Lily did a beautiful job on my ombre nails. There was a bit of a wait which is expected as a walk-in at peak hours, but definitely worth it. I was so pleased, I went back the next morning for my shellac pedicure. The spa chairs were so relaxing and clean as they use disposable liners for every client. Will never come back here. I usually go to Jessica but she was off today. I came in to get my fake nails removed, the lady who did it for me, used another unused nail to remove my nail. Which was extremely painful. No filing down or soaking was used. Note the nails were still fairly new, one had just got damaged while i was working. So my nails were damaged really bad, if I knew she was going to do that, I would have done that at home. To get it repainted with my real nails was 30.00. Extremely expensive compare to the nails Jessica did. It was only 40.00. Which was a French tip with gel. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I showed the lady the color and design I wanted and she did not do it the way I wanted it. I regret coming to this place. SO BOMB. I'm so happy I finally went here. I think her name was holly, but she slayed tf out my nails. Did exactly what I asked for and I'm soooo happy! Came in early they were pretty packed at 9:30, they were setting me up with someone. I guess once I went into the bathroom (you workers need to check the bathrooms frequently #2 clogged/unflushed straight up disgusting) came out I had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated with someone else. That was fine I didn't come in with an appointment anyway. So Marie who took care of me did a phenomenal job !!! I came in for a fill and to fix 2 broken nail. She made all my cracks and sideways nails brand new and identical. She really really took her time and focused on making my nail the way I wanted. She double check if that's the shape/length that I wanted before moving on to the next finger. She didn't socialize with me very much which I am fine with because she knew what I wanted. Worst place ever!! Went in and asked it they had time for a pedicure it was noticeably busy I expected a wait they said yes. After waiting 15 min another girl came in they took back right away I thought nothing of it maybe she had an appointment so I was patient. Another 10min go by and a couple came in asking if they had time for 2 pedicures, they waited maybe 2minutes and took them back and left me still sitting there!!!! This place is horrible !!!! I brought my daughter in for mani & pedi for one ofher birthday gift. When my daughter was  getting her pedi started .As I'm waiting I had achance to observe this salon WOW !!!!!  I'm noticing how FILTY !!!!! this place is.The butterfly chair my daughter was sitting on  was FILTY !!!!! The chairs acrossfrom me, the seat covers are white is  in need of a good WASH !!!!!! A couplecame in for pedicures and had to ask the lady TWICE to clean the remote control screenfor the massage chair. Had I noticed the FILTH on the butterfly chair prior to my daughter's pedi getting started  Best Believe we would've walk out !!!!!! That will beour LAST !!!! The fist time I went lily took care of me and it was perfect. The second and third time I went other people attended me. They do not speak English and they don't understand what you're saying or asking for. I've had bad service the last two times I went. My sister in law and I went for pedis and we asked the same package. I ended up getting the most basic one and I asked why, I had chosen something completely different, I even asked her if she forgot or got confused and she s...tarted getting mad and talking in a different language. I got offended because of course she was talking about me. Then a guy came in and asked me if I "understood" how salons worked and if it was my first time there. I didn't like the person that did my pedi. Last time I went here I didn't liked it either come back after moths expecting something better but again it was disappointed to go and pay an amount and not getting what you paid for. Got my nails done here for the first time not only were they clean and they were friendly and absolutely professional as well as detailed and patient in their work not once did I feel like they were rushing to get to the next client super relaxing. I've had my shellac manicure now for over a week and it has not started chipping or flaking like it normally does when I get them done somewhere else. I gave this nail salon a second chance. The first time i got my nails done both thumb nails after a couple of days gave me problems. I had gotten two hang nails. Super painful. Second time which was just last week the same thing occured. Its disappointing because 39 dollars for pain is not worth it. They lost a good customer who would have been a regular.
