Went there for a set of acrylics, when the woman doing them finished. You could tell the nails were uneven and crooked. My friend who went there had the same problem. Maybe acrylic nails aren't their thing! Though the employees were very sweet and the environment was lovely Read Less

It was nice. Clean. Friendly employees. I give it an average rating because I'm not from the area and compare them to my favorite local nail salon which is beyond awesome. For me, this was pricey, but then again it is a tourist area and that may be the reason. Higher rents?The person who did my pedicure "Did her job".The one who did my gel fill did wonderful until painting the nails. The finish had bumps/bubbles (2 nails) and one nail had a piece of lint. That being said, she did well with coverage. No overage on the skin. I wish she would have sealed the backside of the nail.The one issue I had was lack of lighting. Do not go here. This Sunday the lady cut me deeply and it's been bleeding and stinging for days and looks a mess. I did not see evidence of sanitization between customers or any certifications . The lady also had a bossy attitude and didn't care she cut me so bad. I have to go to the doctor as I think it's infected. Read Less

In town visiting family and needed to destress and get my nails redone, so tried this salon out. I am very pleased with the results! My gel mani was done with meticulous care, though I'm used to having a hand/arm massage with it. My pedi was terrific! AWFUL!!! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it cost $64. Price isn't bad but my manicure is  the worst I've ever had in my life! I had to ask her to file my nails, there's gel polish all over my fingers and two days after the Polish is peeling off because she painted my fingers! I complained about the paint and my nails not being filed and another worker then helped a little but now I'm going to have to go somewhere else spend MORE money getting my nails fixed! Whenever i need a nail service, this will be the place i think of because they always provide a good services and high quality works with out high price. The interior is always bright, clean and well sanitized. Staffs here do know a lot of designs and always catch up with new trends. I was born & raised in the valley and have to say this has to be my favorite place. I am extremely picky when it come to how I like my nails and have never been disappointed. though I don't come here often and have moved away I can still walk in and be greeted by my name which is crazy that they remember me but its an awesome feeling. I am never hesitant to walk in and get a good relaxing pedicure from them.They are friendly and never rush through a nice pedicure its not very big but they always make time for everyone in a respectful time frame. This place came recommended to me by my boyfriend's sister. I love it! They're affordable compared to other places I've been to. They carry all the best brands of Gel Color and regular nail color. The ladies are very nice and the owner is always very helpful. They last very long, the only problem is my nails grow too quickly so I come here every 10 days. Another Yelper turned me on to this place and I have to agree - they were awesome. Fantastic Pedi and they even brought something to my attention about my toe that I hadn't noticed before. My tootsies were beautiful and smooth when I left. Will definitely go back. Since I was there, I also had a gel mani with design and they did a pretty great job. They were even less expensive than my usual place (I felt so guilty that I cheated). Average pedicure.  Nothing special, and expensive.  I would just warn you to be very clear on what you want.  I asked how much the standard pedicure was ($28).  I asked if it included callous removal, was told it didn't, but if I wanted it, it would be an extra $10.  She then described what the standard pedicure included, which was fine with me.  I thought I agreed to the standard pedicure, but when I went to pay, turns out they did the callous removal (it wasn't obvious that they were doing anything extra) and so my total was $38.  Just not what I thought I agreed to, and it was more than I expected to pay.  Plus they advertise in the window that they accept credit cards but then they try to charge you an extra dollar for the credit card fee.  I ended up paying cash for it.  Seems if you put credit card signs in the window, then you should expect to pay the merchants' fee.... just the cost of doing business.  Don't  pass it along to the customer.  I would not go back. She took my nail polish off with a drill...She was dirty and sloppy, meaning she left dust, old nail polish chips and the clipped nail ends in her work place the WHOLE time she was working on my nails. I have red flecks in my acrylics b/c my old nail polish was red. My nails are thick as hell, uneven and filled with air-bubbles (air-bubbles= fungus). Around my nails is a thick crust of acrylic and skin from over use of the nail drill.. and when my boyfriend went in there to get his money back (he paid) she told him that I needed to come back and get them removed and ONLY THEN would she give me the money back. NO! I went here a few weeks ago before my friend's wedding.  It cost $44 for a mani/pedi which is fine but the service and quality of work was the poorest I have ever had at a nail salon.  I don't require a fancy nail salon, just someplace where the people are friendly, efficient and competent at their craft.  First- quality: The 1st coat was put on my nails not even close to the edges, so the second thinner coat was thin on the outside of my nails, leaving an obvious sloppy "island" of polish in the middle of my nails.  Also, she filed the bed of my nails so much that they are sensitive still three weeks later.  Second- and most important, the service: They were not friendly... fine, I don't need to be their friends, but it just added to the bad experience.  My pedicure did not involve any sort of skin buffing whatsoever on my heels and as soon as they were done applying the polish, they just left.  No fan to dry my nails, no help with the clasp on my sandals so I wouldn't mess up the work they had just completed.. nothing at all... just last stroke of the polish and they both just sat down in chairs and started reading magazines.  There was no one else in the place, so its not like they were busy.  I would NOT recommend these ladies.
