Do not go here! Service is bad. I sont usually leave reviews. But i habe done nails in the past so i have experience. Was cut on 3 of my fingers. Took an hour and a half to do a full set. And had to put on my own clear coat so he could start my daughter's nails. Also took her an hour and a half and has glue all over her fingers and was not able to finish with gel top coat. And when I tried to call I left a message for someone to call me back and they did not. BUT when I blocked my number he answers then proceeded to argue and say it was our fault for taking so long. Paid for a gel fill with polish. The gel came off after i left so i went back in and had her repair her work. Instead of her budfing of the polish and starting fresh she put on 10 coats of polish to cover . 2 days later the whole layer or gel came off. I dont understand if someone who has been doing nails fir over 28 years cant do a simple polish correctly. Never going there again Read Less

Horrible people. Rude and the owners husband was so intrusive as to why I only come in rarely. I was treated horribly because I dare asked for the basic set @ $20.00. I left a tip but was never thanked. I left almost in tears. My Mother recently passed and funeral exspeses were priority. I did mention my Mother's passing and those cold asses could only focus on the fact I asked for the basic set which is on the list of offers. Don't go there Read Less

I've been here twice in the last few weeks and both experiences exceeded my expectations. The first visit was a gel manicure for my birthday plus one acrylic nail because I couldn't bare to cut them down. The lovely girl told me it was only her second time doing any acrylic and she made it look as good as my natural nails. She was extremely gentle and thorough. My nails were painted and cleaned up so nicely. My second visit was last Saturday around 3 or so for a pedicure and I was sat right away. I'm pretty certain I got the same girl, I got her name but I have a terrible memory. That was probably the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had and just like my first visit, the girl was very gentle and thorough. I'll for sure be returning to this place only. Horrible service!!! So dissapointed! My first time going in and the manager "Tina" was so rude! I had to wait 20 minutes with an appointment and she put me on blast bc i wanted a manicure and told the entire salon that i made the next customer late! I didnt want to make a big scene so i paid and left. I called back to speak to the owner and she answers and try's to tell me she is the owner! Seriously?! Never going back! I chose to come here for my first time based on its good reviews and proximity to my house. I wish I hadn't.I arrived as a walk-in at 11am today (Sunday). I didn't exactly expect an immediate appointment and was asked to come back at 1pm. Okay, that's fine. I had other stuff to do. I came back at 12:50pm. I wasn't acknowledged even though the nail tech looked up at me. I sat down in the waiting area and she didn't speak to me for another ten minutes, and it was only to tell me she was going to so someone else first and then me. Okay? You made me an appointment for 1pm. I waited until 1:30pm before she *finally* sat me down. The station was a disaster...full of nail dust and grit. I'm sorry, that's just gross. But I needed my nails done today (I'm getting married tomorrow and couldn't go to my normal place). So I stayed.She started roughly filing my nails, hitting my knuckles painfully multiple times. I dealt with it. She was clearly in a rush and kept saying how it was a busy day and she had to go fast. Thanks for the relaxing manicure I guess? Then she started clipping my cuticles and in her hurry, she cut my finger deeply. She cut off a huge chunk of my skin at the nail bed. I started bleeding everywhere. She didn't even say sorry. First she tried GLUING my skin to make it stop bleeding. No luck. Then she poured blue liquid on it and as it burned the hell out of me, she assured me it was "antiseptic". At this point, I was done. I stopped talking and just wanted to leave.While she did my nails (manicure and gel polish), I watched her and her other nail techs make appointments on top of one another and try to squeeze people in. People ended up waiting despite having appointments. They accepted multiple clients who ran late. Which is exactly the reason my "scheduled appointment" was half an hour late on THEIR part and not mine. So this place clearly over books. I get it. More people = more business, but if you can't service the people you have well, then you'll lose clients and it's worthless.In the end, she did a terrible job on my nails (totally uneven paint job and oh yeah, bodily injury) and charged me $28. She even laughed about cutting me, saying she'd only done it once in 25 years. I wasn't laughing. It wasn't funny. I'm seriously unhappy with my entire experience here.Thanks.
