Went there today (Sunday, Dec.10,2017) for pedi and shellac mani. Pedicurist started using dirty file and tools were not in the sealed container. I asked for new, clean tools which she went to find a new file. White towels were old, grey and full of nail polish stains. Shellac mani was just so so and station was dusty & dirty. Upholstery was very warn. I wasn't offered anything to drink. Never going back there. Worst place. Read Less

Horrible experience!! Went in for a full set acrylics. Was first told they could not do acrylics with color polish on top with a gel coat because it would take too long to dry?!? Decided to just have white tips with clear gel and the girl did a horrible job. Took forever to find correct nail sizes because her box was unorganized. She was having a difficult time shaping the nails and the acrylic was setting before the nail was shaped resulting in her having to add more acrylic on top. This caused flaws and bubbles in the final product. Let's not even mention the filing job that left the tips crooked! Oh and the air conditioner is broken so it feels like a sauna inside the salon and the staff is very unprofessional and cuss in front of their customers. Will never go back to this place!! Read Less

I LOVE this place! Ritu is so kind and fun to talk to and their services are amazing; I've gotten a henna tattoo on my hand, my eyebrows threaded, and a pedicure done, all of which were fantastic. The prices are unbeatable too! Only $17 for a nice pedicure. Great service here. Read Less

I have to give them one star but only for the owner! She is a very nice and sweet lady! Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied with the outcome of my nails. I got my nails done and within less than 48 hours I had 2 nails break on me. I'm not hard on my nails at all. I went back and the owner fixed the two. The next day two more nails broke. Then one popes completely off. Later on in that day I had another one pop off. For the price I paid to have my nails done, I would expect them to last at least two weeks. Had a pedicure and manicure and it was below average at best . I'm embarrassed to even show my toes because they look worse than when I went in. The lack of experience is evident from the get go. I hate being writing negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to waste their hard earned money the way I did . My nails even feel cheap, there is beveling and different levels of thickness , and were sharp on the edges. My feet are still rough and entire pedicure experience was disappointing. Read Less

The last thing I wish to do is give a local business bad rap but my place was closed and I needed to get a gel mani and regular pedi done before leaving town so poor planning on my part.   The equipment looks very worn and not well kept up but that did not sway me.  HOWEVER...I should have just stopped when I noticed she did not use sterilized and brand new file, clippers or other tools.  They all came out of a small pink reusable plastic box in her cart ! That should have been my sight to run ! I sat down in the chair and put my feet in the water and the girl brings me a bowl of pink chemical to remove my gel polish.  She puts a small hand towel on my lap and then a large plastic open bowl and told me to put my fingers in it,, while she worked on my toes.  The chemicals were so strong, it burned my eyes so I asked for another towel to put over the bowl.  After about 20 min, I asked if there is any other way to remove the gel as the chemicals were so strong and I was worried it would tip onto my clothes.  My normal place used cotton balls and foil.  She said no, they do not do that.      The cloth she used to cover the smell was now sufficiently soaked as it dropped into the bowl.   My fingers were getting wrinkly from the soaking and I was worried about what this chemical was doing to my nails and skin.  I asked her for the tool to scrape the gell off and I started scraping my nails my self so I could hurry this process up.  I got most of it off but she looked at it and said "put back in little longer".  I actually took them out and said, we need to find another way to finish.  She ended up using a frikkin nail file to finish the job....thinning them out. Well 2.5 days later, I have 3 hang nails killing me and 4 other nails have already broken because my nails are so thin, bending or snagging.  Now my nails, only 3 days after paying $65.00, are all uneven or broke. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE HOW YOU LOOK!! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING!!! I was leaving out of town the next day so I ran in to get my face threaded. The daughter of the owner was going to do it. I assumed it would be OK because the owner was sitting there talking to someone and did not speak up. The first thing she said was lets do your eyebrows first. I said very clearly DO NOT MAKE THEM ANY THINNER JUST CLEAN THEM UP. OMG  What a mistake. They do not match at ALL. One is thin but the other less than a pencil-you can barely see it. It will certainly take 8-10 weeks to grow out. The part near my nose is still normal but the end is so thin it is barely one hair width and it looks so horrible. I was mortified and said but I told you not to make them thinner. She never said she was sorry never apologized. I asked how much I owed and she said the full price. I at least expected her not to charge me for what she had done to me but I did not want her to think I just did not want to pay. I was so distraught I just left. When I had calmed down the next morning I went to speak to the owner but she was not there. I called back later in the afternoon and all she offered was a store credit--this means I have to let them touch me again. NO WAY. I told her I really wanted the girl that did this to apologize to me. She said if I would come back in the store in a week she would apologize. I replied I had a phone and then she said this 20 yr old did not have one but we were talking on one at the time. I do not know a 20 yr old that does not have a phone and if it were that important to them to apologize she would have offered the apology herself. I will look like a clown for 8-10 weeks and she would not even apologize or refund the $8 it costs to get your eyebrows done. NEVER AGAIN. Read Less

