I was in Sonoma for the weekend and stopped in here for a mani/pedi.  The young man did both and did a great job.  He did a real foot massage, and a hand massage--and it was so relaxing. He did a really nice job trimming and shaping my nails, without hurting me.  So many places cut so much cuticle that it bleeds-not here.  I wish I lived nearby.  I'd go here all the time. Read Less

Sofia is the best manicurist I have had in a very long time. I live 45m away and come to her. She is always professional, fun to talk to and my nails always look amazing. I just hopped on here to check her hours today and saw the recent bad reviews. I'm shocked! I've been meaning to leave one of my own bc I am just so happy here. If you are looking for a new nail studio and reading reviews, like I was, to help determine which one to visit, please consider my responses to the poor reviews:Nails chipping? I would call Sofia and give her an opportunity to make this right before leaving a negative, harmful review that affects someone's livelihood. She's right, chipping after one day isn't normal. However, the problem may not even be with the salon but could be on the reviewers end. Maybe she came into contact with a chemical, excess water or is even taking a medication that affects her nail health. I remember my nails chipping after only a couple of days at another salon. NOT at this one. It was due to a medication I was taking that changed the chemistry of my nails. Polish couldn't adhere to it. It took me a couple manicures to realize it was me. I was so glad I didn't leave a negative review for that business! Cash Only: clearly this reviewer has never owned her own business. Cash only doesn't necessarily mean they are not supporting the community and paying taxes. That's a big leap! I'm quite sure the reviewer has not analyzed their tax report to verify that accusation. Credit card and ATM machines are expensive and charge the business owner at least 2.5% of the transaction. This salon passes that savings onto their patrons by keeping their prices low. Also to consider, is the cost on the business just to have the POS system. It is human nature unfortunately to post negative reviews and rarely post positive reviews. I'm sure for every negative review here there are a dozen happy customers. I am a real customer who was not paid or given anything in exchange for my positive review. Like I said, I just came on Yelp to see what the hours were today and saw the new reviews. Try City's Nails and see for yourself. Sofia is amazing! Read Less
