I go here often with low standards and it’s always a hit or miss. This last time totally did it for me. I tell them I want long SQUARE nails just clear powder and a clear coat to top it off. I just wanted them clear. So the new younger girl who’s always in heels, the older woman who walks around, and Lisa rush me and all talk at once saying what color what color and like I said I wanted them clear. They say, “that ugly it no look good”. I didn't say anything. I was like, “ok do you have a light clear pink powder”? their lightest was just too pink so I ask if they can blend the pink with some clear powder to tone it down and it becomes this HUUGE issue and they tell me I have to wait, I said fine. Then they continue to yell back and forth about what a hassle it is. I said forget it I’m gonna go with clear, oh well if THEY think it’s ugly. So she starts prepping my nails and she wasn’t doing th same things to my left like she was the right and vice versa. She ripped at my cuticle until it bled. Rather then clipping it she grabbed and pulled and lifted a chunk up to where it bled like crazy. This has happened before they’ve filed my natural nails down extremely thin, they’ve also filed into my finger to hit the corners/sides of the nails and I walked away with cut and bleeding fingers. The shape of my nails from this trip is ridiculous. My pointer fingers are the only ones that look square the rest have a flare to them I told her several times and she kept saying she wasn’t done yet. Each nail on my right hand is slightly longer than those on my left hand.. like I said I’ve gone here often and have had mixed results, but this was the last straw. Fed up!. Read Less

I went to lisas tonight with my daughter we both got pedicures and i got a full set. The man who was doing my nails was very rough and and cutemy finger with the file and also filed the top of my finger. When i confronted them they just ignored me. I spent over 100 dollars in there.Update: i called this morning and went in lisa was very nice and professional about the issue and gave me a gift cert. Which is fine and im happy with. I used to go to Lisas a long time ago and unfortunately it's hit or miss with who you get. I went back to give them another chance and definitely regretted it. I showed Kim a picture of wha i wanted and the color was nothing like I wanted. She never asked my shape or length, just assumed I wanted long coffin shaped nails because apparently that's what ever girl in their 20s want. So I had to ask her to shorten it many times. She made multiple fingers bleed when I told her they were already weak as it was. I asked for 2 of the nails to be painted with glitter polish and she said "No only 1 nail" when the lady sitting next to me almost had every nail a different color. When she started painting I almost said you know what, forget it, keep them clear and I'll paint them at home. So many things I could go on about. I can tell you that I will go back to doing my own nails and not go somewhere where they're just trying to get the most money out you possible. Read Less

Went to get my gel taken off and a pedicure before I have my baby next week. Pedicure was fine. Manicure was a joke, not only did she ruin my $80 dress had by spilling cuticle oil on it, shemever apologized and I still paid full price. M nails have bubbles all over them and then ends are super rough...oh and I had to pay extra to take the gel off. Read Less

Meh. I've been in here a handful of times, and honestly it's never been a great or even good experience. Nothing bad, it's been ok. There always seems to be TONS of people, all the techs seem stressed and busy. It's not very clean. If you are new in town (like me) and don't have a friend to recommend who to see... well it's the nails version of Russian roulette. I've had pedicures mostly, one gel manicure. Pedicures have been ok... one good one, all the others had issues. Weird nail cutting and filling, not the best paint job. After a red painting on my toes, I removed the polish and my nails were stained a pink-ish red. The one gel mani I did get was good. It lasted almost 2 weeks. Again, this place is ok. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and being a small town, this is the only place open.  The bowl seem to be clean, only assuming.  I didn't see anyone clean out any bows, now that disturb me.  What I do not like is employees, that aren't working were on their phone talking loud and eating smelling food.  Now on to my feet being done, that lady start cutting my toenail and then took her fingernail to pulled my partial cut nails across & not cut it.  I stop her immediately and asked why would you not cut my nail all the way across. She acted like she didn't know what I was saying to her, but when I asked to find someone else to finish me feet, she got the point!  Not returning and $22 is not worth. Read Less

My pedi was slightly better during the treatment, but when my feet dried, I had patchy dry skin that hadn't been scrubbed off and looked worse than when I first went in. I love this place, all the bad reviews is odd. I have been going for months and my nails are perfect every time. They will last a month perfectly if I'm too busy to make it in. Nee is so kind and funny. She always offers me something to drink, she is gentle and takes her time. If I can't decide a color she will pain it ask if I like it and if I do not she will change it. We spend time joking and it's such a fun relaxing environment. Hope you try this place for yourself to see what it has to offer. Read Less

my feet have never smelled foul until I went there and got a pedicure. I went two times and still had the same result of a terrible smell to my feet. The stench was so bad that I ruined two pairs of brand new shoes . It's been months now since I have gotten one and my feet don't smell anymore so my guess is that they used unclean tools on my feet from previous customers and gave me foot fungus. I have never fully thought about why they smelled until I was talking with a friend and she said that when she got her nails done from there they didn't use a clean file and she got fungus on her fingers. They are required to change their tools to proper clean ones. Also their customer service is terrible and they are not gentle at all when it comes to acrylic nails. The lady I had was so rough on my nails that the next day I had to take pain reliever to help with the pain. It was awful! Read Less

