Let me start off with the positives. The woman who greeted me was quite friendly and professional. They seated me right away without an appointment for a mani and a pedi on a Saturday morning. And, that's it.The woman who was assigned to do my pedicure did not want to use gel. She ignored my request. Finally another woman came over and asked again. I said yes please to gel, and that's when the trouble began. The first nail stylist angrily came over, glared at me and literally grabbed and yanked my feet to begin. This continued throughout the entire pedicure. Trimming my toenails and cuticles was actually painful. I regularly have a mani and pedi every few weeks but just moved to this town a week ago. She wouldn't speak to me except to utter commands, which were accompanied by tugging my feet! The finger nail stylist was also rough and became frustrated because I wasn't "relaxed"! She had the gel nail dryer at a weird angle and it was hard for me to insert my hand into it but when I tried to explain, she got rough as well. I literally have 2 fingertip sized raised bruises on my lower right arm from her treatment.My finger nails have scratches and dents in the polish, very sloppy job. They were more than happy to get my money and tips - tips were actually requested by the woman who took my money! No, not recommending though I did notice that they were friendly to some customers - just not me!

The main owner/manager is so on top of it and super friendly. They even time their foot massages so you always get the same amount of time...

Great little salon in Sonoma. We wanted to get our nails done last minute and everywhere else said they were booked up. Based on the ratings we weren't sure what to expect.When we walked in, it looked very nice and we were greeted by extremely friendly people. The receptionist is incredible and remembered everyone (even those who said they hadn't been in for months) by name. Our nail techs were friendly too and did a great and fast job on our manicures. They used the equivalent polish of 3 coats with their 2 coats so our nails looked like gel without being gel and lasted for weeks. If we are back in Sonoma, we are coming here every time!

Rarely do you have to wait. Very accommodating for walk ins. Great mani pedi but, they won't waste your time. I was very happy. Nice new decor.

Update: Stars downgraded from 3 to 1 -- After a difficult time taking off the "clear coat" my nails on one hand are rough with many knicks and scratches from the removal of the shellac using the electric drimmel. The other hand that the device wasn't used on was left with a much smoother surface. Unfortunately it will take quite some time to repair my nailbeds. I am very disappointed. If only the manicurist would have taken time to provide me with high quality service rather than rushing through because it was the end of the day and more people were waiting. Definitely not returning to this salon.Not a great experience, will probably be the last time I go there. Went to have shellac taken off and get a regular manicure with a buff shine. Shellac was taken off then I was told she can't buff my nails because they are too thin now. So she applied a "clear coat" which is really a sheer pink. I'm ok with that, except that less than 24 hours later it's already chipping and taking layers of my already thin nails with it. I also don't appreciate that I was charged extra to have shellac taken off without the additional charge being listed on their price board.

I was visiting from out of town and called to see if I could come in to get a manicure since I was close by. Ut, the lady who answered my phone call and welcomed me in, was very nice and pleasant. She did my manicure (shellac nails) and was very quick and her work was impecable! I highly recommend stopping in to get your nails done!

By far the worst service I ever received from any establishment. There are several reasons for this - first, poor customer service. No talking to the customer, and the only form of communication I received were slaps on my legs and feet when they needed to be switched or adjusted. But boy do they sure know how to be nice when it was time to pay! Second - the foot massage I received couldn't even be called that! She barely touched one foot and burnt my leg with the hot stone for a couple minutes. I called ahead of time with an appointment and even tried to make friendly conversation. Being from out of town, maybe this is just how all of the locals are. But there are basic customer service skills that need to be taught here! The woman was even talking about me to the other stylist (they honestly thought I was deaf!) and were laughing at my husband and child who were patiently waiting for me! Will be letting my friends know to avoid this area the next time they're in Sonoma! Better salons with better prices and service elsewhere! Never spending $27 on poor service like that ever again.

