Upon my arrival the lady attempted to skip the complementary foot soak and rushed me to the room to get a "30 min" massage when I had made a reservation for a 50 min body massage. When I asked about the foot soak and why my time had been change she said that they didn't have enough time, that my facial was coming so they changed it. I was so confused because I was not notified. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. This was such an inconvenience for me as I have a 4 year old and had to arrange a baby sitter for my little one. Read Less

I was hesitant to try ME Spa as I thought it was like other corporate spas I had been to that lacked the true, relaxing spa experience. My daughter bought me a facial on groupon for my birthday, so i figured what did I have to lose?I was pleasantly surprised! First off they have a lovely and clean facility. Welcoming, warm, smells great! The receptionist led me to the female changing area complete with showers, product, bathroom, etc and gave me a warm robe, slippers and showed me where the lockers were. After that I was directed to the relaxation room with tea, water, apples and cozy chairs and lighting! This is when the experience got awesome... I was treated to a complimentary foot soak (note: be sure to arrive 30 mins. prior to your appt. in my opinion if you really want to sit and relax and enjoy that. I felt it was a but rushed!) Hey Me Spa, do not get rid of this complimentary treatment because it's unique, cool and relaxing! I met Brooke at that point who would be doing my facial. Can I just say SHE WAS THE BEST! Beautiful, sweet, gentle, funny and did the best damn extraction my face has ever gotten! She was informative during our facial, explained product to me, was soothing ... my face literally glowed after my service! I got a 50 min and it felt like i was in there for an hour and a half.. she really took her time and gave me my full value! Even today, the morning after I am clear, clean, moisturized.. wow! I will say Brooke took a basic facial and made it feel like an upgraded, WOW facial. She has my loyalty when I return to ME SPA and I will!There are some things I would love to direct to the owners for perhaps future improvements:1. Your yearly, optional VIP charge for your club? I really suggest getting a program like Burke Williams where you sign people up for a year, charging their card $79, $89, even $99 a month and for that they get a facial or massage and can add upgrades to it if they choose and pay a bit extra. Also included in this they get the cool, club VIP events you host! You do not have a steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, etc... so you have to offer SOMETHING for that monthly fee....I just would never pay $350 for 1 service and then VIP events... it makes zero sense... Trust me, as a consumer you would get extreme loyalty from people in this area if you offered them this type of program. I would come in every month and faithfully allow you to charge my card .. but now, at this point, you will see me probably only every 3 months. That's all I could afford with your price point. 2. OMG for love of GOD get at least a steam room. Making your spa a more compete "SPA" experience would be incredible! I missed not being able to open my pores and relax prior to my service. 3. You have all of these lovely products, hair dryers, etc in the change room...so put a few sanitized hair  brushes (roller & flat). After my service I wanted to blow out my hair and had no way to. Being a first time customer, I didn't know I had to bring my own.Keep this place un-corporate, give a little more of the extra, get a REAL club program up and running  and give Brooke a raise... I came in for a pedicure and was so happy. I will absolutely be back! The staff at the front desk greeted me and my friend warmly and talked with us for a few minutes. They provided us with something to drink while we waited in a relaxation room. Although all the pedicures are done in a common area, it was so soothing and relaxing. They played instrumental music and my technician (that is a terrible word but I'm not sure what else to call her... aesthetician?) made sure everything she did was to my comfort level. Went in to get a gift card for my daughter's teacher, had to stand wait and watch while some sort of internal staffing drama was worked out! I would have left and purchased the card ANYWHERE else but it was teacher appreciation week and that's where she likes to go. A far cry from the much more professional former owners! Read Less

I had such an amazing massage at ME Spa, I've been in the spa industry for 10+ years and this was a great experience. Rachel was my massage therapist and she was awesome. I've been going to this Spa since 2008, when it was Coldwater Creek Spa, and was very happy when it was bought and became ME BATH/SPA. Everyone who works there is awesome and does a great job. I go there for a monthly full body massage (by the very talented Lindsay), great facial by Patti. Also weekly manicures, and pedicure every 3 weeks. A special shoutout to Joanna, she's the best. Just had a 90 minute facial with Karyn (car-in). I feel and look great! I had not been here since it was the Coldwater Creek Spa. It was very similar, but the slight changes are noticeable and appreciated. Karyn was awesome! I signed up and became a platinum member (discounts on services, products, member only events), so I will definitely be back.
