I went into the nail shop today with no appointment before 12. So I asked one of the customers who did they think was real good. So they recommended Kenny.  In order to get in with Kenny I had to come back at 4:30pm. So I hung out at the mall and returned back around 3:45 and got eyebrows, mustache and facial hair waxed. And then the receptionist says oh Kenny is running late so heres whoever. I am so displeased with my nails. I have so many rough spots to many to count. And I only needed a fill and one broke nail. So tell me is that 30 dollars. I'm rempted to cut all of my nails off and be done with shotty work. I love the hair removal lady. Beautiful person. Good atmosphere. But they have top nail people and some that need more training. But most of all have one price. So is it 3 dlrs a broke nail or 5 dlrs. And my regular excellent nail person was Bubbles. Until she said on New Year's Eve that it would be better if I went to somebody else.  Now she put on 4 broken nails. Than said that her client was there like I was not scheduled.  She than said I could come back 3hrs later and she would finish. And I did trying to avoid conflict. And when I returned at the time she said. I still had to wait 45 min. So now where is the customer service.  So it came to a head when she said she was going to have someone else finish. Like people take kindness for weakness.  And we had been close. Now question is tipping 5 dlrs for your nails to little?  But tipping should be at your discretion.  And not demanded or expected. The service I used to get from her she stopped giving.  I would leave and my feet scratching nice sheets. To where I was using a pumice bar same day after leaving. But they want to charge 5 dlrs for length. Than charge 5 extra for length do to polish.  Even when there medium length they say there long. Came here a couple days ago for the 1st and last time with a friend, I got a pedicure she got a fill. I picked out a gel color because I always get gel, sat in the chair and began my service.  Everything was fine she Removed the gel i had on took about 5min total for both feet, did alight exploiting scrub on my legs, filed my toes and put the gel on.She put topcoat on and a little bit of oil on my legs. She rubbed each leg for about one minute. - I found it strange that she didn't ask what type of pedicure I wanted usually that's what I'm used to they have different prices for different level pedicures.  -So since she didn't ask I figure they only have one standard pedicure. -I went to pay for my services the receptionists informed me it would be $60 I almost fainted on the floor.  $60 for what? she informed me they charge $25 for gel. Which means a pedicure with no stone massage no hot towel no wax is 35$. -I would have NEVER EVER agreed to get my feet done if i knew it would be 60$  i was so pissed that i couldnt even argue i just paid and left. I felt robbed once i calmed down i knew i should have never paid that much.  The girl who did my toes never informed me how much gel was and on top of that for $60 you should get hot stone massage, hot towel, wax on your feet,, none of that was done I was appalled at that price.  -On top of that my friend wanted her nails done a certain way and the guy kept saying no no and did them how he wanted to do them she was upset as well.  I believe he kept saying no because he didn't know how to properly do what she wanted which he should have asked somebody else who did know how to perform the art on her nails. WORST EYEBROWS LADY EVER! This place was horrible, she made my eyebrows uneven and one was bigger than the other. I strongly recommend “Perfect nail,” best nails and eyebrows in Stockton! Worst thing about my eyebrows after that place, I got a RASH and it was horrible NEVER COME HERE! If you go here, ask for Leeann she does an awesome job and she is so artistic. I think she's the most artistic one out everyone there, however one day I went in with no appointment and needed them done that day. Leeann wasn't there so I let bubbles do them. They came out super cute but bad quality. Within the first week I lost 3 nails. Never in my life did I have problems with my nails popping off, I usually have to tear them off. I went to a different salon and he filled them in and fixed the broken ones. The nails that didn't pop off and were filled popped off and that was 3 more. I'm so effing mad. Was my first time thereLynn did a excellent job. She did the Builder Gel Fill it is so pretty and the Builder Gel Nails last forever . They feel really light. But are really strong just like Arcylic.I am allergied to Arcylic so this Gel is perfekt.It is very hard to find a shop that does Builder Gel Fill.Try it you will never go back to Arcylic. Read Less

