuticles.....certain techs are amazing while others seem to come from those crappy places that speed through your service and skip important steps. This place is by far the BEST pedicure I've ever had! I got the hour long first timer package. $35 for a sugar scrub, mask on my legs with egg yolk, hot towels, hot stone and oil massage. My feet were scrubbed and toes were prepped for polish like all other pedicures. They also had steam running on my legs while taking my polish off in the beginning. The vibe there was so calm and relaxing too. Totally different experience and so worth it. I will be telling everyone around here about this place and sending my husband in soon also! *I also got the "SNS" done to my nails. Saw the Facebook ad for new customers it was 50% off of a pedicure, I thought okay let's try it. Walked in and it was great, everyone was very nice and the place felt very relaxing. We did the signature pedicure since it was 50% off and I'll just say I was glad it was 50% off. To me it was not worth the full price of $70. The chairs were extremely comfortable just wish they were massage chairs, the girl that did my pedicure was very nice but I hardly got a foot massage or leg... massage which I was very disappointed. I feel I get a lot more massaging for my money at your typical nail salon. Loved the atmosphere just wish you got more massaging. As for my gel manicure, it was not worth the money. They don't soak your hands, and again not massaging or lotion on your hands and arms. I was looking for a relaxing spa treatment that wasn't going to break the bank and Young's is perfect! I usually don't find pedicures relaxing due too bright lighting and desperately trying to understand what's being said to me. Young's has such a relaxing environment! Very dim and private with very relaxing music. The tea was so delicious and a super nice touch. The technician was great and my tootsies felt so much more relaxed.
