I had my eyebrows microbladed with Jenny here and they look great! She really listened to what I wanted, and even took the time to restencil areas I wanted to alter. She took the time to mix colors so that they suited my hair color. Jenny really took her time measuring my eyebrows, stenciling the brows, and with the actual procedure itself. I had the Microblading procedure done by Jenny on 11/18/17. Jenny, made me feel very comfortable as this was my first experience with permanent makeup. She was also very flexible in accommodating my appointment prior to my visit. In the beginning it is a bit painful as you feel tint scarred being done. If a few minutes later you can handle the feeling. Jenny will draw out the shape to ensure that she gets an even shape. **Save your time and money and don't even bother coming here**This past Tuesday I didn't want to drive to my usual go to place in Downey so I decided to come here, I just wanted to get a fill anyway.The guy helping me (I didn't get his name) told me to pick a color and then sit down. Once I was sitting down I was looking at more colors that they had, I asked him if I could get a different color and he said no... WHAT!? Whatever so I just kept the color I originally picked. As he's taking off the gel color I had on before he keeps hurting me because he's playing a game on his phone WHILE he's working in my nails. When he finally gets off his phone he starts questioning me why I don't want to get a gel color again like I said no just stop asking! Whatever so I told him to just make sure my nails are coffin shaped... when he's done, my nails are uneven, sharp and not even coffin shaped anymore! Like, seriously how do you fuck up a simple fill THAT BAD??? Never coming here again. I used to love this place when it first opened but now that I think back on that, I only liked it because it was so close to me. Ive come here maybe 3 times since moving here.  Never again, sad to say. My last visit was the most appalling. THEY DONT CLEAN THE SPA CHAIRS AFTER EACH USE!! I got in disgusting sudsy water!!! Of course without checking!! She sat me down insisted I get in as the water filled with floating cuticles!! i sat in it also eager since it was late but once I realized...I demanded a new chair!!
