This family-owned business was referred to me by s coworker in Sacramento. Nikki has been doing my nails since April of this year and she is AWESOME! My go-to full set is a pink and white ombré set that she does fabulously and at a reasonable price. You can't beat that! These ladies will treat you well and will make sure you're pleased in the end.I know it states that walk ins are welcome but just to be sure, I would advise to call ahead of time to see if there are any availabilities. My first service was a walk in and it just happened to be that only one other customer was there. Yes they only have 3 to 4 ladies to provide services, but its also a small establishment. People who are complaining about waiting too long or being turned away because they're busy need to understand that they also have faithful clientele. This is the 3 rd experience that toped every thing.  Will never ever go back. They do not have good customer skills and not very friendly, the mood in there is kinda dead and no one talking cause they are not friendly or do they make you feel welcome or that you matter as a customer. Yesterday I stopped by as they are near my house and so even after 2 bad experiences, i kept optimistic and stopped, i asked if they can accommodate 2 fills 2 full sets and a pedi they said yes.  I was there waiting and when my daughter and niece arrived They looked surprised and all the nail tech's looked at each other like if they did not expect us to all be there after they said they can take us. Well long story short, they did my daughter pedi and they had only 3 ppl working and we had been waiting for a hour, they took some one who clearly was a drop in.  They never took us, so we decided to leave after waiting so long, i told them We are leaving, we have been waiting over a hour, you should not tell us you can accommodate us if you obviously can not .  The lady said well we only have 1 girl working right now and i told you that.  She lied and she never said that! This place doesn't even deserve one star. I walk in and sit down today. Another older lady comes out from the back to ask what I needed done. I told her just acrylic tips. She states "no, we don't have time for you today. She has one other appointment and we are closed now." At 11:45 in the morning but your sign says you don't close til 5:00 PM. Two more ladies walk in and sit down then we're helped with their nail requests right away. I will NEVER be coming to this place ever again. I only came here because my nail guy was closed today. Nicole is AMAZING! Absolutely love coming in and giving her a challenge for a new design or letting her come up with her own idea on my nails. Katie is also one of my favorites! They both take their time and find that my nails never chip or pop off. Highly recommend and drive from Sacramento just to get my nails done by such a great staff!Read Less

jazz really surprised on my return visit that even though I had an appointment I was made to wait almost an hour. I understand running behind schedule and walk-one but I was shocked by the attitude some of the staff were throwing at me. Customer service skills in dire need of a makeover. I am a very dedicated customer and stick with service standards as well behavior standards for clients. unfortunately being mistreated far out weighed the outcome of the beauty treatments I received.
