Had an appointment @ 6:30pm, didn't get to a chair until 7:30pm. Waiting wasn't a problem until I asked for the guy to clean up my cuticles before doing a full set and he said he doesn't do cuticles because "he can't see".. the lady chimes in and said it's late we close at 7 and I said well I had an appointment and waited an entire hour.. long story short, the guy was so rude and I wasted my time. I recommend looking somewhere else. They try to take on so many people at a time. They did a good job on my pedicure, however my manicure and my sister full set were horrible. In all just look somewhere else. They also do favor and take their time on people they know rather than favoring everyone equally. Read Less

My daughter took me and my sister and my niece here for a Mother's Day gift and because of the star rating we thought they would be a good choice. Not one of us was happy with our nails. They skipped steps like filing the sides and around the cuticle. My daughters nails you could see where the fill line was through the paint. She paid an extra ten for me to get gel paint and they didn't even paint the whole nail the sides were missed . Came in for a gel mani and pedi. The lady said it was a 15 minute wait so I waited. 10 minutes later she sat me to start my pedicure. I sat in the pedicure chair for over an hour before they even started my pedicure...the water was COLD by the time she started. Then the owner lady (who has been the one talking to me up until this point) had me select my polish KNOWING I wanted my toes and nail to match only to be told after my pedicure "are you okay with choosing another color we our all out". I was very irritated by that. I watched her pour something in the gel polish to try to extend it and I said um no I'll choose another. 2 days later all my toes except the big toe pealed off and my nails peeled off too. 3 stars because the guy cut me on almost each finger. He also did a poor job applying some of the polish on some nails and failed to cover my whole nail with the acrylic.  Good job overall though. Really enjoyed the pedicure. Good price ranges as well considering their quality and very friendly. Read Less

I was referred here by a friend who got a gel manicure and loved it. My experience was less enjoyable. I called to find out if they had an opening for a mani pedi and was told they had an opening in a half an hour. Before I could confirm, I was hung up on. I decided to drive there and wait out the remaining time. While I was seated in a pedicure chair within 5 minutes of being and had my feet in a soak, two other women walked in and I was left alone in with acetone soaked cotton balls on my fingers for 15 to 20 minutes while they got their pedicures almost immediately from my pedicurist! The woman who did end up doing my pedicure (who happened to be the one who hung up in my earlier) not only seemed rather irritated I was even there, and she didn't say so much as hi to me before she began talking on the phone to someone in a personal manner while scrubbing my feet. When she went to begin painting my toe nails, she had a bright pink polish when I had specifically said black tips. As far as my manicure goes, a man came over after 45 minutes and finally removed the acetone wraps from my nails. The final product ended up being mediocre at best. There is hair in my shellac, my black tips are barely opaque, he didn't do a very good job shaping my nails that needed it, and he rubbed the skin right below my nails raw to the point where it hurts to put anything on my hands. He also only applied lotion to my arms and there was no massage. I give this salon 2 stars however because I liked the hot stone massage that you get with your pedicure. If they could just shape up their customer service and quality of work they would have a loyal customer in me. I came here to just have a nail fixed that I broke during the work day, this is the only salon that's open around me during this time. Even though I'm still sitting here waiting for my nail to be fixed, the lady who has "talked" to me is extremely rude, slamming polish around, hasn't said one word to me, and just grabbed my hand and began working. Shortly thereafter she got up and walked off. Went to the back, came back and started working on someone else, came back to me. While she started working on me, again, she began to have a runny nose or something started sniffling, wiped her nose with her hand and got offended when I asked her to wash her hands before touching mine again... She got up and has yet to return. She returned 15 minutes later. Gave me the worst looking fill, she removed my hand to check if my nails were dry, the were not. Ruined while checking... At this point I ask how much.. $15. Left it and walked out extremely unhappy. The acrylic even after I asked for fiber glass was pretty much just piles on top of my nail which is horrid looking. I like my nails to look natural. Not like I just dumped some fiber glass and polish on my nail beds. Read Less

I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on going to sassy nail. I was there last night to get a full set for $18(nothing special)  and have my daughter's nails painted as well.  When it came time to pay she wanted to charge me $20 because she said they are fiberglass (lies!!!) The mess this lady did to my nails is embarrassing!  The shape is uneven and messy. The polish is darker on one nail, lighter on another, and missing on some sides.it hasnt been 24hrs and im having to take them off. My daughter's nails were ok. they just painted them and didnt add a clear coat. I had to do that myself. Read Less

I love this place! I just moved from Sacramento and been looking for a place to go and this is it! The staff and extremely nice and attentive and always very polite. They have a huge selection of nail polishes and I never feel like I am here forever! The pedis are sooo good and include a hot stone massage for only $20! This is my new go to place. Read Less

Not a big fan of the place but the service is really nice. They do a mediocre job. Just my overall experience was not so good with the waiting time because they forgot I wanted my nails done too. First time going in this Salon. It a small nice quiet spot. Walk in the and the lady were nice and sweet when they greeted me had to wait for a while but it was OK they did apologize. I told them what I wanted ands it came out good. I had pedicures before that were nice but this one is a plus they had a hot stones. They took their time. My sister in-law recommended this nail salon to me. And I was glad to have tried it out. I paid $20 for a pedicure, which consisted of the regular soak on a massage chair, regular leg and foot massage and BONUS hot stone massage. A gentleman assisted me who was very quite but his co-workers were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice pedicure at a great price.