They did a terrible job and I definitely don't recommend going to fresher nails because it's a waste of money. The clean up job wasn't great and the coat is uneven. Had an appointment today at 3:45pm. I sat there for 20mins I kept asking when were my nails getting done, as that's the purpose of Making an appointment so I don't have to sit here.  The man at the desk said sorry, as I told him I was leaving not a I am sorry she is running behind I will give you a discount for your wait. They make all these appointments so close to make money , and run off regulars . My nails the last two visits haven't been on point as they normally are because of the rush job. The receptionist was/is wonderful...the nail person must have been having a bad day...very basic stuff...and a lot of stuff I did not want...not even a full pedicure...but something that would look nice if I was bare footed for a picture...and I wanted my fingers cleaned up...not a full mani..(he just trimmed with color I brought)....less than 24 hours and the white in the French tips are messy...close to 40 with a tip(maybe he needed to eat?) but this has been a place I have had good luck with in the pass...but with so many salons...I think I will pass from now on. I made an appointment for a full set a week in advance for the day of my prom. I was expecting to pay a lot of money based on previous reviews, but my friends had recommended it because i could get my eyebrows done there too. The eyebrow lady doesn't take appointments, but she comes in at 12 which was perfect timing for me.The man who did my nails (I forgot to ask for his name ) gave me suggestions on what color to paint my nails to match my prom dress, and overall did a fantastic job on my nails.I don't have a distinct eyebrow shape, but my eyebrows are very thick. I used to always do my own eyebrows because every time i got them done, they make them too thin and the shape is crooked. But here i had the best eyebrow wax of my life. They were the perfect size and shape and made my make-up application so easy because I now had a great brow. The woman who does them is so cute and charming as well!What amazed me even more was the price, for a full set and eyebrow wax, the total came to $40 and then I gave them a generous tip of course. I used to frequent here a lot along with my sister and mom. In the last few months everytime I go in I am almost greeted with disgust by the front female who works there and always told they only have time for a mani no matter what time of day I go in. One time I went in and was standing right in front of the counter. No one else was even waiting or in line and a older Caucasian woman comes in and automatically she is greeted and asked what she needed done. Afterwards the same rude front female them directed her attention to me to say she didn't have time when you just did for this other woman who came in after. I've been going to jimmy for about 2 years now and I just love his work! He has never failed me. He is always booked so you need an appt at least a week in advanced. When it's a emergency (like leaving on vaca) he will text me and squeeze me in!! And if he can't he will have Kevin do it! His prices vary $$$ but well worth the service every appointed we laugh and talk. Makes the time go by quick. visit on: 9/6/16I have gone to this place a few times back in the day when the shop was smaller and the people were nice. Not saying they are not nice anymore but they have expanded the shop and the left side of the building is sort of the dark side.  I didn't have an apt i was a walk in and they took me right away which i was happy about.  I felt like they didn't let my feet soak long enough before doing my pedi.  The lady seems really nice except for she cut my toe and dug so deep in my big toe that either she cut too far or something that it cause it to get an infection.  I will post a picture when i get a chance.  I will not be going back because you cut me once... Heard great reviews about this place and gave it a try but was really bummed with the outcome. First when I walked in the girls in the front was extremely nice and appointed me to a guy cant remember his name. Sat down and while he was filing my nails he was watching a soccer game on his phone and ripped my skin which was bleeding, i literally had to tell him he hurt me and he quickly put some glue on it. Told him my nail was slanted and he kept saying I was wrong and when I got home I was right it was towards the left. He was the worst nail guy person ever, he was more focused on his game than me. This is the only nail salon I visit. The staff is friendly and nice. Mary does awesome nails she is expert with the glitter gel and Esme is great with the eyelashes! First time I went there a man helped me He was very rude !!!!!My daughter had painted my toes so they did look a little rough but that doesn't give him the right to comment on how messed up they looked his exact words were she must of painted your nail with a blind fold on and started to laugh I felt so embarrassed But not only that his skills of painting were a 5 out of 10 My french tips were not even And he shaped my toe nails very weird I went back telling myself OK I just won't let him touch my nails I will go to a different worker No that was a wrong move I should of just stayed away from that place Some lady asked me how can she help me I explain to her I need my nails trimmed down and I want gel on top I wanted something very simple and naturalso I ask how much because I remember the last time I went in that guy charged me 35 dollars for a pedi I didn't get any design or get anything special just a plain old fashion french tip on my toes for 35She told me 25 for gel and 10 for trim so 35 bucks I asked why so much The lady starts speaking her language to her Co workers and they all surround me and my baby which was in a stroller and they say u don't leave now I call the cops COPS !!!!
