Overall my experience was, okay. I came in as a walk-in for gel-manicure and they took me in within 10min-15min. The place is very clean. The reason for my 3 stars: I paid $32 (not including tip) for a gel manicure that:1) they barely took any time to shape my nails2) my nail lady didn't speak much English3) there was a spot on one of my gel nails that had weird bumps that I wanted fixed and the lady just kept saying, "it's okay, it's okay"4) on some of my nails the edges are clear still5) positive: I didn't like the original color I chose so she let me choose a different one before we cured it... I'm so happy that I gave this shop a try! I was quite hesitant going near closing time for a full set. Tina did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my nails. I have been looking for a permanent nail salon in stockton for a long time and finally found the place! Kenny is amazing for manicures. He helped me pick a color that fit my nail length and skin tone while guiding me away from colors he thought would not look as nice. He genuinely wants his customers to walk away with beautiful nails! I would highly recommend him for manicures. I had Vivian for my pedicure and have only positive comments for her. This place was ok . The guy seemed very annoyed when I walked in . Overall though he did an immaculate job on my nails . At first.  I got them done Aug 8th 2017 . I have been searching for a new nail salon since my gal, Ana went on maternity leave and decided to stay home. This one I chose based on their Yelp reviews. The location is easy to find by Sherwood Mall next to Starbucks and right across Best Buy and Ulta. The salon is clean and very organized. Most nail salons have a distinct smell due to chemicals they use. This one didn't. It just smelled clean. I quickly noticed that the nail polishes on the wall were labeled and in numerical order. The owner, Tammi was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service from the moment I made an appointment. I took my nieces here for their first mani/pedi and they were pampered like little princesses. Helen did my pedicure and she was so sweet and took her time cleaning my nails. I love the staff here!! Although I moved to Fresno they are worth the drive to get my pedicure and nails done. I have Cindy doing my pedicure and nails! She's so sweet. She really takes care of me when it comes to my toes and nails. I normally get Kenny and he's super awesome as well. I love the fact that I can have a conversation with her in Vietnamese. Very clean nail salon, and great decor inside. They got me in on a Tuesday right away. The pedicure massage was hardly a massage, she just ran her hands over my legs and feet to soak up the lotion, I was very disappointed with that considering I am a hairstylist on my feet all day I look forward to the massage. It was my first time and honestly the lady I had took her time and literally perfected every nail double checking both hands had the same nail length and everything. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails and she it didn't quite have the exact look but my nails came out absolutely gorgeous! The staff are friendly as well. I tend not to write bad reviews but they charged me $30 dollars for normal nail polish and acrylic nail. My friends told me they got ripped me off but i thought it was accurate. I guess not, also my nails are less than a week and I have 3 nails that broke already. They were also done very sloppy maybe because they were very busy but they still took very long and the lady always got lazy with the nails I would have to tell her how I want it a couple of times. I gave $5 dollar tip though. I'm not mean. If you want to go i was told to ask for the guy, he knows what he's doing.Read Less
