Used to love this place. Went there frequently for a one hour pedicure that cost $48. Returned last week and spent $48 plus tip for a 35 minute pedicure that was only average because the technician was on her phone texting with one hand while she did the massage. I had an apt today at 12:20, the lady that helped me was very pushy and will not do what I requested since I want my nails square with rounded corners she this pointy nails that looked horrible, not my style plus so short they like horrific, I told her I hated it and she insisted and did what she liked......I will never go this place ever again the customer service is bad and the employees just do with your nails what they like even when you are paying... this is very sad and very upset ...they don't deserve not even one start Read Less

So I went to this place for 1st time. Brought my Pintrest photo of the Ombre nails I wanted. The person I had appointment with assured me she knew how to do this design. Well she started doing nails. This hack did Not know how to do Ombre nails nor could she do the designs I asked for! Do Not go here. These girls are all unprofessional as well. Super disappointing. I hate when you tell the manicurist what you want, and they say "yes". And you then ask, "can you do this?".. and they again say "yes".. and then they fail miserably. And you struggle for 15 minutes till they bring someone else over to fix what the first one messed up. Or when you pick from the color choices they offer you, and they put on the wrong one. So you point out the color isn't correct and they look dumb founded. So you ask for the managers help, who just smiles and stays sitting behind the desk. And then your lied to saying the color is correct but the sample is faded away.. so you say you don't want it and then someone comes over and shows the girl what to do.. pointing out she picked the wrong color. And then they awkwardly stare at you like it's your fault they messed up. As much as I wanted to say something there I knew it would have fallen on deaf ears, so instead I chose to write this review to inform YOU ALL of their carelessness. Save yourself the trip, go somewhere else.. or at least ask for the two girls that gave a damn to get up from other clients to come fix our issues. Nvm, just save yourself the disappointment...And by the way, when you a pick a color you are fond of, and they say "you don't want to do silver?" I went to Green Ivy for the first time yesterday and it was great! Tammy and Donna did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and pedicure. It wasn't busy when I was there so they did both services simultaneously and I was done within the hour. Green Ivy was recommended to me from my hotel so I stopped by after work to get a MUCH needed gel mani and classic pedi. The team was friendly, a genuine friendly. The price was right, the televisions were a great additive and I'm overall very happy. There are only two things I would suggest: 1. The pedicure chairs need a good scrubbing2. Before rushing into a simultaneous mani/pedi, check with the customer first. Personally, I prefer to relax and enjoy the pedi before the mani. Just horrible. Called and made an apt for four, got there and had to wait. Took three of us and only two got what they wanted done(manicure was horrible) while my feet soaked for 20 min and my mom sat there still waiting. If you don't have enough help don't take apts. The only time I leave my true five stars is if they are well deserved.  I was skeptical, Ive been to so many different nail salons that everyone is a hit and miss. This place was great, the environment was very friendly. Holly did my nails she did an amazing job, I truly love my nails. The price is a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for. Like mentioned she did amazing work, and my nails look amazing!!! I truly hope they last! I'm excited to make this place my new nail salon, not too stoked about the prices but oh well.  My last nail salon was unique nail, and my review was a 5 start I updated my review after a bad experience, but now I'm leaving unique nails. I have attempted many times with them and failed again. I usually can get an appointment when I want it. Large clean spa and very friendly staff. I have come here several times for full sets and pedicures. Latest was a gel full set with an ombre tip and gold. Posting a picture of the beautiful job that was done. I am hard on my nails, so I just ask for a thicker finish and they last for weeks! Really not impressed! So I just wanted a fill with gel color and I was coming in an hour before closing but I figured there would be a lot of other people there anyway and if they couldn't do it they would say no. So they said yes. I come in sit down and she starts and she's going so fast and rushing though it. Meanwhile there's 3 other people getting services done as well. So as she's working I'm looking at the shape and I am not liking it and everything does not match so I ask her to fix it. She doesn't. So she's finished. 30 minutes later!!!! I have never in my life gotten a fill with gel in 30 mins. When I left I was disappointed because nothing was the same shape and they were all different sizes. I decided to get over it and a couple days later I didn't notice much anymore. It just made me mad she rushed me when there was people still there when I left. Won't be coming back probably. Nervous after reading the reviews, I booked about a week ahead of time for 7 girls getting gel nails at the same time - they accommodated and had six of us getting taken care of at once when we got there! Several other ladies walked in while our group was there and got worked in within 10-15 minutes, which was pretty impressive considering the size of our group and the somewhat-demanding nature of some of the girls (given we were getting nails done for a wedding that week).I just got basic gel on my nails, one color on my natural nail, which cost me I think $25. The lady did an excellent job, was very meticulous about getting the whole nail with no missed slivers and didn't get a bit on the skin either!All of them there were very polite and efficient. I didn't feel like we were an imposition at all, and they were exceptionally hygienic (coming from someone who works in healthcare) and professional. They do accept credit card but prefer cash and have an ATM on-site - I knew they wanted cash ahead of time so came prepared but no one had any issues, I'm not even sure anyone was asked to use cash vs. credit.The gel lasted for weeks - it's now almost 4 full weeks since we got it done and it's only now starting to peel off from the corners a bit! - and everyone was really pleased with what she got. One friend of mine who is a massage therapist was even "converted" to doing gel manis (vs nothing at all, as she can't get regular polish due to it chipping so quickly and being unhygienic for her job as a massage therapist)!Would definitely go back whenever I needed nails done if I lived in the area. Great. Knowledgeable and speedy ladies. Came here with a group, and everyone left with quality work. I was the only one that wanted to add a pedicure in last minute, and my party was a bit concerned they'd have to wait. Actually, the young woman doing my mani (glitter gradient) was so efficient, that I was finished with my hands and feet less than 10 min after everyone else completed their gel manis. 4 stars because nail art isn't their forte. One nail tech had a hard time doing some dry dandelions on my friend's mani, and they ended up having to scrap the idea. But overall, the cuticle and polish work was top notch.
