Can't stand this place. They upcharge for every little thing and don't tell you until checkout! Then they are extremely rude about it. I've gone 3x hoping for better customer service but you don't get it here. Also, they will try to sell you gel 5x before painting your nails! Read Less

Went to Pro Nails. Years ago they accepted walkins, but today we were treated so rudley it was really sad. We didn't realize how lucky we were! We ended up at Instyle. They Welcomed us as walkins. We were seated right away, and treated so well. What a difference!. Love my manicure and pedicure! The place is clean, and so pretty. Came in for a gel mani and a pedicure Paid $62 for crap! Who charges $35 for a gel I could have gotten a full set with gel for that price and more somewhere else.My pedicure is the worst part. Was not impressed considering I paid double the price to go touch better nail spas I been to such as on Mjrrieta Hot Springs. Used equipment not really cleaned. This was my second time getting faux nails done. The experience was better than my first time, compared to cupid last year for my wedding. Friendly staff & fast service with quality. Near my home so will definitely go back to get gel polish done next time! My husband got the special 35$ pedicure in a massaging chair and his rusty feet are transformed! Nice clean environment. It's funny as men grow older our hair tends to move around a bit. In my case the hair on my head has went south and tends to populate on my ears etc....So here I am getting my semi annual ear waxing. My wife had been here many times for nails. And they have a 4.5 yelp rating so here I go! Real nice place probably 8 chairs for pedicures and a whole bank of manicure ladies. Waxing is done in a private back room for obvious reasons. The lady said I was the first ever ear wax and she was concerned with pulling the skin off my ears ....lolShe did just fine, no skin removed only hair. The price was right $10. I'm so dissatisfied with my appointment.  I got a gel manicure and luxury pedicure.  The lady didn't even massage my hands or arms or my feet and legs. My whole appointment was rushed, even though I arrived 10 min before my scheduled appointment.  They didn't have the gel color of wanted and the lady rushed me to pick out another color.  Now I'm. Not only disappointed with the service I received but now I am super annoyed at the last minute color she threw on. She didn't even out the Polish up to my cuticle. When I left it looked like I already needed a new manicure because of the HUGE gap between my cuticle and the actual Polish! I will not be going back to this place. I've tried the salon 3 or 4 times now over the past couple years and each time I'mDisappointed. This last visit I paid a little extra for the luxury pedicure and the salt scrub was nice but she spent hardly any time at all on my cuticles- which is the number one reason I get pedicures. I would have said something but she started painting before I even realized she was that far along. I think she was eager to get to her next client who was waiting for a manicure. If I could give a negative star, I definitely would. I have been fortunate to have met some talented nail technicians in my lifetime but this was not one of them. My nail tech was very unskilled, messy and butchered my beautiful nails. My nails looked better going in than they did when I left. They were long and natural looking but now they are short, stubby and thick. I literally want to cry looking at them. I would NEVER recommend this nail salon. Read Less

This salon is close and convenient to where I live. The facility is clean and the service has always been friendly. There are salon workers who are better than others, but overall my experience has been good. I have noticed that there are quite a few regular customers and same as myself, we enjoy a friendly conversation with the salon workers. They only take cash or check. The charge for a gel mani and pedi is $55, which I think is reasonable.They have many pedicure chairs and most always they are able to take me as a walk in, which is one reason for me to be a return customer here. If they can't take me as a walk in, I go somewhere else. I have not had any bad experiences here. The service and quality is better than  other salons in the area close to me. Read Less

Tiffany is sweet as pie. But the guy running this business is a jerk. Serving people who got in after me. Blatantly telling me I have to wait for services when I am already done with one. Horrible experience. He must be racist or maybe because I'm fat. Not sure which it is, but it's not worth the money. Still on the hunt for a good nail salon here. If I could give it zero stars I would. I just got my gel manicure they seated me quickly and that was great, but as Joanne started doing my manicure she rushed through the entire thing like she was going somewhere. She asked me what number gel color I wanted when I just walked in the door. I told her several times I didn't look at it yet. Honestly I think I could of painted my nails better. At the end she gave me my bill like I was done, when I asked for a pedicure when I walked in. The man that runs the front just put me in my chair for my pedicure I put my feet in the water was scolding it burnt the tops of my feet I wish I didn't have to pay for these services. I shouldn't after the tops of my feet are bright red and burnt. I just walked out and didn't go through with the pedicure. I sure won't be coming back. Read Less

I love this nail salon! No only do they always get me in super quick, give me great service, and do an amazing job, but the prices are really good! A fill cost me around 15$ when other places I'll pay over 20$. No matter who helps me out they are always very friendly and I've loved my nails each time too. They are also so perfectly done each time and the color options are impressive as well. They also have like 6 different options for types of pedicures which is great! Pro: -Walked in on a weekend am and got started right away-quickCon:-don't file nails for full set before glueing so they're too wide-asked for toe polish change at the same time and they said no one was available. A guy sat next to me on his iPad the entire time. Then when my nails were done, that guy did the polish change? Why could he not do it at the same time again? This review is only for Joanne as she is the only one who does my nails now.  She is FANTASTIC and pays A LOT of attention to detail.  My nails always come out perfect!  I get a fill and gel nail color and it's $35.  People complain about the price but I've paid less elsewhere and walked out very disappointed.  You get what you pay for and this place is awesome. I wrote this on my phone last year (2013) but because Yelp didn't allow mobile posting back then I'm a bit behind in posting...Sandy is great!  Very friendly and accommodating. She came from another salon I used to frequent.  Only one broken gel nail in a month, so I'm impressed so far. Without an appointment it can be busy. Plus I just have to remember to bring cash. Nice they offer you bottles water. Especially on the hot days. I hope Sandy sticks around for a while. Read Less
