Great experience at Valley Nails! The establishment is located in a cute shopping center and is very clean and welcoming. Relaxing massage chairs and many colors to choose from. I just came back from a camping trip this weekend so my nails were pretty much crying for a manicure! As soon as I came in, Vivie greeted me and took me in! I have a few job interviews this week, so I asked her to do the standard french tips, and they are honestly the best (I've been getting nonstop compliments on them!)! The service here is incredible! Everyone is super friendly and the interior of the shop is nice and clean. Compared to previous places I've been to with my mother, she even told me she liked this place the most! It's pretty far from where I live, but it's absolutely worth it. Never been here before, nice and clean inside. The chairs water tub was filled when we sat down. Had a nice pedi, had 2 toes skin trimmed too close on each foot which bled slightly. That bothered me but not as much as them not running some sort of cleaning solution in the tub?! Sooo I'm not sure if I will be back. Sad so close to where I live.... Read Less

So while on vacation I decided to go to valley nails for a gel  mani/pedi.  I was able to walk in without a wait which was nice.   John took care of me.  Best experience ever! Not only did he treat me with care due to a painful callus on my little toe but he also did some reflexology on my feet.  Places I go back home never do this.   It felt amazing.   Also the shop was very clean And quaint.  Prices were easy to understand and tons of polish colors.  Great job. This place is great! Got a last minute fill and gel color while in town for work and the lady did a great job with the shape. They have a pretty decent selection of colors and the salon was very clean. They're on the pricey side but that's expected for the area. Read Less

Called and made an appointment for my wife and myself.  She wanted a full set and I needed a manicure.  We showed up exactly on time.  They had clearly overbooked. She hemmed and hawed saying she didn't hear what my wife needed, even though we said full set and she repeated full set on the phone.  She asked us to wait, and she could only do the mani pedis no acrylics.  There was no air conditioning on, it was hot, and by our estimation it would be almost another hour before they got to us even though we had an appointment.  No thank you.  We said we were leaving.