NEVER COME HERE! It's always crowded, and they'll seat you at a table or in a pedi chair, but you still have to wait forever for someone to come to you. I've gone multiple times hoping that it'll be better, but I'm always disappointed. I recently got my toes done, the man cut both of my big toes in at least two spots and it didn't stop bleeding until hours later. He then charged me for a package I did not receive, and I ended up paying ten dollars more than what I had wanted. They always "sand" too deep into your fingernails that they almost sand them off! I always end up with crooked nails, or bubbles in the acrylic. They never seem to get it right. Read Less

DO NOT GO THERE!!! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I will NEVER go back there either!! I have been there a total of 4 times hoping each time would be better than the last and just thought that maybe they were having a bad day like everyone else sometimes does. That is not the case. Even when they dont have enough staff to do something, they will lie if u ask if there is time to get nails or pedicure just to get you seated and started and than they will leave u hanging for 20+ mins and start the next person who walks in. It was complete chaos and loudness... far from relaxing. All the Asian ladies were yelling in Chinese back and fourth to eachother across the building and yesterday the Lisa lady got mad and started screaming in front of everyone at another worker. It was embarrasing and I felt bad for the chinese lady who got yelled at. These people double book, triple book+ appointments and will say anything to get you to go in. They are always in a hurry to finish and all 4 times I had a pedicure, it was sloppy. My toe nails weren't even all the way painted and I asked for gel as the top coat and she told me no. She said that the clear coat was better and she would do 2 coats. EXCUSE ME?? Its my money and I want a gel layer over the top!!! I didnt get what I asked for because she was in such a hurry. I paid $35 dollars for a pedicure and got crap. When my feet were dryed to get my toe nails painted, you could see all the dry skin not removed. None of the massage function on the chairs worked because there were power problems and some chairs were broken so they said no. The water didnt even run either. They had to go to another business and borrow hot water and bring it back in buckets. The water got cold and my feet were not rinsed in clean water. I can go on and on but Id rather not waste anymore time on this business.... Just know it was terrible and overpriced for the service offered. There are a ton of other businesses I will try out. My friend and her mom have always loved going here for manicures, pedicures, and to get their eyebrows waxed. It was their favorite place in town, but none of us will ever go back.My friend's mom went here to get her eyebrows waxed and apparently there was wax on the pillow from the last person who was in there. The lady couldn't get it out with the paper towel so she grabbed some scissors and cut her hair without consent. We didn't go there for a while after that. When we did, there were three of us and we all wanted pedicures, my friend and her mom needed a fill and color change, and I needed a new set. When we came in they weren't too busy so we decided to stay. After a while, they had a bunch of people walking in the door and rather than asking if they could come back in a half hour or so, they just kept on bringing people in. They would jump from customer to customer and overall did really sloppy work. My friend wanted a design on her big toe and the one that she got was nothing close to the one she asked for. She went to the table to get her fill and the lady didn't file her nails down evenly.The lady who painted my nails didn't get the color on my entire nail for a few of my toes. When I was getting my new set, three of my nails weren't glued down all the way. I was cut on almost every finger because she was working so fast. None of my nails were the same length and when I asked her to put a third coat of nail polish on because the color is pretty thin, she gave me major attitude about it. Her mom just got her pedicure and decided she'd get her fill somewhere else because we were already done and she knew that she wouldn't be happy with what she got. We will never go back here again. Ive gone there many times and liked there service! But sometimes I feel like when there talking in Chinese like there talking about me! I don't like that feeling! Also, when I go, I always bring a friend. I know everybody has there way of doing stuff... But when I looked over and then looked at what was going on at my station, I realized what that person and my person were doing complete different things!! Okay, yes, I do like their service... If this is the salon in the same shopping center with cost u less don't go there! I have had lots of pedicures and the gal cut my toe nail too close and my toe turned red and throbbed all night. I told her she was hurting me and she did it any way! She was also really rough meaning she squeezed my toes really hard while working on me and rubbed my toe nails and legs really hard like she was scrubbing the floor! I am small framed about 120 lbs, I will never go there again, wow! really unpleasant experience!! As well as painful, ouch! Read Less
