My step daughter and I went last week. We were both getting our nails and toes done. It was my first time there. The lady that was doing my full set, asked me to pay ahead of time when she realized I was going to be paying for two people. As a woman of color, at first I was very embarrassed and hurt, but quickly became angry. I have never heard of any place doing that unless the customer offers!!!!!! Then, I saw everyone else (not of color) paying AFTER they were satisfied with the finished result. I told her I would not be paying until the end. She had a picture for reference, and they completely butchered it. I want to say they look like a child did them, but I've seen children do nails better! We will NEVER be returning here to this scam shop again. Please do yourselves a favor and LISTEN to what other people have been saying about this place. There is a reason it has so many bad reviews. Too short even though I specfically told my nail tech "long" and "not too short, please" like 3 times.. on top of that, nails are crooked shaped and finger nails on both hands are uneven (1 thumb very short, other noticeably longer, for example). First time here, won't be coming back. ☹ Read Less

I’ve been a customer from the minute they open the doors.. The one day I was late for my appointment due to an emergency.. Jayden refused to do a color change on my daughter.. He response was I’m busy.. Keep in consideration was getting a no- chip manicure and my husband was getting a pedicure.. my daughter service would have taken 10 min.. But the rudeness is so unacceptable.. Jayden is full aware that I’ve referred so many clients to his salon.. I’ve worked very closely with Palos heights community.. This nail shop is very convenient for me to run to on my lunch break since it’s in the same plaza of my job. I have been coming every 2 weeks since October. I’ve never had a problem with customer service until today. I returned on Monday after a pedicure on Friday due to polish chipping off. Mistakes happen, I thought to myself no problem I’ll go back on Monday. I walk-in and there was no greeting like how can I help you. The owner and his wife sitting in the front providing client service at the time but neither rose their head to acknowledge me until I said, excuse me Ms. She answers how can I help? I tell her I was here Friday nail polish chipped I just need it fix. She replies when the next person is finishes you will be next. The guy finishes his client at the same time another walks in he askes her how can I help you. In the mean time I’m just sitting there waiting. I say Ms did you say when the next person is finished. She then says is the person here who did it. I look around and don’t see her. I’m then told to sit in a chair that was wet and wait. I sat down in the front instead. The owners wife says it’s no problem I’ll do it. I say Ms. it was never a problem for me but for some reason today it is. She did fix my feet. However, this business has received my cash flow bi-weekly on nails and feet which is a good 80$ + tip! As the customer that was not okay and wish my experience would have been different. Love this salon! The only salon around that I will go to. I regularly go in and get a pedicure and they never disappoint. The place is always very clean and comfortable. found this salon to be extremely unsatisfactory. This should be a comfortable hour spent, a simple basic pedicure and this is not what transpired at all. Handed a menu after sitting down , they send over an elderly gentlemen and the beginning is quite basic, cut down nails, had to ask for this to be done again, there was no shaping included, it became apparent that this was in no way a person whom should be doing a pedicure. after scrubbing my calves and never rinsing the scr...ub off, ( sticky gummy , all over the foot rest , back of chair, !! ) I asked the lady at the desk for a different person. now this young women did just that , a pedicure, but I will never go back to a place that has so little interest in whom they let do a pedicure. For my nails this is the place for me. They are all a pro when it comes to doing nails . I don't know anywhere I will go. Everyone knows what they're doing and they do it excellently .     Bottom line:   Will I come back ? Oh absolutely   Will I recommend ? The first time I got my nails done, I got a whole new acrylic set for 35 and was some what satisfied. I went back for a fill, not only were my nails horribly shaped, crooked, and painted uneavenly, but I was charged 50. How does it cost more for a fill? I went back to get them fixed and some how ended up paying the same amount. I've never had my nails done well enough for the price I paid and I will not be returning. My mother & I went to this place. They are shady & dishonest. I got basic french manicure & she didn't do good job being upset that I didn't want to do gel nail polish. My nails' edge were very rough that I had to file it smoother myself. My mother had gel manicure that was supposed to be $25.
