My friend and I booked 1 pm appointments. We arrived at around 12:20 (I know, super early!). It was good we did because other customers that came at 1 for their 1 o'clock appointments had to wait a while because they took walk-ins. So make sure to come earlier to be on the safe side!Frank did my and my friend's manicures. We both got gel manicures with designs. Frank did a good job shaping and buffing our nails (square or oval). I wanted an ombre design but it didn't really turn out the way I wanted it to. They still looked nice but definitely wasn't ombre, more like french tip because Frank didn't use the sponge method. Nevertheless, he was nice and accommodating throughout the visit. Some of the nail polish was on my cuticles afterwards so I had to fix it myself afterwards. Overall, however, my nails looks nice and are shaped well. Our manicures came out to be $28 each, not bad. Came here to get my nails done for hawaii and i was beyond disappointed. $73 just for a mani/pedi?!? The lady doing my pedi was too busy talking to her co worker and left a hot rock on one section of my leg and burned it and then kind of burned my feet with the hot towel!! Then Michelle got mad at me for asking her to take my acrylic nails off bc i was over them and wanted my real nails to be painted. What kind of service is that? Both mani/pedi were rushed and both look crappy. Three nails already chipped after a few hours of doing nothing. Definitely not coming back and i don't recommend it to anyone Read Less

Michelle did my nails (very pregnant) in under 40 mins. My nails were super lumpy and she kept saying "Sacramento" where I do get my nails done. Maybe she didn't care to do a decent job because I don't live in the area (but I'm around 4 times a week!)  being THE OWNER I was shocked. She criticized my nails the previous salon guy did...but it's not like she did any better ! Thank god I got glitter polish. It hides the lumps. I won't come back here. Read Less

It is so sad that a place which is rated well on yelp did such a bad job with their pedicure. My toe nails started chipping off and rubbing off to things even after several hours. This never happened to me in any solan before. The quality of service also varied on the person who you get. My friend had a better message than I did. This is my second time coming to this place and I think I have given this place enough chances. Will never be going here again. Read Less

I went in last week for a Gel mani. I was the only one in the shop around 1 pm. I originally wanted a glass nail design (the one with those shreds of shiny film) but they didn't have materials for that. I then requested another design, but the technician seemed unsure of her abilities, so I just asked for a solid blue color. The owner, Michelle ended up coming over and doing my nails, offering to do a design. I showed her another one which involved negative space, which she used tape for and it came out exactly like the picture. Nice environment. Fast forward to a week later, the clear film on my nails started peeling off -_- this is the first time that a gel mani hadn't even lasted a WEEK! Although it was a nice experience and good price, my nails didn't last long at all. Which sucks because I really liked their color selection and shape of my nails. Read Less

I have been to this salon before and had great experiences. Today I couldn't wait to leave. My nails look nice, but the poor treatment I received has ensured I won't return. I made an appointment and when I arrived the entire salon was silent. I was a bit early but was not made to feel welcome. I was asked to sit and that was it. My manicurist did not  introduce herself or speak to me the entire time, other than when I explained what I wanted. The towel and equipment she used was dirty,  even the bowl to soak my nails. She was rather rough with me and I almost asked her to skip the hand massage because it felt so unpleasant. I tried to read a magazine to make time pass faster,  but the woman kept putting the nail drier on top of it so I couldn't. I don't know if I did something to offend the manicurist, but the unpleasant atmosphere and her frankly rude attitude had me done counting down the long minutes. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and upset. I did not ask for her name because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day....At least she was efficient. I came in with a picture and thought my nails were OK afterwards. It was a little rushed at the end as I came in during a high traffic time. You don't get a massage and they don't clean up your cuticles if you are getting acrylics.As I type most of my day, halfway through my day realized they were too long.I called Michelle and told her what my predicament was. She told me to come in on my lunch break and she fixed everything right up, no extra charge! My nails are beautiful, and Michelle is an expert at filing trendy shapes. She's amazing! Where do I start?! Michelle did my nails and did an amazing job! My current nail lady isn't doing such a great job anymore and I wanted to try to find something more closer to work where I can go in during lunch. This was perfect! They serve orange juice & snacks! Which is an amazing add on to the wonderful job they do on the nails! I went in on Wednesday when it wasn't so busy- 11:45 ish but calling to make an appointment is ideal. They also provide the punch cards so after a certain number you get 20 dollars off. For sure coming back and for sure recommending this place to others lol Read Less
