AVOID this place! If i could give 0 stars I would. Came here to get gel manicure. The man used acrylic grinding tools aggressively to the point my finger bruised and I told him to stop and let. On top of that, none of their tools were sanitized. He used them and put it right back. GROSS. In the picture I already went and bought a strengthener polish and cut my cuticles, but you can clearly see the bruising on my nail which is on several fingers. I never even heard a sorry, he continued to tell me that I did in fact have acrylic on my nails when surely I know there isn't because they're my fingers. Read Less

Definitely not a comforting place, Kelly was very rude and pushy. She did a horrible job on my nails, rushed through the process. Price list says $30 for full set and she charged me $35 but couldn't explain why?? I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Deserves negative stars. Read Less

Went in without an apt and got right in! They did an amazing job on my nails I am so very happy and will continue to go back when I need a fill. They also do waxing so might have to go and get my eyebrows done!  This is a couple weeks later and they still look great!!! Read Less

Kelly did my pedicure it was the worst pedicure I have ever had.  My nails look good, but the process was awful she went so fast it was nauseating. I go for pedicures as a treat and this was not relaxing in any way.  The woman next to me started about 10 minutes before me and finished about 10 after I was done.  Also there was a lot of yelling across the room from employees. IF I could give them negative stars, I would. Endured horrible infection from their pedicure. I wish I had read these comments before stepping foot into this "nail salon". Being from out of town, a friend and I came here for last minute pedicures for a wedding we were attending. Customer service was awful. Big language barrier.  Pushy staff.  Service took forever as they kept taking walk ins in front of us which only delayed our service (already in progress) and interrupted constantly (2.5 hours for pedicures!). Final result- I could have done a better job. BUT the worst of it all as the infection I received from this place.  I get monthly pedicures and mani/acrylic fills bi-weekly from my usual salon where I live.  Have been for years.   I have NEVER had an issue until this appointment.  All because of the technician tearing a cuticle on the edge of my right big toe and causing it to bleed. The next morning (day of wedding)- my big toe was super swollen, red, and painful.  -Upon returning home, and after puss forming, I received a round of antibiotics.  No improvement.  -Another stronger round of antibiotics.  We thought it was healed- but two days after I finished the meds, the infection reappeared.  -Referral to podiatrist-Strongest oral prescription and topical ointment they could issue me combined with a SURGICAL removal of the edge of my nail so that infection could heal.  6 MONTHS later it has finally healed with doctor giving strict instructions to NEVER step foot back into this salon (like I needed to be told). My toe.nail is permanently and obviously scared and deformed as the toe nail will never regrow normally again.  Trust me- its not worth the risk of giving this place an opportunity.  It wasn't even until now, when I came on to post, that I saw other's concerns and observations with their sanitation/cleanliness (or lack there of)... Can I give no stars?Went there for a gel mani. All that was done was the gel nail polish. No mani. I paid the full amount for the mani. Then the gel nail polish started to peel of he next day. Now i am sitting here a week after (no lie) and only have 3 nails with the gel polish left. I have NEVER had a gel mani wear off starting the next day. Even the lady said when i got it done that it will last about 3 weeks.Also during the application of the gel polish another customer broke some glass and the workers left her standing there until it was picked up. In the meantime I was asked to wash my hands in the bathroom sick. In the bathroom sink there were all the previous used nail equipment just thrown in and pilled up. There was no evidence of sanitation.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read Less

New to the area.  Looked at Yelp for ratings of nail salons.  Decided to try out this salon based on the ratings.  I should of left after I walked in and the person doing my nails was digging through a pile of towels on the floor to decide which one to use when working on my nails.  This place is not clean.  Not sure if the instruments used on my nails were cleaned because the person brought them from the back room.  I'm use to seeing the instruments being brought to the table in a sealed bag.  Hopefully, I do not get an infection on my nails. I go here often to get a quick mani peti. A lot of people just walk in and have to wait. The trick is to call ahead and make an appointment. My nails always look 100x better than if I had done them and are done in a quarter of the time. The price is cheap compared to salons. There is a bit of a language barrier but a smile is universal.