First time for a gel french manicure - $31 without tip.  The gel started peeling in 2 days by the 4th day they were more peeling off than promised.  I went in after a week or so and spoke with the manager, showing her the manicure.  I also took photos.  She told me to come back for a re-do. Tried this place for the 1st time. Although the it was very nice inside and clean my nails turned out horrible. They started lifting 2 days after getting them done. The powder was applied un even. I don't recommend going here at all. I just got my nails done and the gel is coming right off my .  Acrylic nail. I was in the salon and it took hour and half to get a fill that turned out horrible. I have nail polish all over my skin. I won't be going back. Read Less

The owner and employees are just the nicest people. I am always pampered and given superior customer service. They have the best tanning bed. I walked in with a light tan and walked out with a dark glowing noticeable tan and it lasts a long time. I only have to tan once every two to three weeks. I also use good tanning lotions so I don't have to tan every day. I am a very busy person and don't have time to go tanning everyday. I suggest paying for 1 sessions to see for your self. You will love it and will be back for more tanning sessions. They have great deals and packages. They also do a an excellent job on manicures and pedicures. I get my nails done there and it always looks amazing. I have gone to many places but Bella's is different, they make you feel at home and they pay attention to detail and what your needs are. The service you receive is not just a fast buck like other places make you feel. I recommend Bella's to everyone, you just can't go wrong. Meh. I gotta say, I really didn't have the best experience here. Showed up on a Wednesday around 11:30 and was told they did not have time- so they asked if I could come back in an hour. They put me down for an appointment at 12:30. I returned, 5 minutes before my appointment, and ended up waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time for the lady to finish someone else up. I guess 20 minutes isn't horrible, but being that I made an appointment and came back I assumed that I would be taken right away (like most places they don't make you wait if you've got an appointment), but I understand that sometimes you underestimate and run over what you anticipated. So okay I'll brush it off. But the real beef I have is with the quality of my fill. It came out horrible! I had pink and white acrylics and just asked for a fill using the pink powder (bcuz that's what I had) and you can literally see where the old pink powder was and where the fill is. I mean it's VERY obvious... My nails look like crap. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, maybe try to put nail polish over it to hide it or go to another salon to have it fixed. The manager is rude and disrespectful to her customers and didn't even greet my mother and I and we are regular customers that go there too.She had a smart ass mouth talking to me in front of her customer when I was asking a simple question to one of the sweet employees. This is my favorite nail Salon in Temecula! All the ladies are nice and friendly and very personable. I always feel comfortable and taken care of when I'm there. I had a great experience at Bella Nail Spa! I worked with Ritu, and she was great! She and her staff catered to me and my entire bridal party (as we took up the entire salon!). Our nails turned out great! I requested a specific color prior to showing up, and Ritu made sure that they had several bottles of it, so they could paint the nails of several girls at once. Then, as I was leaving, she gave me a bottle of the nail polish and lotion as a gift! Ritu went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great experience! So I go there today right when they opened at 930 a.m. I asked the only person inside and there were no customers yet for a gift card for my wife for mothers day. She told me that I had to come back at 12p.m because she didn't have time and was not the person in charge of doing gift cards. Remember there was not one customer inside. The women in charge here are so very nice, I feel terrible writing this review.. but I want others to know before they decide to spend their hard earned money to pamper themselves at this salon. I have never been so unhappy with the quality of my acrylic nails before.I had received money  for my birthday an deciided I wanted my nails to look nice..I have had a pedicure done here that turned out beautifully ! So I figured that my acrylic nails would turn out just as nice? that wasnt quite so..She began by shaving my nails down to add texture for acrylic application, NOT by filing my natural nail's length - I figured she would file length afterwards....Next thing I know, she had begun to superglue false tips on my natural nails (which were already grown off the nail bed a significant length, each nail naturally at uneven lengths) &when I had asked if she would file my natural nails first so that the set will last longer - the lady tells me its ok and that it was going to last just as long this way. What the heck?! so I basically went in for a fill on my first application?? Moving on-Now that all my nails had the false tips, she sizes them and begins to apply acrylic (I had chosen to use the acrylic containing seashells-she seemed to struggle with the application of them for the entire rest of the time). Each nail had different amounts of acrylic on them when finished applying the acrylic- again, I figured she would file them down at the end. At this point I mention that I would like her to care for my cuticles since they were in need of attention, she says she will do it at the end.By the time she gets to filing down the mass amounts of acrylic, she warns me that she will fix my cuticles but it will hurt a little bit - so I let her continue. My goodness did that hurt. Although she did warn me, I've had it done plenty times before and it never hurt like that. My fingers were raw for days, she had cut 3 of my fingers as well as my thumb (no where near the cuticle I might add). Anyways, by the end, the amounts of acrylic on each nail was scarcely even, the nails on 2 different fingers were applied crooked, the tips were uneven lengths and she made my nail BEDS uneven sizes by the way she trimmed the acrylic on the tips on each of my nails, and overtrimmed my index nails on each side so they are missing the seashell tip at the corners of my nails . Overall, I am terribly displeased with the finished product. And to top it all off, when getting out of my car (3 days later) my nail split horizontally thru the acrylic in my nail bed. She filed it down so much in the middle of that nail bed that it broke when grabbing the door handle of my car. Then again, they're all filed unevenly like that so I don't even think ill waste the money on a repair to this set. Ill just wait until they come off and try again.. Total cost of this whole thing :1 hr 15 minutes & 45 dollars .I wish I had gone to my usual salon. This taught me to drive a little further for the quality of nails I like to have done . Read Less
