We hadn't  been to this salon for several years due to previous bad experiences. However, we decided to give the salon another try because it is convenient to our location. Even with low expectations, we were even more disappointed with the service.  Staff was apathetic, hurried, and generally unhelpful with our pedicures. They even seemed reluctant to provide the pedicure sandals! We will definitely not go to this salon again. We will take the time to drive a little further to find the multiple salons with better decor, service, staff and overall better service. So, so disappointing that service has not improved through the years. Hope they will wake up and understand the importance of good customer service! Read Less

Me and my best friend have tried different places all over Stockton and Lodi. Queen nails does by far the best job. I love the workers and the clean environment they provide. I've been here quite a few times, and each time, I'm a little more disappointed. They NEVER finish with who is in front of them. The lady who worked with me didn't finish polishing my toes before she moved on to the next person.The salon used to be absolutely great when it first opened, and when Michael and Jenny were here, but since then it has slowly started declining. Horrible customer service. I walked in and was rudely told there was no availability for a pedicure. I had my sister call a few mins later and suddenly they had an opening. I walked in and they were still rude to me (I'm sure they were shocked it was me.) anyway the woman who did my pedicure rushed through it and finished in what felt like mins. Horrible! I usually don't post negative comments but this experience was one I had to share. My mom and I went for a fill and the guy who did my mom's nails did such a terrible job! The color from her previous nail powder was completely showing underneath her new color and it wasn't sanded down correctly. We can still feel the bumps from the acrylic and the air bubbles from the top coat. Overall, the worst experience we've had in any nail salon. Read Less

I work a few doors down. I went and got a fill a few weeks ago..and the lady did a horrible job. These people don't know how gel or polish your nails right. I'm very picky about my nails and toes. (My regular mail person is gone for a few weeks) I went back for a pedi.... paid for the deluxe and the only thing that was good was the scrub. I was so upset with the Polish I went in today for nail polish change n tells me he'll do a quick pedi. I should've never gone back. This time he not only did not listen to me when I said check the sides for ingrown nails, n trim the nails. He completely cut my nails down, did the same shitty nail polish application and did not cover the entire nail with the top coat. All the things that are my pet peeve. I'm going to get my money back tomorrow first thing in the morning or I will be cancelling the charges on my card. When a person is specific about what they want, you expect nothing less than that. I will not spend another penny here again,  I wouldn't even go back if they offered me free services. Read Less

WATCH OUT! The girl who waxes has NO IDEA what she is doing!!! I took my niece in because she has eye brows like Brooke Shields and I wanted to help her out. Unfortunately the girl who did the waxing does not know how to shape un-waxed eye brows, therefore, she waxed my nieces EYE LIDS and above her eye brows then proceeded to completely PLUCK her brows!! If I wanted to have them plucked I would have done them myself :( She didn't even do a complete job either. My sister, cousin and I went here for the first time today.  We really, really liked it! The place and equipment are clean, and the staff is very friendly and speak English well.  They have a great selection of polishes, including the only brand I use, OPI.  We went first thing in the morning, just after 9 AM on a Friday, and they had the staffing to able to accommodate all 3 of us as well as several other clients. We went for the #3 Pedicure that was supposed include reflexology, but only my cousin got it from the male, and my sister and I basically got foot massages, so the level of service depends on the person working on you. Next time, I will save the extra $5 if I don't get the male. My gal was super nice and I liked the foot scrub, but she didn't clean the sides of my toenails at the end to remove the polish on the skin. That being said, the gal who worked on my sister did a great job. I will have to learn their names, because I like the shop and want to try another person to work on me for the next time. I think it's a little pricier than the place I used to go to, but it's so much cleaner and nicer, so worth it.  Also, there is a Starbuck's nearby. Read Less

My mom has a blister from the wax for the pedicure! I went with two others to get a pedicure. The people working there were polite although they very rarely spoke to us. We got the #2 deluxe pedicure which came with paraffin wax. All three women heated up the wax so much that it burned all of our feet!!!My mom had it done to her first. She said it was too hot and the woman blew on the wax briefly then proceeded. My wax was just as hot! My mom looked at her foot the following day and she has a blister from the wax being too hot! They did a great job on the pedicure except for the wax. Also- a POOR sad collection of polish colors! They need to revamp and add colors!!!! Read Less

I came here on a Sunday because my usual place is closed.  I was hoping that I would love it so that I don't have to drive to Lodi every two weeks for a pedicure and manicure.  The guy that did my nails was very quick, almost rushed.  There was no one there! I'm not the type of person who likes to sit in a manicure chair for a long time so I thought it was great.  That is, until he got done.  His paint job was terrible, jagged all along the cuticles.  If it wasn't shellac, it would have washed off in the shower but it was and no where near the cuticle line which meant it wouldn't have lasted two weeks.  My nails grow very quickly.  2 days later, one of my nails chipped, 3 days later another one chipped.  I called the place and they apologized and told me to come in.  I went in, they told me I had to wait 15-20 minutes, I had somewhere I had to be so I left.  They told me to go back the next day, I didn't.  I will never go back.  It was the week of my best friends wedding so I was busy doing some last minute things that I never had time to go back anywhere to fix my nails.  And for the price you would think it would be better. This place is right around the corner from work, so I definitely needed to stop by.It was a busy Friday afternoon and I had to wait about 15 minutes until I could be seen (I was a walk-in).  I just asked for a regular manicure and was not hassled to get shellac/gel, instead.  Thank you!My manicurist was nice, but not very talkative which I didn't really mind.  She did seem a bit rushed since there were more and more people coming in.  Unfortunately, the paint on my nails was not up-to-par with other nail salons in town and there were a few imperfections that were too obvious to not fix.  I was a bit disappointed, but maybe it was just too busy of a day.I might be back though, since manicures are only $12. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! My nails are naturally long, and all I wanted was a THIN layer of acrylic and white painted tips. The owner tried to push the "Flower" and the glitter tips, and when I refused, she rushed through my nails and was rough with my fingers. Twisting and pulling, and they burned. Not to mention she tried to get away with a crappy paint job. She just wanted me in and out of there. Not happy at all, and I DEFINITELY won't be going back. Read Less