I was visiting Sonoma and randomly picked this place out of the oodles of choices in town. I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience! I had Thuy do a gel manicure for me and it might just be my favorite set ever. It was pretty early and not much of a crowd yet. She was an absolute darling and encouraged me to pick 5 different colors if I wanted since she had plenty of time. I have always wanted this but never dared to be such a pain in the ass for my Manicurist! Anyway, I'm so glad she practically insisted because I am absolutely in love with the results and can't stop gawking at my paws ever since. She works really fast but is incredibly precise and the work was just flawless. The receptionist was a real Sweetheart too. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area. Thanks Thuy, I hope I spelled your name right!

Nice people but...my nails are not clean (not that I had a lot of dirt under), did not even clean under, did not remove the polish I had on, but buffed it off, my feet are still rough did not use any ...
Nice people but...my nails are not clean (not that I had a lot of dirt under), did not even clean under, did not remove the polish I had on, but buffed it off, my feet are still rough did not use any things to remove dryness, I had to finish it all when I got home myself. But I think really the worst thing was that the manicurist next to me was picking glass shards and digging around in the bottom of another customers foot, I don't think the health dept would approve of that, it was disturbing and made me feel sick to my stomach, was not a relaxing, enjoyable experience at all!!

Great selection of colors and the price for services isn't bad either. Unfortunately my spa chair was broken so there was no back massaging. Also my foot massage was actually just someone half hearted...
Great selection of colors and the price for services isn't bad either. Unfortunately my spa chair was broken so there was no back massaging. Also my foot massage was actually just someone half heartedly rubbing my legs. I suppose I could have asked for more foot but didn't feel I should have to.

One star because they got me in quick and with a friendly greeting. Minus a star because the girl literally squirted all liquids on my toes rubbed them and rinsed them almost all in one action. Minus another start because my bowl only had about 3 inches of water just barely covering my feet. Minus another star because they charged me for the upgraded pedicure with a longer massage and extra steps... All which took under 30 min. Minus another star for asking if I was from sonoma or visiting and making sure I got no special treatment because I wouldn't be back since I was vacationing... It was bad. Wham bam thank you ma'am. My girl literally said "done." got up went to the bathroom while I pulled my jeans back to my ankles out shoes on and paid... Bad.

Used to be a 5 but since my last appointment everything is extremely rushed even with an appointment, staff was rude, and they cared more about joking with each other than to give better service. Also they barely even massage now it's just like stroking your leg.....Sucks that it has gone so downhill.

Let me start off with the positives. The woman who greeted me was quite friendly and professional. They seated me right away without an appointment for a mani and a pedi on a Saturday morning. And, that's it.The woman who was assigned to do my pedicure did not want to use gel. She ignored my request. Finally another woman came over and asked again. Update: Stars downgraded from 3 to 1 -- After a difficult time taking off the "clear coat" my nails on one hand are rough with many knicks and scratches from the removal of the shellac using the electric drimmel. The other hand that the device wasn't used on was left with a much smoother surface. Unfortunately it will take quite some time to repair my nailbeds. I am very disappointed. I was visiting from out of town and called to see if I could come in to get a manicure since I was close by. Ut, the lady who answered my phone call and welcomed me in, was very nice and pleasant. She did my manicure (shellac nails) and was very quick and her work was impecable! I highly recommend stopping in to get your nails done!

By far the worst service I ever received from any establishment. There are several reasons for this - first, poor customer service. I was visiting Sonoma and randomly picked this place out of the oodles of choices in town. I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience! I had Thuy do a gel manicure for me and it might just be my favorite set ever. It was pretty early and not much of a crowd yet. She was an absolute darling and encouraged me to pick 5 different colors if I wanted since she had plenty of time. I have always wanted this but never dared to be such a pain in the ass for my Manicurist! Nice people but...my nails are not clean (not that I had a lot of dirt under), did not even clean under, did not remove the polish I had on, but buffed it off, my feet are still rough did not use any things to remove dryness, I had to finish it all when I got home myself.
