This is the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done seriously! And I’m pretty particular about my nails. I’ve been going here for almost a year now and never looked back. Everyone that works there is so friendly and they make sure to make you feel comfortable. Also Gary is THE BEST nail tech I’ve ever had. I don’t know what I would do without him! I hate coming here. If I could give them less than one star I would but fortunately for them that’s the crappiest google will allow. I have gone here three times based on a friends reccomendation and beautiful acrylics. Each time I have gone I have had to wait at least 30 minutes before recie omg what should be a 30-40 minutes fill, but have ended up being there almost 2 hours every time. They have burned and cut me every time, not properly shaped or filed my nails. Last time I went she took off my nails before giving me a new set and gel polish. The color was not what I asked for, I left with multiple cuts, the glue she used glued my nail and finger together, and she then proceeded to rip my glued nail from my finger. I hate going here and paying for the crappy service especially because my friends nails always look so nice. Sadly I have not received the same time or care she has. Money and time definitely wasted. I love this place! One of the best nail salons in Temecula. Everyone is super friendly, I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. First time here for me and my sister. We had a manicure and pedicure appointment at 9. We were greeting and taken back promptly. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The things I disliked was that I felt they rushed through the whole thing, so it really wasn't a relaxing experience. One hand is definitely shaped differently than the other. She got a lot of the gel on the cuticle, so there's a chance the polish is going to peel off. (Fingers crosses it doesn't). But I'd say the price was fair. I got a gel removal from my fingers and a gel manicure. And a deluxe pedicure. All for $57. I probably won't come back.. but it was nice for the day. Read Less

Rudest technician ever for a pedicure. Barely spoke. Continuously displayed her apparent disgust for the condition of my feet. Disappeared at the end and never came back to assist with flip flops or getting out of chair. I am very picky about my nails and I have to say that I was so impressed with this nail salon! John did the exact shape that I asked for and painted beautifully. I used to pay double at other salons. The prices here are great and the quality is top notch. I've been a customer for almost a year and noticed the customer service began to fail each time I came. Yesterday when he noticed it was me he gave a rotten response what have a done but be a loyal customer, WOW! Anyway, I asked for Gold Chrome nails and received Green Chrome nails!! I have photos if you request them. I didn't have the time to have him re-do the nails so I made an appointment for the next day. My family and friends were so upset when they saw my nails, It was for the holidays, Now look at this mess!!! I give this artist good tips when I come and he could have cared less about the quality of my nails. I will not give the name of the nail artist, he knows who he is. I decided not to come back to this nail salon for the re-do, his customer service was nasty, why bother, there is plenty competition out there. Instead, I warn you not to go to this nail salon. They will be nice at the beginning and then BAM!! a drastic change in customer service. It's a shame when you give a business your loyalty and they reverse on you for no good reason. Moved here from Chicagoland area so I searched everywhere for a braider, a hair stylist and a nail tech. I came across Ivy's through Yelp, pictures got me.. ok cool. Came in got my nails and I am hooked. First off Burberry John is amazing he can do it all. Gary is amazing as well everyone is amazing. I have never been so impressed with a salon, as I have been with the service here! Kelly is AMAZING and has been taking care of my nails for about three months now and always does a phenomenal job. I broke a nail, only a few days after my manicure, and she was nice enough to fix it for me; free of charge. I have found, what I consider to be, THE best salon in the Temecula area and would recommend it to everyone. Got the ombré nails done today by Gary, he also reshaped my nails. I already had a full set on before going in. I didn't really like how my nails were shaped. So I asked Gary to reshaped them. He did such a PERFECT job on them. Only downfall about this salon is, you NEED to have an appointment with them. Or you will be waiting for a minute. Because they do get really busy. After a horrific experience at another nail salon in Temecula that I will not mention, daikai took extra special care of my toes. It was my wedding day two weeks ago and I ended up with an infection. Daikai was so gentle and considerate of my sensitive toe. Gary was so awesome! He did an amazing job on my fingernails with an extra special design on my ring finger. I truly have so much to say about this place, all good things.  After seriously months of research for a good nail Salon in town I finally find one, I am always very skeptical as every place is always different! After visiting many nail salons and not being pleased by any of them I am happy to say that I have found my happy place!!! It's best of you make an appointment, they seriously are always busy! I got lucky with a 1pm today and after me the next day was Sunday with John. Upon entering everyone was friendly, the young man that handles the front desk was seriously awesome and helped me choose my color.  Right then he told me not to worry, john would figure it out! I have never been here or didn't know if I should trust this john but everyone on yelp swore by him. Ok I sat down and he's awesome!! Super kind and very gentle!! I got coffin full set gel for only $35 the work Is the best that I have ever had done. I recommend this place to everyone. Expect the best and truly walk out looking like a million dollars. John does amazing work, I'd recommend him to everyone. I've never left Ivy's disappointed.He also is very skilled at doing any of the cool trends in nails, like ombré nails. My only complaint is that he is ALWAYS busy. Anytime I call I almost always can't get in same day which is unfortunate because I've had to go to other places, so I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Double booked a 3-person appointment slot and then asked us to leave because of their confusion between the different customers. They did not have enough people working to to do multiple customers. Offered only $13 gift certificate then turned around and increased it to a $15 gift certificate only for one person when she brought her friend and her friend's mother who were going on vacation. I will never book with this place ever again. Poor customer service and we arrived there on time verses the other customers who said they had an appointment. Just ridiculous. Steve, one of 3 owners, is very personable and cared about my having the experience that I wanted. I appreciated that. When I asked about some of the ingredients in the lotions, he took the time to get the container so that I could actually see the ingredient list. It's also the first time in a long while that a nail spa knew that it's better to avoid clipping the heck out of my cuticles. I wish that I lived in Temecula so that I could go back every week. Came in here on a whim while driving from San Diego to Palm Springs due to their average high reviews. Was treated right away and my manicurist was friendly and fast when I asked for a fill in my acrylic set. Was super stoked when I saw that they carried chrome colors! I've never seen that in any salon before! I had plans to get a bright ruby red but couldn't result a holographic purple/yellow color that I was immediately obsessed with. He did a great job at filling my nails down and so far the gel is sturdy and I've been getting a plethora of compliments, all in all a great experience. Read Less

Ivy Nails is nice and clean. They use liner for each pedi and give the files and buffers after each use to the customers, so we know for sure they don't reuse them. They also don't charge any fee on credit cards. Steve normally did my gel nails and Hana did my pedi. They both were great. This time Hana was busy, so Alex did my pedi. She also did a great job!
