I loved my nails ! I needed a pedicure really bad because I'm pregnant and I can reach anymore, I'm usually very picky with sanitation due to previous experiences in other salons, but here they are super clean and long pedicures I got the deluxe it was $45.00 and they gave me an amazing foot massage , I also got my nails done and it's been 3 weeks now and they are shiny and I no chipping which is a miracle with me because I use a lot of water at my job , I'm very happy and I will be a regular customer now  keep up the great work ladies Read Less

I went for pedicure, not sure her name.. Cindy?? , it was fine and price was ok. The next time , got another lady, she cut my toe..AND charged me higher price than the last girl, by 5$...SAME things done.... nothing different or special. To pay $22 for mediocre pedicure is just too much. Wouldn't mind if it was great, but definitely wasn't ! NEEDLESS to say she didn't get a tip from me! Won't go back! Ashleigh the book keeper is always on it and has my appointments ready and set for me in advance. I've never seen such professionalism at a nail salon! :) Cindy is great and works really hard. I am not a fingernail person, but I love getting a pedicure!!!   The ladies here do a great job taking care of my toes!!!!   Best of all I like to get cute little designs on my big toe, and Vivian is great at that.  I did an anchor for a cruise and fireworks for 4th of July.   I think I am going to get a fall leaf for my up coming Thanksgiving cruise.   The salon is always immaculately clean and the office staff are very professional.   Thank you Chanail for giving me pretty feet!! Amy gives the best pedicures. This place is so clean and they are so sweet. I've been to most nail places in Simi and I am truly happy with everything here! They give you your own foot scrubber and nail file to bring with you each time so you're not using the same one they use on everybody. Read Less

I moved to Simi Valley 1.5 years ago and it took me 6 months of frustration with every other place before I found this salon. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm here.All the women do a great job; Lynn is my fingernail goddess.  Perfect pink and whites, and not thick & chunky. Clean, clean, clean. Every pedicure,  a fresh sanatized bag of tools comes out. Additionally on your 1st visit to them they issue you your own  pumice bar in a baggie so that you never use one used by others. This was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in and asked to have my acrylics removed so I could start fresh and then have a full set of pink and whites put on. They were a little busy so they asked if it would be okay to come back in a little over an hour. No problem at all. I come back and sit down with Cindy(I believe that's what her name is) and kept insisting that I wanted my acrylics removed. They tried to talk me out of it but after insisting that I wanted them off they said okay. I had come in with a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and Cindy made that happen. She was gentle and cut me only once and I didn't even notice until she said "oops sorry". I had been going to another salon for many years and my nails never held up. They would always break and I got tired of throwing money away every two weeks. I am so beyond happy with my nails!! I will definitely be coming back here! I went in there wanting a fill. I told them that I had sensitive nails. Yet the manicurist preceded to pick off the acrylic with tweezers pulling and nearly ripping off my fingernail. Then she used that drill and burned my cuticles. I will never go back. BAD EXPERIENCE. Read Less
