Go to anyone else except this woman! From the moment my mother and I walked in she was talking shit about us in Vietnamese! Little did she know that my mother and I are VIETNAMESE we just said we're chinese. She was calling us all sorts of bad names! When I confronted her about what she had said was being denial about it! Then I lectured her about providing bad customer service and that she should know better than to talk about any of her customers but she continued to whistle over me and even though I confronted her she never apologized! This place is garbage as fuck. This place was so unprofessional. Nobody there actually has a cosmetology license. They give you unrealistic wait times and then tell you at the last minute a new wait time which is extremely long. They shouldn't lie in the first place instead they should be honest about there wait time. As for waxing, that was shit. They waxed twice in one area which is not what they are supposed to do. It was an ok experience.  Tam did my nails.  I got a fill with gel. I asked her to shorten them and she acted like she couldn't do it.  That made me nervous and was a huge red flag.  She was not detailed at all with cleaning up the acrylic around my cuticles.  Her nail polish game was not epic either; paint around my cuticle and some paint missing on the sides of my nails.  This was a last minute spot for a friend and I.  The nail lady I usually go to is awesome and boy did I miss her!  I will not come back here. Hate this place, this dyke looking bitch ended up doing my nails and they look so nasty. She is so fucking lazy you have no idea, she kept rolling her eyes and she sighed every 2 mins she didnt even asked if they were okay or if I liked them. She just directly sent me to go pay . I have been coming here since 2014 and LOVE THIS PLACE! one of stocktons best nail shops. They close at 7pm but will still let you book up until 6:45. Mary and Thao are the only two that does my nails and pedicures. worth every penny and this is coming from a picky spender!!! Read Less

I made appointments for a gel manicure for myself and a regular manicure for my sister. I set up the appointment at 4:30 for both of us on a Friday. On Friday when my sister and I came in, the lady at the front checked us in. I was able to get seated with a manicurist at 4:30, but my sister had to wait 45 minutes before a worker could work with her. She was very patient, but it was so annoying that I made an appointment and they didn't even accommodate to us. I don't remember who helped me, but I think her name was Duong. She did a pretty good job with my gel manicure. A hair from the nail polish brush got on my nail and I didn't see it until after the first layer dried under the UV light. She tried to pick it out and half-assly did and said it was okay. I was like "umm it's still there can you get it out". So she got her nail polish remover and redid that whole nail. It kind of pissed me off that she thought she could get away with it. After a week the gel started to lift which is what I usually experience with gel anyways. I'm still trying to find my nail salon in Stockton, but haven't found it yet. I'll keep looking.FYI if you use a credit card, they charge you $1 to use it. Read Less

Never again...... I had a manicure done there by Ann and my nails look uneven and she cut me... My Friend wanted a fill and they told her 20 minutes okay no problem. But after 30 minutes the owner tells my friend she has to come back tomorrow because there are appointments coming in... Why didn't she say hey can you come back tomorrow we are booked tonight... There's just something about brows that give the face so much structure. That's why I go to deluxe nails to get my brows waxed. They were able to reshape my brows in a way to promote growth after an episode of serious over plucking done at home. Haha. Oops...After my brows reached the desired thickness, I came back to get them arched. The "finished result was well done! This makes fill-in, maintenance, etc. super easy now! On both visits two different ladies worked on my brows, and both did an amazing job. During each occasion I visited as a walk-in, they were super accommodating as they took me in quickly. The service and cleanliness of the business also deserve five stars! The women working here are very fast paced and polite. The salon is neat and well organized. The pricing here is also quite fair, which makes it easier to leave a nicer tip, considering the quality of their work. Getting my brows waxed here will definitely be incorporated into my monthly, err... perhaps bi-weekly routine. Lol. I went with my sister here today to get herself an acrylic mani, which came out super sparkly and gorgeous.
