Absolutely worst now salon I have ever gone to in my life. I come in at 4:45 they said they were a bit busy that they would be done by 530. I scheduled an appointment at 5:30 got there on time they did not seat me til 6:00 then left me in water until 630. The footbath water was dirty and cold. At 630 I got up and walked out! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and the nail salon. First off the place is far from clean. Yet I really needed a quick pedicure so I thought I would still give it a go. I arrived at 445pm the man told me to come back at 530 and he made me a apt. I arrive at 530 and he didn't they didn't seat me until  6:15 and then left me in some cold and dirty looking water until 645 so I got up and walked out. NEVER go here for an eyebrow wax. When I first moved to Stockton I went here, waited 30 minutes and the girl seemed nervous but since I waited so long and it was the closest place to my house I decided to stay. She seemed like she had never waxed eyebrows in her life. It was bad. Read Less

came in at 9:30 am had to wait 30 min to be taken nails took another 2 hours BUT overall my nails came out super good i loved them also i was suprised how well they charged it was $25 for this specific set it was clean and nice inside cant really complain and its 5 min away from anyone who lives in western ranch so super convienient for me i'll definitely be coming back Read Less

I was doubting coming here but it was a last minute and i live really close by so i decided to come even after reading some of the reviews. But omg!!! 10 mins after i sat down for a pedi i saw a dam cockroach by my seat i just felt so uncomfortable frm there n wanted to get out bt decided to finish n leave asap! Pedicure which is the lady didnt do nothing especial was charged $30 +$5 for white tip Ridiculous. I wont be coming bck here again ! Hang was great to me. But a lady that did my sister's nails was terrible. My sister was looking at the nail swatches and she snatched it from her and when my sister tried to reach for it she pulled it back farther. She wouldn't let my sister pick her own color and when my sister told her the color she wanted, the lady told my sister , " that's so ugly why don't you trust me I've been doing this for years" (my sister is 13 so she didn't stick up for herself) . So she also made my sister bleed, hurt her multiple times, she only put one lousy coat of regular polish and told her to dry them and never came back to tell her she was finished so we had to ask someone else if her nails were ready. Came here because it's in my neighborhood and just decided last minute wanted a pedi and a full set on a Saturday. Walked in they said about ten minute wait which I was ok with and figured it'd be longer but they actually started on my pedicure right away, which was really good considering it is a Saturday.  I was then transferred to Huan for my full set which I really like they're not expensive and they try and do their best and they don't persuade and push you to get the most expensive things they have which I hate that other places do because when you like pretty simple things you don't feel some type of way for rejecting all other things they want you to add to look more pretty I like simple and pretty if that makes sense. There Rude! I got my nails done by a man that works there. He leaves your nails very very thin. I was home not even 24 hrs and one of the nails broke!! I went back to get it fixed and the nail came out even worst! It didn't match the rest of the nails and the length was shorter then the rest! They didn't take the broken nail off they just put acrylic to fix the tip that broke off. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! Read Less

If I can choose no stars, I would give it a zero. Just got back from getting a pedicure and manicure here, had the worst experience. The lady whom did my pedicure, instead of using the acetone polish removal she used the drill machine and man, I can feel the burning sensation on my toes. When I moved my foot away from the drill, she looked at me with an irritated face. Had to leave for an appointment, deciding to pay for the manicure a head of time and will return to finish it. When I returned to finish my manicure, the same lady tried to rushed and finish my manicure. She did not even cut my nail short as I told her before I left the first time, nor did she even filed it. She got upset, she got even more upset when I told her it was not straight. I decided to be nice and filed my own nails, again with the irritable look on her face. When it was time to put the gel polish on, she did not even tried to fix the polish that was sticking out on the side of my nail onto my skin. While she went to get some lotion to massage my hands/arms, coming back she pushed my daughter out of the way, instead of excusing herself. Never am I going back. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place with those rude attitude. Read Less

Used to come here when I was in high school since I lived near by, came back today and loved my mani from Nancy. Only downside was that I asked for rhinestones like the ones that are in right now and they didn't carry any :/ they had the basic old school ones. Trina is the best for eye brows she literally does magic I mean I've gone in with my eyebrows whooped and WOW I come out looking great! I've been going for a few years now and I do not plan to stop the price is great $9 and she takes her time no rush makes sure you are pleased! Just be ready for the long line and wait but it's sure worth it!! For the nail salon I just started getting my pedi and  mani with them I've been happy I plan to continue my nail care their it's worth it. Next time I'll post a pic of both my eyebrows and nails ;-) Only down side is they need more options of  nail polish they have very little options to choose from so hopefully they put more out there. The colors for shallac is plenty and they do a great job lasted me lil more than 2 weeks! ;-) Read Less

NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give them "0" stars, I would but in all honesty,  we had one thing right so 1 star is fitting. I thought I'd give them a shot because they're in my neighborhood an my daughter needed her nails done for senior pictures. When we got there,  there were two technicians (one occupied with a client). We asked for a mani/pedi with white polish (simple enough?). We also asked for waxing. The one person who does waxing was expected at 11:30. We arrived at 10 so I didn't think we'd be there that late.... (I was wrong). I can't even put into words how upset I am. I feel Ike they were stalling so that we would be there for the wax. The pedicure was first and was fine. The young lady didn't do manicured so a gentleman said he would take over. They sat my daughter under the foot light for 15 minutes. ..why? Well, he was working on getting 3 other clients situated.  He finally calls my daughter over but can't seem to locate the white gel polish. (More time wasting)...He finally comes from the back with a box that honestly looked like it came from Target and he began polishing my daughters nail. (There was no manicure...did you catch that?) After about 20 minutes I asked why it was taking so long and his answer was that white takes longer. I let him know that we regularly get our nails done and that it's never taken this long. His response then was, "Oh, I do not know what you're doing but I have to follow the steps". At this point it's 11:45 and We have a 1 o'clock appointment somewhere else. The wax person has showed up and began taking clients back. He asks if I'm going to wait for her.  SERIOUSLY???? I've never spent two hours getting a mani/pedi.....ever! I regret paying them for the manicure (painting) because it's the worst paint job ever.  It's extremely sloppy and with white, you have to be neat or it clearly shows. I'm hoping that her hands aren't seen in her photo. Don't bother with this place. There are so many other options in Stockton or Lathrop that do a great job with actual customer service. Read Less
